Great studio in a great location. All amenities present. Grill on the premises perfect as well as the beach across the street. We were very pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend!

Excellent communication. Unit 228 is perfect for us. We were glad that you had everything we needed for the beach (umbrella, chairs...). The room was very comfortable and clean, we would recommend it to everyone in Canada. Thanks.

Although we were out of the condo more than in it, (due to Maui and all there is to do), the condo itself was very comfortable and efficient. Our visit in Maui was awesome and we would highly recommend this Kihei condo to our friends and family or anyone who asked.

Grant's drections/instructions were perfect. Condo is just the right size for a couple. Kihei's central location is convenient to all parts of the island. The little beach across the street has a BBQ with tables, so plan a picnic there under the trees.

We had an amazing trip and the studio condo was the
perfect size to meet all of our needs. All of the beach
ammenities were there for our use, and the unit was in
a prime location, close to all of the stunning south
Maui beaches! We highly recommend this adorable
condo!

Grant and Lisa,
Thank you very much for our stay in South Kihei, HI. The Condo is centrally located with the conveniences of laundry, Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis Court, Parking and Grill on the premises. The Birds sing every morning. Beach is across the street and shopping Malls/ Farmers market is close by. Thank you Grant for your suggestions for places to eat. The Condo had all necessities needed for a perfect vacation.

Our studio had a great location, with beautiful views from both the lanai and front door (you could see Haleakala). The neighbors were very friendly, Grant was very helpful with any problems and ideas, and Kihei is an excellent central location for your visit!

Aloha Grant & Lisa, We had a wonderful time in your condo. We already miss Maui. We explored most of the island and the Kihei area was the best for us. We will make plans to look you up the next time we visit Hawaii. Our only concern was the lack of a dresser for our clothing. Everything else was perfect! Mahalo, Barb & Mike

The condo was wonderful. It was our first time to rent a condo for any vacation and it couldn't have been any better. Lovely view out front and back. Loved the birds! The condo was nicely appointed, very bright and cheerful and everything was there that we needed. Even things we didn't know we needed, like the ice chest for our frequent lunches on the go. It was so nice to have a home base and it was very convenient for seeing the whole island. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Grant and Lisa!

We had a great time in Maui!! Your condo was a "home away from home" for us. It was very comfortable, with everything we needed there or very close by. The laundry area was nice. We enjoyed the pool as well as the beach across the street from the condo. The Kihei area was a plus. We visited other parts of the island and decided the Kihei location and accessibilty to beaches is one of the best. Thanks so much for a great place to stay! We will certainly consider your condo again for future visits!!!

We had a very memorable visit here. The condo was located in a great place,decorated very cute,clean, stocked with everything we needed and it was quiet and peaceful which made for a wonderful anniversary stay. The laundry room was close which was a plus. We loved the birds! Coffee on the lanai with the birds singing away was wonderful. Grant was very helpful in giving us suggestions for things to do. He was patient and easy to work with. Thank you once again for opening up your home to us.

Lovely, well appointed studio in a convenient location for various Maui activities and beaches. The on site tennis court and pool are a bonus, and I especially enjoyed the lanai and the bird sanctuary in the back of the complex, which assured being greeted by the singing of birds each morning!
