A Wonderful Rental

This was a wonderful house for our weekend couples get away. The home was clean and well kept, the view was breathtaking, and the location was great. We absolutely loved it. I would not recommend for anyone that has trouble with the stairs, there are a few and they are steep! Other than that, oh so great! The owner recommended some wineries that we have never tried, and they were wonderful. There is a little restaurant/bar near the house and the food was delicious. The linens and towels were available and plentyful, and all of the necesseties were available for cleaning prior to our departure. We paid less for this than for a hotel, and it was so much better than staying in a hotel. The communication with the owner was great, as well! We will definately try to rent this home again!

Wonderful spot for a relaxing vacation

My family had a great week staying at this lovely house on the Lake. It was equipped with anything and everything you would need for a family getaway-from the kitchen supplies and utentils to the rowboat and cable TV. We would highly recommend this house. It was also in a great location to downtown Ithaca.

Lakehouse on Cayuga is the best!

This is by far the nicest cottage we have rented on Cayuga Lake. The location is good, waterfront includes large, sturdy dock and beach access. The cottage is well-equipped and furnished, with internet, large flat panel TV, 2 kayaks, row boat, internet, dishwasher, washer & dryer, well stocked with cooking and cleaning utensils, good stove and refrigerator. And, it was very clean! We loved the large front deck - a great spot to spend a relaxing week!

Great Base of Operations

Mike,

Just a quick note to let you know that we had a great weekend. The weather was wonderful and your lakehouse made a great base of operations. The house was very comfortable and the views are tremendous.

We may decide to do this again next summer if your place is available, so we'll keep this in mind.
