We rented for 2 months! Had a great time! Great location to beach! Nice quiet street but close to all activities. Alex was very prompt with any little questions or repairs we had. Loved the screened in porch and the cats did too!

Family Vacation

Traveled down to Myrtle Beach for a Family get away with my parents. The unit was nice close to the ocean and pet friendly which was a plus. Bed were a little squeaky but what you would expect in a rental unit at the beach. Great location with quick drives to food and Barefoot landing. Only issues were with the TV which was replaces by owner right away and getting charge to clean the carpet which probably was in need of cleaning before I arrived. Overall a good experience.

Cozy, clean, convenient, pet friendly, & fun!

This villa made for a great weekend couples trip (there were 4 of us total). The beach is just a short walk (maybe 5 minutes tops) from the door and Barefoot Landing is about a 10-15 minute walk inland. This is really one of the best locations in the Myrtle Beach area. Plenty of mini-golf and plenty of restaurants are just a short drive away. The Tanger Outlets are maybe a 10 minute drive south, depending on traffic. The neighborhood is quiet and light on traffic. There are lots of neighborhood streets for you to walk/run if you don't want to run on the beach. The screened in porch is a comfortable place to sit without worry of bugs or a place to dry our your wet beach gear. The temps were mild, so we decided to put the AC off and enjoy the breeze. Coordinating with the owner was easy and the keyless entry is a dream -- No keys to worry about! Our little dog was welcome and there was a nice grassy area for her to do her business in the back (but be kind and clean up!). The bedrooms are not large, but there's room enough for a queen bed in and for you to stash your stuff. All the fixtures, furnishings, and appliances were in good and working condition. If it rains, you'll be okay with the TV (not HD, but good enough), Dish network, and DVD/VCR. The wireless internet was surprisingly fast and easy to connect. Unlike some beach places, there aren't any board games, puzzles, or movies--so bring your own. The kitchen supplies are a little limited and dated, so you might bring a few things from home if you are going to do any serious cooking (a big pot for a shrimp boil, an extra cutting board, or your favorite chef's knife for instance). There were also no wine glasses, which is a must for our trips! I also recommend bringing your own linens/towels. There are some provided if you need them, but you'll probably prefer your own. We had a blast and we look forward to returning. If you split the rate between two couples, it's a great deal. Though, even for one couple it'd be worthwhile. Don't forget to sign the guestbook!

great getaway

we had a great vacation @ your villa! The location was perfect, yards to the beach just as you said. Being able to bring our dogs was a treat for us and them. The villa itself was really nice and spotless, and we loved having a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The price was affordable, and I have already recommended your place to friends. We'll be back soon!

Close to the Ocean

We were extremely impressed with everything about this villa. Our host was more than gracious and accommodating to us. The location was perfect and the villa was cozy and comfortable. Just what you want for having to be away from home and enjoying your vacation. The decor was wonderful. We especially liked the screened in porch. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home. Great place to stay, right in the center of everything. The villa itself is spectacular, and having a full kitchen saved us from eating out every night. I would highly recommend staying here.

Close to the beach

We loved the condo it was very comfortable , quite and close to the beach. Close to shopping-restaurants, activities. We hope to rent this condo again next year. We have recommended it to friends that plan to go in September. God Bless you all.

Feels like home

Don't pass this one up - very clean and "homey". Condo is easy to get in and out of and close to everything. We could not have asked for a more wonderful place to stay!!

Cozy and convenient

My daughter and I stayed at this rental villa along with our Australian Shepherd. The rooms were cozy and the furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Our upstairs balcony was nice and a motion sensor light came on if anyone came close to the bottom of our stairs. Entry is gained through an electronic lock, which makes it convenient to not have to keep track of a house key. The villa three blocks from the beach and close to Barefoot Landing. We will definitely stay there again!

I just wanted to take a minute to write a recommendation for other users of your excellent website. I rented one of your listed properties the week of June 27th through July 4th. It was a second floor villa in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The owner was pleasant and accommodating.... the unit was ready for me to check in a few hours early. Beds were made, the unit (only a block from the ocean) was spotless, and the unit had everything (towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, etc.) I could ask for. All this for an incredible weekly rate!! I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for great vacation for I was able to go out a lot more with the money I saved.
