This was a vacation that was truely enjoyed. The property is everything that is decribed and fit very well into our needs. Some of the best things were how easy it is to get into the unit, from the drop off point right at the elevators to the access to the parking garage. The view from the balcony was great!!
Sandra was great to deal with and has a first class operation going.
If you are looking for an enjoyable stay at the beach, young or old, this is a great spot to stay!

We stayed at this property the week of July 4th. As stated by the owner everything was great. The view from the balcony is wonderful,as you can see the property and a good view of the ocean. The condo had new furniture and a new TV in the living room. Very nice. We used the pools every day. Very clean and well maint. The cleaning crews were out very early every day to make sure things were just right before the pools open.We ate several times at the breakfast buffet which was great, Home made waffles and omlets to die for.The room had a electronic pass key which is a very good idea. You dont have to worry about a key or a swipe card which when at the beach is the last thing you want to worry about.Garage parking was not a problem. Location was the best. Near everything and anything you could want. Will be back for another great week next year. Thanks Sandra

We stayed the off season in Feb 2012 and it was great. It was quiet and relaxing. The two bedroom condo had plenty of room for just the two of us and everthing we needed was there. There are fabulous views from the rap-around balcony to the beach and across to the North Tower pools and hot tubs. There were folks who created massive lady bugs in the sand along with huge love letters. Quite a sight from the balcony. As part of the SeaWatch Planation resort, we were able to participate in all their activities which were outlined each Monday at a cheese and wine party. Anything from excursions to turtle races in the lazy river. We took several excursions to Charleston, Savannah and Pawleys Island, as well as, shopping and a Belle Amie tour and wine tasting with them. We loved the condo and would definitely return.

This condo was just as described and pictured. It was very clean and well maintained. It was wonderful being able to sit out on the balcony for breakfast or at night and enjoy the sight, sound, and smell of the ocean. Condo parking as well as access to all of the attractions were very convenient. The owner communicated everything very well and I had no issues during my stay. The beach was awesome, away from the more crowded areas.
About the only downside was that I didn't research the date of local activities and so the last three days my visit coincided with an area biker event - traffic was pretty bad and the bikers' arrival at the resort made for a very loud couple of evenings.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

This was my first visit to the beach and it was everything I had hoped for. One of the best parts of the vacation was the condo accommodations. Being a novice beach goer of course we did not bring half of the things we needed but found everything provided by Sandra. Six members of my family were present and everyone had the same impression. I really enjoyed the balcony and listening to the sound of the waves. You could even lay on the bed and see the ocean and hear the waves thanks to the two sliding doors that opened onto the balcony. The condo was very clean and the sheets were wonderfully soft and comfortable. I would also add that my daughter is handicapped and we found everything to be very handicap accessible at Seawatch. I would recommended this condo to everyone.

This was the first time my husband travelled to Myrtle Beach and it was an experience to remember. Sea Watch was a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing resort that was truly enjoyable. It truly is a wonderful vacation when the only decision you have to make is: hottub, pool, beach, or shop! Your condo was lovely and made us feel right at home. Going "off season" was a true blessing for us - we "unplugged" (no cells, no computers, no tv) and enjoyed the views and the peace and quiet. Thank you for sharing your home with us; we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

It was the end of October, the weather was great, although a little cool, but I was in my favorite vacation spot, Myrtle Beach. I had the pleasure of staying at this Condo and I am still feeling the joy. As others have mentioned, it is outstanding in every way. Sandra has gone out of her way to make it a home away from home. The ocean view from the wrap around balcony is breathtaking. SeaWatch Resort in itself is Class A in my book. The location could not be better. I highly recommend staying at this condo. Sandra is so accommodating and a joy to work with. Thanks, Sandra, for a memorable vacation!Carol – Pittsburgh, PA

My Wife and I have just returned from a 9 day stay at this wonderful Condo. We had one of our most relaxing vacations ever. The Condo is very well appointed with a fantastic view of the ocean. The facilities at the resort are extremely good and I would stronglty recommend this unit for anyone who is looking for a great getaway. I works well for those looking for a relaxing sun and sand vacation; it is also great for those who like to run or bike, and at the same time you are within a short distance of the Outlet Mall and many restautants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the condo was great...just as advertised on VRBO. The condo was bigger than I expected the balcony views were a highlight. The lock system was a pleasure to use...no need to worry about taking keys down to the beach every time. Sea Watch Resor was great and we hope to go back.

We stayed in this unit for 11 days during spring break and loved every minute. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated and the view of the ocean was fantastic. The pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers on the property were well maintained and very welcome when it was too cold to be on the beach. The keyless entry was great, no keys to worry about. The owner Sandra was a true pleasure to deal with and we are looking forward to returning there in the very near future. I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

My husband,4 children and I enjoyed our stay at the Seawatch #716. The keyless entry at the door was a godsend! No more keys to keep track of. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. The bullfrogs in the lagoon were wonderful to listen to with the ocean waves at night. The kids enjoyed the variety of pools and closeness to the beach. The owner Sandra was great. Onsite staff was courteous.

I had a delightful week in SeaWatch 716! The owner is very helpful and accommodating, and has thought of many extras to make the condo comfortable and convenient......the beach toys and chairs were a nice surprise, even though I didn't get to use them! Everything you could want is supplied, and the unit is clean, attractive, light and bright with a lovely view. Although I was there in cooler weather, the experience is one I'd gladly repeat; this condo lives up to its description. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We have just arrived back from a relaxing vacation at the SeaWatch. Our accomodations were supurb. Condo #716 has everything you could ever need to throughly enjoy your vacation time with your family. The children were thrilled with the boogie boards and beach umbrella. The condo was clean, bright and had lots of room and privacy. The staff were very helpful and had ongoing children's activities every day. The pools were clean and lots of beach chairs were available. Our family can't wait to go back next year. You will not be disappointed with this SeaWatch condo. Thank you to The Deegan family for sharing their vacation home with us.

We had a great time and the weather was perfect. The communication with the owner was super, no problems whatso ever. I would recommend this unit to anyone, we will stay here again...

My family of six stayed in this wonderful condo in Aug. 2005. There was plenty of space for everyone (including toys!) The view from the balcony is beautiful and you can watch many of the pools, the ocean or even a wedding on the beach, which happened to us. The kitchen is well stocked and all the bedding and linens provided. I highly recommend the condo for your vacation. Enjoy-Carrie Palmer

My family stayed at Seawatch 716 the first week of May. We had a great time even though the weather did not cooperate. This condo was in a great location. If was very spacious and clean and had a great view of the beach, ocean and also all of the pools. It was also conveniently located to many restaurants, the new Tanger Outlet mall, golf courses and also the new Bass Pro Shop. As I said before, we had a great time and would rent this condo again for any future visits to Myrtle Beach.
