We had and absolutely great time. My son is 16 and gets bored easily. I hardly ever saw him, except for breakfast and dinner.

Awesome Condo!

My family and I have been coming to this condo and staying in this unit for years! The location is perfect, it is right on the beach and you get a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean every morning from the patio. The no drive beach is great, too. we have two young kids and you don't have to worry about them running around with cars driving by. Nearby there are great restraunts like JB's fish camp and if you go up to Flagler (10 minutes north) there are a lot of cool restraunts and things to do up there, as well. If you like surfing, as I do, there is a pretty good break right in front of the boardwalk, slightly to the left as you go onto the beach. But, if you just like to sun bathe or hang out by the pool, it's great to. It's usually very peaceful and relaxing, rarely does it get busy or over crowded. Inside the condo is well updated, too. A lot of beach condo's I've stayed in seem pretty dated, but this condo has flat screen TV's in every room, new furniture and a great layout.

Dale and Karl, the owners, are great people and are very easy to work with. Plus, they continously make improvements every year. I'd highly recommend staying here as long as it isn't the week of the Memorial holiday because that is when we stay here and we've already got it booked, lol.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

We had a wonderful time at New Smyrna a couple of weeks ago. It's our new favorite beach! Thank you for renting out your condo to us...it was perfect. We want to come back next year same time.
