AGAIN we came back to YOUR place......we LOVE it here!!! Another year with friends/family enjoying the beautiful picture window view, so centrally located too! LOVE the openess of your place, beautiful bedrooms, all facing the beach with BIG windows. Looking forward to the next time we can come down and we don't stay anywhere except at your PLACE.

Beautiful weekend

Very nice house and right on the beach...the house was big, clean and had everything that anyone would need.. we picked a weekend full of sunshine....the ladies in the office at the motel where you pick up the key were great....

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Great location and house

My family and brother's family stayed here New Year's Eve weekend (2010). The house is much bigger than the pictures show and having 3 full baths was a huge plus as we are all adults now. The only down side was the backyard access and fireplace. For the backyard there is no direct access. You have to go out the front door and around the house to reach it.Very inconvenient even in the summer to reach the hot tub and great picnic tables. The fireplace smokes a bit, probably a wind issue, but it meant we had a fire for 20 minutes before having to put it out. We will try to rent this place over the summer. It was in a great location and the direct beach access was wonderful.

My family and friends (the girls) stayed with you again this past Spring. We had come down before with my mom who this last February died of lung cancer. It was our wish to stay back at the same place and do a "Memorial" to her memory on the beach. We love the house and the picture windows are so beautiful to sit and watch the ocean from. It was a hard weekend for all of us, but also brought back good memories of the times we had there with her. We plan on making this a yearly "Memorial" in her memory for all of us to come down together and reflect. Doing the things she loved to do, which is going to the Casino, being together, and JoAnn fabrics too:-)

Thanks for allowing us this special time together at a beautiful place.

As usual we have the best of the best when we stay at the Captains Qtrs. Our testimony to our loving the house is going on staying there for the past 15 years! We look forward to it every June.

Love Staying Here....

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Captains Quarters for Spring Break vacation and enjoy it so much!!!

You walk through the door and as taken away with the huge full front windows and view. Everything is clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. We like having a roomy laundry room and usually wash 2-3 loads while there. There is another portion of the house that is rented below and you never hear a thing. 3 big comfy couches and leather chair (my husband calls dibs on) We turn one of the couches around and watch to ocean for hours. Great Wi-Fi internet too. There is a jacuzzi tub in the master suite that is heavenly. Beds are nice and they even had truffles on the pillows. ALL the comforts of home and better.

We can't wait to reserve it again for next year!!!
