We had a great time. Dee was great about any concerns we had and fixed them right away. The place was very easy to find and close to everything. We had 6 children with us the little guys loved all the toys and movies ( they played with the toys there instead of the ones they brought), the teens loved the game room and having their own little area. We can't wait to schedule and go back next year.

Owners response: Very happy to hear when families have a memorable vacation at our home, especially when they want to come back again next year! We do offer a 5% discount to returning guests! Customer service is so important as this is family vacation time and it should be as pleasurable as possible! We try to have a good selection of toys so that they are 'new' items for the children to play with, maybe something familiar that they have at home, and space saving for parents that can't bring everything with them on the trip!!!

Great Stay in North Conway!

Review submitted: July 16, 2012   Date of arrival: July 8, 2012

If you have a large family and want to see what North Conway and the White Mountains have to offer then this is a great place for you. My family of four was overwhelmed with the amount of space/beds. We certainly could have come with another family, if not two, as there was plenty of space to spread out in. The property was clean and had everything a family could ever need from movies to books, board games and pool table - even bins of toys for little ones! The kitchen even had plastic sandwich bags, disposable plates, spices and other must-haves that you don't necessarily think about when packing - perhaps left behind from others but very clean and well worth it!

Last year we had done a shorter stay at a family-friendly bed and breakfast that included both breakfast and tickets to Story Land. For the same amount of money, you get quadruple the space and you can very easily purchase tickets to Story Land online and heat your own muffin/frozen pancakes using the microwave! It was well worth it and the way I will be doing a trip like this in the future. Can't wait to come back.

BTW - Dee was great to work with. Always answered the phone/emails. A pleasure.

My family and I had the best vacation. The basement room with the 2 bunk beds, the extra tv room, and the pool table were great for the boys aged 14 - 20. There was room for everyone. We had 10 people at the beginning of the week and 12 people total. The condo is close to all of the fun parts of North Conway. Super, super, super!! Thank you Dee and Jason!

Perfect Getaway spot in the White Mountain area

We wanted to get away for Xmas this year and found the perfect place to have it in North Conway. The unit was very clean and well furnished with a ton of space. Even though the unit is in the middle of North Conway, you have a sense of being much further out of town than the map would indicate. It was a very short trip to anywhere we wanted to go in the area. The Cranmore ski resort was very close by and we spent an afternoon there.Great experience, would recommend to anyone.

Owners response: So glad that you had a beautiful white christmas at our home! It is a great location, as you said, close to everything, but an out of town feeling at the same time! Happy New Year!

Nice place for family with young kids

Nina (Newton, MA)
Review submitted: September 14, 2011   Date of arrival: September 1, 2011

We really enjoyed the stay there. The place is spacious and clean, much nicer than a compact hotel room. Our kids (5 and 2 year old) love the movies and the toys in the house. The place is very close to restaurants and the shopping outlet. After spending a whole day in Storyland it is still possible to do some shopping. The outlet has a small playground, so my handband and I can take turn go to the stores while the other one watching the kids. We will definitely consider the same place next year.

We recently stayed at this condo and can't wait to go back. Very spacious, something for every age. Property was clean and well maintained. I'd definitely recommend to friends/family. We were hesitant at first because we had never rented this way before from a private party (prepaying, etc) but the owner made sure she answered all our concerns and was very transparent about the whole transaction. We will definitely go back.

A Great Place to Stay

mswinston (Rockport, ME)
Review submitted: October 10, 2010   Date of arrival: October 8, 2010

We just returned from our stay in North Conway and our only complaint was.. we should have stayed longer so we could have enjoyed the house a more. It was a pleasure working with Dee. While I was a little nervous paying in advance, Dee was great about responding to my emails and setting the right expectations. We arrived on Friday night after a day of shopping in Kittery. The directions Dee provided were spot on and we were able to easily locate the house and get in. We unloaded, took a quick tour and selected our bedrooms. Plenty of space for 5 women. Has a large bedroom on the 1st floor, 2 full size beds on the 2nd floor and 3 additional beds in the loft. The bonus is the finished basement with two sets of bunks, a pool table, lounge, etc. If you are traveling with other families, this would be a perfect spot. The house was clean and had basic supplies, you will need to provide your own linens, but it is a small inconvience for a great place to stay. We will be back and probably for longer next year, maybe sooner now that we know about this place...I highly recommend.

North Conway Adventure

Kathleen (New Orleans, LA)
Review submitted: September 27, 2010   Date of arrival: September 21, 2010

We all completely enjoyed our recent visit to North Conway. This condo is perfect for all types of travelers and is in a great location. My sister and I wanted to take our Mom to see the Fall Foilage and my challenge was to find comfortable accomadations for my 80 year old mother with health problems. I couldn't have been happier with this choice. Since there were only three of us, the condo afforded us a lot of room to spread out and still feel right at home. (We didn't even go downstairs, but the "game room" was large and would be a lot of fun for the right group) I would certainly consider this property again, especially when traveling with a larger group. It is clean and very well maintained. The village is quaint and the local people are friendly. All in all, it was a great experience and wished we could have stayed longer.

Dee is most helpful and accomdating. Don't look any further. This is it!!!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. This home is very kid friendly. The game room was where the kids wanted to be the entire time giving us some welcome adult time upstairs. We look forward to returning here again.

Good getaway place

Review submitted: August 12, 2010   Date of arrival: July 3, 2010

I reserved this place for our chruch small group retreat. We are a group of 14 (with a 2 year-old kid), mainly singles and young couples. Our group really enjoy the house! I think the owner is really considerate to all kind of ages - pool table for young people and toys for toodlers (the toys is a big help for the kid!) Also, the layout of the house is pretty nice, with plenty of single beds and bedroom to fit the group's need. The house also have different gathering area, like basement, living room and the loft. It's really helpful if you have different things going on at the same time. We also like the deck a lot, it's perfect for our outdoor worship.

This house is really a good getaway for ramily reunion or church small group like us.

Owners response: Our vacation home is very versatile and spacious. We try to add all the little things that provide comfort for everyone - true home from home! Toys for the children, movies and games for rainy day, or beach toys and chairs for the hot weather! Just tell us what you need and we'll try to accomodate!

Review submitted: August 11, 2010   Date of arrival: August 2, 2010

This was my second year staying at this house. It was even better then last year. There is plenty of room and space for everyone to enjoy themselves and alone time if needed. There is a full kitchen, tv, dvd player, and toys for the little ones. We even loved the AC considering how hot it was...

If you are looking to visit NH and need a place to stay this is the place.

Owners response: This was Ann Marie and her family's second year staying and we hope to see them again next year! It's really great to be able to share the vacation home that our own familiy have enjoyed so much with others - it makes our memories even fonder, especially when they notice the improvments that we continually make to the house! Come stay and make some great memories for yourself!

Great Spot for a Family Gathering

Review submitted: January 4, 2010   Date of arrival: November 25, 2009

We stayed at this townhouse over Thanksgiving 2009, 3 families - 12 people. We had more than enough room whether we chose to be together or needed time apart. There were games and books and movies to keep the kids occupied and a fully equipped kitchen for us to cook our Thanksgiving feast in. The location made for a productive Black Friday excursion and I got all of my holiday shopping done, tax free! Great location! I can't recommend this place enough, the indoor pool was great - this was a 5 star place in my book! Comfy, homey...a fireplace...everything you'd want for a family get together or a weekend away with friends. Dee was very helpful, and the rental process was easy. We look forward to going back this winter for some skiing.
