This rental property has the best view of the Mississippi river anywhere around this area. The inside of the house was amazing. The deck was huge and the summer kitchen was an added bonus. We will be back.

You have to see this place to believe how nice it is! I have stayed here three times now (once with my husband and two times with my girlfriends) and am very pleased with how clean it is, how nicely decorated and comfortable. Has a large panoramic deck with a river view you won't forget. One bedroom opens up to deck with water view...very pretty. Has huge gorgeous kitchen for us to cook/gather in. Location is perfect to enjoy the wineries, hiking, biking, spotting eagles and access to a state park where we enjoyed a brunch at the Lodge. This place is great for girlfriends weekend, honeymooners, etc. Grafton offers quite a few things to do and this location was in the middle of it. Planning another week there again soon for family holiday gathering.

What an excellent weekend we had. Went to Grafton with family and friends for a weekend away. Although it rained it did not stop us from having a lovely weekend. The house, Grafton Pointe was more than i expected it to be. Everything we needed was right there. It was very clean and modern. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be going back again. Gerri the owner was very helpful and kind.
It really was a pleasure.

Thank you.

We stayed at Grafton Pointe the last weekend in April for some R&R and to listen to a band on Sat. The house was perfect!! Everything you need to cook and just relax and enjoy family. Geri even bought an assortment of toys/etc for my granddaughter to enjoy while we were there. Will most definately be returning. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Grafton! Great little town, great get-a-way!

We come to the area every winter to explore the countryside and view the migrating eagles, swans and pelicans. Grafton Pointe was everything promised....beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The view is magnificent and we enjoyed the eagles perching in the trees just off the deck each morning. It was a great weekend-value for two couples!

This is THE place to stay

Our family of 6 stayed here in June and it was simply fabulous. Everything is as described, and watching the sun over the river is even better then the picture illustrates. It really felt like a home away from home with ample space, a yard to play in for the kids, television, and comfortable beds. I must say as a mother, it was important we ate healthy while on vacation, and having a grill and a full kitchen allowed me to keep my family staying healthy. When the kids are sleeping, there's a romantic setting out on the deck, just bring a glass of wine and enjoy the view. I recmmend staying here over a hotel, you will be very happy you did.

This beautiful house exceeded our expectations. Very spaceous, Well maintained.
Equipped with everything we needed except personal items. The living room had a spectacular view of the Mississippi river from the couch. The kitchen had all the emenities. The bedrooms were nice, The master bedroom had a sliding door which lead out onto the huge back deck.
The city of Grafton is very quaint, Possessing many resturants, Antique shops and a large state park. The Argosy casino is just up the road in Alton and Eckerts farm has fun for the entire family.
We highly recommend this place and plan to return this winter when the eagles are nesting.

Best Place to Stay in Grafton

Absolutely breathtaking views from the back porch. At night, you can see a million stars since you are so far from the city lights. While we were up, we must have seen no less than 6 bald eagles, several of them landing in the trees right behind the house. This home is well maintained and had every amenity we needed and more. If you are wanting to stay in Grafton, this is the place to rent.

Best Rental Property in Grafton

I spent the weekend up herewith my family and it was AMAZING. The views from the back porch are stunning! The inside is spacious and has plenty of room for several people to spread out and enjoy the day. Wineries, State Parks and shopping are all within walking distance. Plus, bald eagles hang out in the trees directly behind the property so we could bird watch without even leaving the liveing room! We had looked at several other rentals in the areas but none compared to this property. If you are thinking about coming to Grafton for a a couple days or a week, this is the place to go!!
