Our family holiday in Orlando was a wonderful experience and the accomodations were a big part of this. Spacious and welcoming rental property in a quiet community with a private pool that was enjoyed by all. The house was well equipped and well maintained. The community centre was a big hit with the young adults that were with us, especially the tennis and beach volleyball. We would definetly recommend to other families and look forward to returning in the near future.

Fantastic Holiday

We have just returned home from a fantastic vacation in this house between Sept 22nd and Oct 6th, 2012.
We are from New Zealand and this was for us a vacation of a lifetime and our first visit to Florida.
We just loved this house! It was very clean. Everything was perfect.
The house was so comfortable and spacious, there was enough room for us all and the villa was decorated and furnished beautifully.
The internet was really convenient and the kids enjoyed the game console and gaemsroom.
Each bed room had a TV and I did a lot of searching for a nice house for our vacation in Florida and I am really happy with my choice.
We also had a lot of fun hanging out in the swimming pool.
Overall, it was a fantastic vacation and experience.

What a wonderful holiday we had at this lovely villa, the property was clean,very tidy and obviously well maintained throughout. All the equipment that you could want was in the Villa .The furnishings were very clean ,modern and of the highest standard. The pool was very clean and the jacuzzi was just what was needed after ahectic day out I would certainly recommend this villa to my family and friends. and we ourselves will be returning. This villa was exactly as outlined on the website.

Fantastic Villa

Beautiful villa exactly as described,15 of us stayed and there was ample room for everyone and we found the house very clean and tidy. Close to all the major parks, supermarkets etc. The owner and his family were a pleasure to deal with most helpful and friendly :-)
Overall staying at the villa made the holiday fantastic i would highly recommend for value, location, presentation and also for a friendly and helpful service from the owner!
We enjoyed our stay so much we have already re-booked for 2013!

Excellent Villa

Fantastic villa, brilliant location close to everything from parks to supermarkets. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a holiday villa in florida. The owner and his family were a pleasure to deal with and staying at the vila made for a truly wonderful holiday, you would be hard pushed to find such amazing accomodation at such a good price. To sum up. . .we were that impressed that all 15 of us have already booked again for 2013!!

Just thought I would drop you a quick note to say Thank You, we thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in your lovely Villa. The villa was very spacious, spotless when we arrived and had everything that we needed for our holiday. The location of the villa is also great with the theme parks just a short distance away.

I also managed to get a round of golf in whilst there, the course was brilliant with lovely scenery, also saw a couple of alligators! The down side was I lost billions of balls in the lakes so will need to stock up again.

The service was friendly and we are sure to return and stay with you again.

Great Vacation!

I stayed at the Disney-Florida Villa with my friends and family from July 5th -July11th. I was celebration my wedding there and we all had a great time. The Orlando Int. airport was close by the Villa which was really convenient. I'm from Chicago and booked everything online and it was the easiest thing ever. The owner was very fast and helpful in answering all my questions. The photos were very accurate. The place was clean and the pool was amazing! We spend all of our nights in the pool. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who want's to have a great time in Florida!

We just wanted to leave a note to say thank you for the friendly and professional way you have dealt with our enquiry and holiday arrangements.

The villa was well appointed, clean, exactly as you described it and excellent value for money. In all it was lovely and the kids made the most of the swimming pool.

We chose the villa because it was close to the Disney Park - great location and very convenient for all the major parks. I might arrange to come back with a few pals and my golf culbs as I was amazed at the number of courses on your door step.

We really appreciate your help in making our holiday an enjoyable one. I will recommend Disney Sunshine Villas to our friends and will definitely come back again. Once again a big thank you.

Best holiday ever

To Lee and Alyson,

We just wanted to say a big thank you for letting us use your wonderful villa. It was our first ever visit to Florida and your house was just perfect. We loved it and didn't want to come home.
The villa was big, spacious and was beautifully furnished.
On our arrival the house was very clean.
It really did feel like a home and you can certainly tell you and your staff take a great deal of time and care with the house, it is very well maintained.
There was everything within the house we could of hoped for.
There was enough bedding, towels, crockery and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed.
The kids loved the gamesroom and the pool. The decking area was fantastic because of the size and the outside one you have added again made more space which my wife loved because she could sunbathe whilst the children played in the pool.
We also enjoyed relaxing and using the pool after returning home from spending all day in Disney and the other parks.
The house was so comfortable.
There is also a Publix and Walmart close by which was great.
We met Steve and Dee your house managers who were lovely as they called to see if everything was fine which we thought was a wonderful touch.

Overall we had a the best holiday ever, we will certainly recommend you to any of our friends and we will certainly be back in the future.

Sunshine Villa Davenport FL

The home was very nice. While it was maintained well overall, there were a few issues with the home (all of the fridge door shelves were broken, border was peeling off the wall, holes in wall near doorhandles).
At the time that we reserved the home, the villa advertised a basketball hoop and cable tv with over 300 channels. When we arrived at the home there was not a basketball hoop in driveway and the cable tv consisted of approx 20 channels. No cartoons for kids and basically just general news channels. one of the PS2 controllers was broken and it took property managers 3 days to bring a new one to us. Pool table was missing a billiard ball. Never resolved by property managers or owner. Requested a christmas tree in the house, was told it wouldn't be an issue. Arrived and no tree. We paid for pool heat. when we arrived pool was very cold. we called property managers who had serviceman come out. found out pool heat was broken. prop managers needed owners ok to fix due to dollar amount. never fixed while we were there. while we did get some of the refund for the pool heat back, we did not get the full amount back (owner made us pay the paypal fees). There are not phones in everyroom as advertised and while we were there, could not get the phones in the house to work. Felt as though our concerns with the property were not taken seriously. Had to hound property owner with emails in order to get any type of response. while booking the house, owner had no issues with calling me prior to 8 AM however, when I was in the house and having issues, they felt that early morning was not possible to call. When we did talk to the owner, I was told that the description of the home was "general" and if I would have asked specific questions regarding cable tv and basketball hoop, he would have told me that the house did not have them. We felt that while the pictures of the house was very accurate the amenities described were not. Disappointed with the overall experience of the home.
