this was my 5th stay in this condo, love it. the owner Barry is very nice and great to deal with as is his property manager Kim. the place is very nicely decorated and feels very warm and comfy. The added bonus for me is the fact that it is very fisherman friendly as i trailer a boat with me. having the boat in the water in slip number 25 right behind unit or having my trailer to go explore elsewhere is so nice. The staff and people who live in sandpiper cove are very nice and make guests feel very welcome. the grounds are beautiful and everything you need is right there or very easy to get to in town.

GREAT CONDO!!

This review is LONG Overdue!!! My Husband and I along with our 10 year old daughter stayed in this condo for a week. We selected this condo as we wanted to bring our boat, but at the last minute we were not able to. The condo is Beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable, My mom came for a few nights while we were there and there was ample space for everyone. The condo had everything we needed and we took advantage of the FREE Beach Chair rental, that was so nice to go out every day and our chairs were set up for us!! We have already booked for 2013 and hope to bring our boat this time as we Love Crab Island!!! You will not regret renting this unit. Thanks Barry!!

Relaxing time

We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. The condo was great, and looked even better than in the pictures. The location was great- close to the private beach (walking distance), and the place was cozy and comfortable. It was the perfect place for a gateway!

We dealt with Barry and Amber and they were responsive and replied quickly to our emails and phone calls.

Recommended for: families with young children, pet-friendly, romantic getaway

We stayed here Memorial Day weekend with our adult children and it was perfect! The weather, the location, and the unit. Everything was exactly as advertised. Barry is a wonderful landlord. I highly recommend this property and owner.

Great Experience

Rental was in great condition and very clean! Well suited for a family. We bring our boat and it is a perfect location on the canal with your boat right out your door. Owner is wonderful to work with and will respond to any question immediately. Highly recommend this unit over any other. We will return!

Our time in paradise

We loved our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great deck overlooking the canal. Ideal for us as we parked our trailer and truck directly underneath the unit with the boat just steps away docked in the canal using slip #25. A swimming pool was just a short walk. We are already making plans to stay longer next September.

We had a wonderful vqacation in Destin and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed AND the best part was that the owners are very animal friendly! We have 4 small dogs we don't like to leave behind and we were able to bring them with us! The balcony was their favorite. The vacation for our whole family - including the 4 legged members - was wonderful! We will return and stay at this condo!
