Good morning Andi,
Thank you again, for letting us rent your beach house this summer (July 16th-23rd).
It has become something we very much look forward to each summer!

Rob and Andi,
Just wanted to know if your 2 bedroom condo at Sea Loft would be available for rent on the week of April 7-14th. Stayed there last year in April and thought it was great. Let us know.
Thanks,

A splendid vacation rental . . . a comfortable, well-decorated home with all the amenities needed to enjoy time away from home.
Located on a cul-de-sac with decks facing a quiet grass-filled natural marsh, we were truly blessed with the birth of a fawn just behind the house. The mama was cleaning up the new-born and we watched her first steps. The truly neat part is that the fawn was a Piebald deer (Google it to see what it looks like) – a truly rare event. The peaceful neighborhood coupled with ocean, wildlife, and serenity makes it great place for a getaway. Good restaurants are nearby, sports activities abound, and there's always plenty to do in and around Charleston.
We highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to experience a great time in the Charleston area.
Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Seabrook Island is a wonderful place. A beautiful beach, much wildlife, great restaurants nearby, and incredible starry nights. The villa was well furnished and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our two-month stay. We particularly liked the panoramic views from the wrap-around windows in the living and dining rooms. And, of course, the whole package is right next to Charleston with all of its history and sightseeing. It was a great winter vacation!

What a fabulous place! We enjoyed the beautifully decorated villa that was certainly "kid friendly". The beach was wide and gave us a great amount of room to play. Our children enjoyed the Rec Facility, especially "Teen Night". We all had fun riding bikes around the island. We will certainly return again soon.

We stayed in this unit recently and were very impressed with the location, decor, and view of the unit. We particularly enjoyed the enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The beach was very private and a short bike ride from the unit. We hope to return many times.
