Great place for a girls' cycling weekend

Four friends and I spent a 3-day weekend here while riding in the Ocean to Bay Bike tour. This is our second time staying at the condo and, once again, everything exceeded expectations. Clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. The condo has a very light and airy feel which we loved. While the loft area is great for kids I'm sure, I really liked hanging out up there, too. The wireless Internet connection was also very good so I was able to get some work done.

The Sea Colony amenities were also first-rate. We used the pool, sauna, and whirlpool at the Fitness Center after our ride.

Hope to return for another stay and bike ride soon!

Family-oriented beach resort, Convenient Location

I wanted to take the time to thank you for allowing us to use your home for our vacation. We had a great time! We took advantage of the beach, pools, running trails and especially the tennis during our stay. We all took lessons and are getting better. The town home was convenient and allowed us to spread out and relax after our active days. Bethany Beach was the family oriented place for us. We took full advantage of the kitchen. Thanks again and we look forward to next year!

A week of fun

My family had a wonderful time and the unit was very nice. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We have been coming to Bethany Beach off and on since 1985, but it has been several years since we came as a family. I liked the space and the setup of the unit. It also had a lot to do besides the beach. I would definitely recommend this to anyone taking a beach vacation. The owner was also very pleasant to deal with.

Cycling weekend

We (cycling girlfriends) stayed in this villa while participating in the annual Bike to the Bay ride. The property was well-maintained, spacious, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well-equipped with dishes, pots, etc. so we didn't need to bring anything extra. The resort community had great amenities and we especially enjoyed the hot tub after riding 50 miles in the wind and cold. We enjoyed the property immensely and will recommend it to friends.

Perfect for Tennis Players

Did I ever tell you that we really enjoyed staying at Sea Colony? We are tennis players that like to play on Har-Tru courts like they have at Sea Colony because then our knees don't hurt like they do when we play on hard courts.

Family-oriented beach resort

We had no difficulty finding the unit (flag was out as you said, and the neighbors below (owners) were quite friendly and helpful throughout the week) Of course we found our unit to be clean and I feel we left it that way as well. We knew it was not set up for wireless, but as you instructed we found the cable modem right away and without any password necessary we were connected and my laptop was in use all week.

As far as Sea Colony, check in was easy, and your local realtor couldn’t have been nicer. The Rec Office people and the staff at Gale Force Rental (for our crib) were also great. We had a lovely and relaxing vacation. Everything we really needed was within walking distance, and when it was very hot we took the air conditioned shuttle and the drivers were also very nice. The whole resort seemed very family oriented which was a plus. We felt safe. It wasn’t terribly crowded at our beach most days, and the pool closest to our cul de sac was very convenient. We really loved all the ponds, trees and beautiful landscaping, something you do not always get at a beach resort. Your condo was very nice. Great stash of movies, books and games! We will definitely consider going back. We very much enjoyed our first visit to Sea Colony.

Spacious and clean; convenient location

We had a great stay in Sea Colony over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was spacious and clean. The location was very convenient - across the street from the tennis courts and a short walk to the beach. In addition, acquiring the resort badges, parking pass, and condo key was hassle-free. We hope to return this summer!

Why guests keep coming back

I am writing to you to thank you for the great vacation we had in Bethany Beach. The house was great.

My kids cannot stop talking about all the activities that were available. We could visit other beaches, we played voley, surfed, kayak, we rented a sailing boat, played tennis, swam, and many more things. Their favorite was the shuttle bus ride to and from the beach..kids!!!!

We are probably coming back next year. Thank you again..
