My Family and I really enhoyed staying at this particular condo. We rent in a different location each year. This was definitely one of the best we have experienced. The accomodations we clean and accesible, the parking was great and the fishing off the dock was excellent. We felt that we nearly had the beach to ourselves. Once again , a really great place to vacation. Highly reccommended.

Dear Bharat: We've just finished our final mile walk on the beach and enjoyed a decent sunset before fixing our final meal. We've had a wonderful month here..everything is so convenient...especially the Trolley. The condo was great...I loved the kitchen but was worried about the great counter so we've purchased a few items to be left here...mainly more cutting boards. When our children arrived for Christmas we purchased a very tiny artificial tree which we've left in the loft storage in case you rent it again at Christmas time.. a few other items we've left...4 wine goblets, 2 large coffee mugs.....We've loved our month...the very first time we've been away this long...we went on wonderful bike rides and great site seeing....for sure..go to Ft. de Soto Beach....it's wonderful...Thanks again. Hi Bharat..............

Just a note to let you know that my wife and I had a wonderful time at your condo....By fluke our neighbours in the next condo were also from Ontario...from an area we used to live. We hit it off and had a great time.

The condo was perfect...the rental agency and cleaners serve you well...the place was spotless. I hope we left it in the appropriate condition when we left...I think we did...
Bharat we're thinking of renting it again next year if it's available. I'd like you to pencil me in.

This condo was perfect. My brother's family and I went on vacation together (all 8 of us) and there was so much room. The balcony was wonderful for early morning coffee or midnight talk. Bharat was right...my children LOVED the loft. I was set at ease when we arrived and I saw they couldn't get through the banisters. Indian Shores...I couldn't say enough about the locals there! Everyone I met was so nice! Clearwater was up the coast, John's Pass was down. Everything was so close. Mickey Quinn's & Lana's Friendly Tavern was awesome (great food too)!! I would DEFINITELY re-rent this condo. Bharat, you have been so helpful with all my questions. Thank you and your family for allowing us to share your condo!! Serina :)

GulfEscape is in a great location. The condo is very comfortable, spacious, and great value for money: perfect for a family vacation. The rental company were very helpful and easy to work with. Overall we had a great time there. We highly recommend this condo.

Thank you for letting us use your place. It was nice to be so close to the beach. It was nice to sit on the patio in the morning and look at the water, birds…etc. I even saw a dolphin coming in an out!

We got married in your condo! We measured out the place, and had our wedding in there. It was great! The condo is spacious and comfortable, and our stay was memorable. We bet you have it rented out all the time!Every time we drive by the building, my wife and I point out and say, “That’s where we got married”! We have told some of our friends about the condo and the beach across, and you may hear from some more couples!

We stayed at the condo during the last two weeks of july 2006 and had a wonderful time. The condo is spacious and nicely furnished. The beach is just across the street and we enjoyed the pool on site as well.

We loved it! Very nice condo with many updates! Location is nice; not right in the conjestion of Clearwater Beach, but just south a few miles, so it is convienient. The view form this condos deck are really nice! The Gulf on one side and the intercoastal on the other! The only complaint is the windows are old and a lot of the road noise makes its way into the condo, but it isn't something that really impactted us.

I will be telling my friends and family about this plce!

The condo was in excellent condition. The owner was prompt about sending all the information. The view from the balcony is amazing. The location of the condo is wonderful and the town is a great place for all ages. I would rent this condo again

We really liked the condo and the Indian Shores area! The condo is very well done and the furniture is in excellent condition. The kitchen appliances are well maintained and so are the counter tops. We loved the way you had done the interiors!
We liked the Indian Shores area - it is a great place for a family outing. It's quieter than the other areas which is a good thing.
This was our first trip to the area and we had a great time. We will certainly call you for our next trip, and will also let our friends know!
