Four of us stayed in this apartment and there was plenty of room. Miguel was so accommodating from start to finish. It was impeccably clean and the views were incredible, the photos don't do it justice. The complex was run with absolute precision except they only allot 3 sunbeds on the beach for a 2 bedroom apartment, not sufficient when there's 4 of you!!!!
If I had one comment to make regarding the apartment it could do with a decent dinner service and more cups/mugs and some mirrors in the bedrooms other than that I wouldn't hesitate renting again.
Thanks Miguel for a wonderful memory we will cherish forever.
We would certainly not hesitate returning.

My parents, husband and young son and I spent an amazing 6 days in this apartment. I am so happy to have come across Mr. Velasquez's listing. He was wonderful to work with and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The description is perfectly accurate, as are the previous reviews.
The property was impeccable, well-maintained, spacious and had all of the necessary amenities. The location is the best in Miami Beach, in my opinion; close enough to South Beach that it is accessible by bus/taxi/car, but far enough away that it the neighborhood is a bit quieter.
The apartment is located steps from the beach, the pool is heated to perfection and there is also a hot tub, gym and tennis court.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Miami area.
The only reservation I have is with regards to children. I have a one year old son and only found out upon arriving that the pool is for children 3 years+. While there is a "baby pool", it is 6 inches deep and cold and so it is not ideal for young children. Other than the pool rule for infants, this apartment could not have been more perfect and Mr. Velasquez could not have been easier to work with!

What an incredible time I spent this month. I truly do feel that I stayed in the best place in the area and especially in the best condo in the building. The walk from the condo to the beach is literally like 2 minutes!! Can't beat that.... ;)

This condo had everything I was looking for! The beach view and access are spectacular!! To wake up with a view to the ocean from bed is such a magical feeling. The restaurants/bars/and nightlife are within walking distance. My wife and daughter couldn't have asked for a better place. Miguel, the owner, was so accommodating and helpful. We'll be back to rent again!! Thank you for the experience!
