We had a party of 10 and were perfectly comfortable. Great little extras, including boogie boards, 3 beach chairs, 2 bikes, kid sand toys. Fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location to beach and boardwalk with little kids. Within walking distance to many restaurants also, especially Spadafora's, which is right down the street. Very clean and well maintained. Two car garage a bonus! A great place to spend a nice, relaxing vacation in OC.
Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car

Easy access to boardwalk. Nice having an elevator to transport belongings and Grandma. Sleeps 10 comfortably (if you use the living room pull-out). Beds were comfortable. Fully furnished kitchen. Good appliances. Clean and well maintained condo. We were on the 1st floor - noise from 2nd floor little annoying but tolerable. Nice having garage that fits 2 cars - on street parking is tough. Two bikes, 3 beach chairs, kiddie beach toys, puzzles and games all provided by owner. Went to Crab Trap restaurant - go early, great meal, bring your amex card ($$$$).
