Great Week

What a wonderful week! The pictures do not do this cottage justice. It is even better than the images show. A great homey feel greeted us as we walked in the doors. The property was very clean and very well maintained. The owners were great and addressed any question we had immediately! The cottage is very well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The owner emailed us before our trip and said all we needed to bring was our swimsuit and ourselves and that was REALLY all we needed to bring. We used the grill several times – worked great. We liked having a washer and dryer to do a quick load of laundry mid-trip. It felt like you were at your own cabin rather than someone else’s. It is centrally located and the lake and beach were outstanding! I would highly recommend this cottage!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Fun Family Memories

We really enjoyed the cottage it is so warm & welcoming - you did a great job with the decor. We felt very at home - we loved the eagles, loons & heron but the best first time experience was seeing the two baby bear cubs on the other side of the lake. The boys enjoyed a kayak adventure on the Namekegon and we rented a pontoon boat from Tall Timbers and spent most of the day on the lake. Enjoyed a bonfire & smores one evening and watched the stars come out! Thanks for helping us create some fun family memories!

Great Week!

Thank you so very much for the use of your cabin. We had a great time. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The woods are so peaceful, we felt so secluded. You would never know that there are neighbors on both sides. Thanks for the recommendation for dinner - pizza at "What the Heck" is fantastic. The weather was great everyday except Wednesday, but even that gave us the opportunity to relax & even take a nap! Thanks again for a great Week!

Family Vacation

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful cabin! We had a relaxing vacation! We rented a pontoon at "Tall Timbers" for a few days. Girls enjoyed fishing, swimming and boating. We enjoyed the Friday "Fish Fry" at the "Landing". We took the girls tubing down the Namekagon River at the "Log Cabin Resort" in Trego. It was a sun-filled week. Couldn't ask for better weather! Again, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves this week! This a very nice area here near Spooner. Loved your decor and furniture. Thank you!

Couple Getaway

We had a wonderful time despite the weather. The cabin more than met our expectations. The bedrooms are so nicely decorated, kitchen was great and the fireplace really came in handy!! We were very comfortable and felt at home. Thank you.
