Highly recommended! Location was great with both the Gulf and the bay within a "stones throw" of the condo and a short drive to the beautiful protected national seacoast beaches. Condo was in a complex of others but was very quiet and had a great pool available to guests and had a fishing dock on the bay side.
Sue, the owner, was very sweet and went out of her way to help meet some of my family that arrived at the condo before we did because we missed out 1st flight.
The bedrooms were large and Sue provided us with an extra single mattress so we were easily able to fit 5 adults and 2 small children.
The condo was cute, clean and bright with everything we needed. We did have to put away a lot of the smaller decorations though due to the inquisitive 2 year old! Beds were very comfortable which was important to my not so great back. Tile floors were a breeze to clean the inevitable sand that gets tracked in. There is a convenience store within walking distance as well as a pretty good restaurant.
This was our first trip to the Gulf and we were very pleased. The whole area was very well kept up and people were very friendly. It may not have the charm of the old towns in Cape Cod, MA but the water was a whole lot warmer and the white sand was cool on your feet - great with little kids.
We would definitely come again and stay here.

This was an amazing place to stay. Sue is so friendly and accomadating. The town home was perfect for me and my family. It had every thing we needed. The home was clean and decorated in a beach theme. Very cute :o) The view from the balcony is awesome! Perfect location for the beach, Peg Leg Pete's, & Fort Pickens is a short drive down the road. The pool was beautiful and most days we were the only one's in it. The home is so well stocked the only thing I can think of you may need is containers to refridgerate your leftovers in.
One thing it should state in the details is there is NOT an elevator. There is 4 sets of 7 steps that you have to climb to get to the town house. My mom has some health issues and this was difficult for her to do everyday. Just wanted to put that out there for anybody who may have difficulties with stairs.

Owners response: This is a townhouse and most townhouses do not have elevators. It is described in the main listing that it has stairs. I always tell people that when I talk to them. There is only one unit below my unit. The building is built to code for hurricane purposes. It also says in my description that it is not handicapped available. I have had very few comments about the stairs in the 23years I have owned it. I hope this information helps with the description.

Wow! Beautiful view of the gulf, very comfortable and clean beds. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishware. Also glad to have some spices in the cabinet as well! The only thing negative feedback would be that the kitchen could use a good spring cleaning. Some shelves in cabinets were a bit dirty.
Would recommend this property to anyone looking a nice place to call home for your vacation.

Owners response:
Not sure who submitted this. I did not have anyone from Colorado on 9-10. I had someone from New Orleans, LA on that date. Don't recognize the email address either.
I appreciate the kind words. I can only say there was little time for "spring cleaning" this year. It was rented most of the whole summer back to back. I always have it cleaned from 10am to 3pm in between people checking out and in again at 3PM. Due to a special promotional rate in Aug and Sept it was rented most of the time. It also was rented for 3 or 4 days at the time which caused more wear and tear and more cleaning all in the same week.
I do plan to have some deep cleaning done in Oct when the season slows down. I also had more damages this year than any other year and it is hard to find everything while cleaning in between people checking out and in on the same day.
Thank you for your comments and I am so happy that you enjoyed your visit.

Our vacation experience at Pensacola Beach was wonderful including this great condo at Santa Rosa Dunes. We are a family of four with teenagers and we had more than enough room. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The views are fantastic and it was quiet and peaceful. The pool is huge and the walk to the gulf beach is so easy. With a convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's within walking distance, everything you need is just a few steps away. We also went on a dolphin cruise and a visit to the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola. The owner is very friendly, helpful and efficient. The perfect vacation spot!!!

We had been going to Panama City and Destin. We found Grant's condo on Vacaton Rentals and tried it. We were very pleased with it. It is beautifully decorated. It is near everything. The owner met us and was very pleasant to work with. The whole facility is just beautiful. The views are excellent. The olymic pool is gorgeous and never crowded. Thanks Mrs. Grant. We will be back.
