The truth is that this apartment is worth every dollar you pay for. It has a very suitable size and is fully equipped. The beach access is great and has an adequate pool to cool off after spending the day at the beach, is located in a quiet sector near to supermarkets and really close to aventura mall.
Annja, its owner, is very concerned and attentive to all your needs. I definitely would rent this apartment again.

The apartmente is great! Everything is as pictured and described, all the appliances and furniture are first quality. It is also perfectly neat and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful, she always answers very quickly to any request or doubt.
The hotel staff is also very friendly, they will help in everything. Hotel amenities include a heated pool, 2 jacuzzis and a spa perfect for a relaxing vacation too! If you are more the active type of traveller there is a gym too.
There are many stores and supermarkets nearby so you can go walking. It is in a perfect location for shopping also, very close to the Aventura Mall and closer to Sawgrass Mills than most hotels in Miami Beach. Quick access to major highways and expressways.
I'd definitely come back!
Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway

The suite was just as described and the view was much better than my last visit in a similar suite found through Expedia.
Warning about other suites: avoid the NW view and floors so high you have to step on the balcony to see more than sky.
Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Great Property, beautiful beach, excellent location. As my baby girl (16 months) put it "water, water". We spent time on the beach, in the pool, watching the "water wall" at the pool and the cascade at the front of the building. While at the beach we enjoyed the chairs and umbrella that are part of the ownership priviledges. Valet parking was also used. Property is very close to shopping centers (Aventura and fairly close to Sawgrass). Grocery store within walking distance. The owner was very helpful during the whole rental process and the instrucions received on how to proceed at check in were impecable.
Plan to return to the property in the future.
