The property at KoOlina is absolutely beautiful and top notch. This particular rental unit was perfect for my families needs. The owners are easy to work with and prompt at answering questions I had about the property. The unit was white glove clean with everything in working order. The beds are comfortable and it was very quiet. My brother had a unit that faced the main pool and his balcony and living areas did not feel very private. Other balconies were looking onto his and his unit was also noisy. I was very happy with the choice we made and I would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and responsive to questions--really appreciated that. The property and unit are spectacular. My family really enjoyed it. It was clean and extravagant. The pictures are accurate. Was really convenient to have a washer and dryer and full kitchen (really nice). The grounds and nearby lagoon were truly enjoyable. Would love to stay here again!

Our expectations were surpassed! We were thrilled to be staying in such a beautiful place with all new amenities and modern decor. The lagoons are some of the most beautiful scenes on the whole island and a perfect place to relax on our honeymoon. Everything went smoothly and we would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas. The condo was very nice, clean, and well decorated. My girlfriend and I stayed for one week, but we would have loved to stay longer. The owner was helpful and accessible. The kitchen was well supplied with alliances and cooking necessities.
It is a perfect location if you’re looking for a low key environment away from the Waikiki scene. This was our third time to Ko Olina, and we will return again. This is definitely the nicest resort in Oahu!

Our stay at this Ko-Olina condo was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the web page do not do it justice, it is even better!!! Tastefully decorated throughout, fantastic kitchen appliances, well stocked with linens, utensils, dinnerware, etc. Great view of the ocean while relaxing on the lanai, awesome sliding doors that expand the kitchen/dining area to the outside as well as sliding door off the master bedroom. A very peaceful location throughout the complex. We will definitely book this again if able!!

We stayed in the Condo for 1 week over Xmas 2011. The Condo, while on the 2nd floor, is in a beautiful location and gets sun for first morning till you watch the sunset from the balcony later that day. Located in Ko Olina means your away from the hubbub of Waikiki, yet able to reach there in 30 or so minutes. There is a small shop 10 mins walk away to pick up essentials, as well as a couple of resturants, while a 10 min drive, there are plenty of shops and places to eat, and a cinima that we went to on a couple of nights. The Villa property is located right next to Disney and the Marriot. there are large empty properties between both these complexes, so there is no buildings right beside you to block sun or views. The Staff are very helpful on the property and the booking process was very easy. I would not hesitate to stay in this property, and this condo again. Parking was a bit away from the condo, bt after a shop at safeway, or costco, you can park short term and unload steps from the elevator. A 20 min trip up the east coast lands you just past Makaha at the end of the road on a wonderful beach park with few people and reasonably gentle waves.

Our family enjoyed 10 days at this beautiful condo. We found the home to be very comfortabnle, and the pools, beaches, lagoons were perfect for entertaining our family. We enjoyed being away from the busy-ness of Honolulu and Waikiki, yet we coudl easily get there to enjoy activities. The staff was helpful and friendly.
We would definitely return and would happily recommend this home to anyone.
The owner was very easy to work with, and helpful with questions.

Condo is immacuate, top ammenities and furnishings. Kitchen is nicer than mine at home. master bath is large and spotless with huge separate shower and soaking tub. Resort is really top notch, we went in late November there were no crowds, always got our choice of seats at the pool. One really nice that feature is that there are 2 pools - one large family pool, and a separate 'quiet' lap pool, with a hot tub. Quiet pool is great if you want to get away from kids splashing. Location is gorgeous, grounds are very well maintained. (Note the beach will likely get more crowded once the Disney resort opens next door).
One small inconvenience is that the parking spot is far away from the condo - in another building and down 2 stories. But they are nice about letting you double-park in front to drop off stuff. Workd fine for us, but that might be a problem if you are going in and out daily with small kids etc Also I the lights inside the condo are confusing, there are different mood settings - my finance didn't mind, so I just had him turn off and on all the lights - problem solved.
A great rental, and a good deal considering the high end finishes and number of ammenities to which you have access. We don't golf but golfers seems pretty happy with the course. Nice dinner at Roy's nearly (and a shuttle that takes you around the grounds but really you can just walk there).

I stayed in a two bedroom, two bath unit with my wife and toddler. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else as well.
The service from everyone there was great. The grounds are impeccably maintained and beautiful. The pools are great - particularly the lagoon pool which is great for little ones. And being right on the actual ocean lagoons was awesome. The water is calm - again great for the little ones. Decent snorkeling given that it's right outside the building, great swimming and sunbathing.
The unit itself was exactly as described - beautifully appointed and furnished. Clean when we arrived. The layout is great with bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area for maximum privacy in each room. The kitchen is excellent - great appliances, fully equipped. Our unit was on the outside - not overlooking the pool. This was preferrable in my opinion as we looked out only on an empty lot (probably not empty for long...) and the ocean - nice and quiet and lots of light. The patio is large and comfortable.
There's not a whole lot to do right around KoOlina so expect to drive places. There is a Target and Safeway close by and in the resort area itself there is an ABC store.
Can't wait to come back.

Our family spent 8 nights at the Koolina Villas. We were 3 adults and 3 children, 9, 6 and 3 years of age. Our vacation was wonderful, in fact I would say one of the best we have had. The property was very well maintained, clean, great location and had everything we needed. Everything was so beautifully done, that we felt we were staying in a 5 star resort. We loved the beds. The children loved the pool (s), but the lagoon was their favorite.
The location of the Villa is very central to so many things. We enjoyed the north shore beaches 3 different times and of course had to get our favorite treat, shaved ice with ice cream. We also enjoyed a luau at Marriott Beach Club. We were so happy, because this particular luau has crafts for the children and serves them food they will eat, mac & cheese, chicken nuggets etc.
We loved our vacation and hope to go back for a longer time if at all possible. Working with the owners of the Villa was very easy. They are repsonsive to all questions and very accomodating. We would recommend this rental completely.

My husband and I went to this Villa for our honeymoon and we LOVED it. It was away from all the Wakiki turism and it was so piecefull and quiet. You don't need to go anywhere for snorkling, there are four lagunas where we saw plenty of fish and turtles. There are stores near by and we bought food to grill. The grounds are amazing, clean and well kept. Everything looks so luxurious, we felt like home but in Hawaii. The Villa has a great lanai where we ate breakfasts and dinners, kitchen has everything you need, towels are provided, hairdriers, bed was soft and I slept like a baby. Basically everything you have at home was there. Pools are wonderfull and there is a gym which was great ( we only saw it LOL) I would highly recommend it and go there again.

We had a great time. We were very pleased with our surroundings and the location. It was very relaxing to sit out on the lanai and read or just take a nap.
The beach at the lagoon was great for our two (3) year old boys who were able to enjoy H20 sports for their first time.
Its very convenient to get food as Costco, Kmart, and Target are 5-10 minutes away.
Overall we enjoyed it very much.

It was first time booking property online so needless to say I was a little hesitant. Thuha really was terrific throughout this whole process. She was very helpful with all my questions before arriving at the property. Our flight was a late arrival and she arranged for security to have our keys and paperwork waiting. The condo was spotless and well maintained. The pictures online were exactly as the condo was. The gym was amazing. The walking paths are wonderful for a run along the beach. The pools are clean and well maintained. You can see the ocean from the towers. The lagoons at the ocean are great to snokel in. There is a Costco and Safeways 10 minutes away. Upon checkout and arriving home Thuha emailed me with an accurate outline of all transactions and put a cheque in the mail for my return deposit. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got. I would highly recommend this property.

In April 2010, we stayed at KoOlina condos. We've been to Hawaii six times--multiple islands. This was the nicest place and best for kids. The resort is very nice and clean. Lagoons were great for swimming--snorkling was great for kids, just OK for experienced snorklers. 1.5 mile long track along the beach resort to walk or run. We stayed at a particular privately owned condo--so I'm sure each are different. Ours was very nice and clean. The kitchen was fully supplied with cookware, and had all professional appliances. Beds very comfortable. We had 2 adults and 4 kids--plenty of room. The view was good--you face out the side of the condo and can see the ocean--very quiet--certainly a front condo facing the ocean would have a better view--but would cost more and you have people right outside your room. Pools and grounds of this condo were nice and not to busy. The other properties seemed to have a lot more people at the pools and beach--I don't think they were privately owned beaches. I did not like the restaurant at the Marriott. I definitely recommend this resort and specific condo.

WOW what a stay, the condo was over the top, so comfortable, the lagoon was great, the pools we great, and the staff was so helpful. I always get nervous when I rent a place I have never been to before, but this place was over the top. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in, the deck was so comfortable with views of the ocean, and the property was so well kept. I am planning to go back next year, and will be renting this unit again and again. The owners were so easy to work with, and I actually got to meet them as they were using their other three bedroom unit while we were on holiday. They upgraded our bed linens, installed HD in the bedrooms, and made us feel pampered and at home. If you are looking for an easy, turn key, simple, quiet, and relaxing vacation this is the place!

Let's just say we were very jealous of the people that were just beginning their vacations as we were leaving! This was one of the best vacations we ever took together as a family- our kids ( ages 11-17) did not want to leave! The condo is beautiful- completely equipped with anything you need, plus some! It felt like home from day one! Breakfast on the lanai was a wonderful way to start any day. The view and privacy was priceless! Spend the whole day at the pool or beach- you won't get bored. The closet in the first bedroom is full of extras... body boards, snorkle masks, fins, beach toys, beach chair and even a backpack cooler to use for picnic lunches!
The employees were fantastic... very helpful with printing out directions to anywhere you wanted to go. Perfectly located... easy to get to main roads- out of the hub of Honolulu and Waikiki, but so easy to get out and explore! We did do plenty of sightseeing... at the end of everyday, we couldn't wait to get back to the beautifully landscaped pool. If you have young children- look for the section of the pool that has a sand/gravel bottom. This is a perfect place for toddlers and parents to hang out- only about 1 1/2 foot deep- children would be happy here all day! And of course the Tiki Bar... Look for "Moon", our favorite bartender and ask him if he can play a song on his ukulele for you!
The owner was such a pleasure to deal with- not just a voice on the phione. She was in touch a few times before our vacation via e-mail with info about the condo and property. Our security deposit was back to us within two weeks after we got home! The whole transaction was completely professional and perfect!
A home away from home! Forget the hotels... this is the way for a family to vacation! We would return in a heartbeat!!

We just got back from 8 nights staying at this beautiful condo/villa. The actual condo was even nicer than the pictures on the Internet. It is fully decorated and felt very homelike. The kitchen is great -- especially if you plan to cook several of your own meals; the beds are very comfortable; it's quiet, the balcony is large and has a nice side view of the ocean.
We also liked that the condo was well stocked with many basics; free parking space; internet, etc. The owners were very nice to work with and accommodating. They were quick to act and didn't drag their feet--I liked that.
The entire facility is gorgeous, quiet, and like paradise. We would go back in a heart beat!
While you are away from downtown Honolulu and Waikiki area, we still made some trips down there. We did not want to be in all the hub-ub of tourists.

Perfect place to stay during week of my wedding!

This particular beach villa located at Lagoon was the perfect choice for staying in the Ko Olina resort during the week of my wedding. It added a touch of elegance to the most important day of my life! Even our wedding guests that were staying at the nearby Beach Club were impressed by this condo: the luxurious amenities, ultra-modern furnishings, and wide space. The living room couch alone (I think it was suede) was comfortable and large enough for two people to sleep on at the same time. It was so fun to cook stuff in the kitchen with all the state-of-the-art appliances.
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the Concierge, and Security. There is a bar, but only one guy was very friendly. Just a tip, you cannot bring chips and sodas to the poolside tables/bbq area by the bar, but at the middle table/bbq area it was allowed. Thank goodness they had a bell cart available for us to haul in our food supplies and luggages. This made transporting large loads a snap (I had tons of wedding stuff to hold onto until the wedding day). Security even shuttled our wedding party to Lanikuhonua for our wedding in the club car and that was so much fun and unique! We got to stay for an extra week since our families rented 3 other rooms in the villas and many others rented throughout Ko Olina Resort. We did not want our vacation at the Ko Olina Beach villas to be over.
We are kama'aina and usually visit Lagoon 4. Lagoon 2 is a much better choice if you plan to relax without the crowd and noise. There is even a resident turtle in Lagoon 2. Every time we went out there someone spotted the turtle. The villas themselves were a quiet place to relax with both a kid-friendly pool, lap pool, koi ponds, bbq grills. We bought our food from the newly built Target and Costco, just one exit away. The gym has high-tech equipment, supplies lemon water, and even has showers, a dry sauna, and a wet sauna, will all supplies needed such as body soap, shampoo & conditioner, cotton swabs, etc. You can even schedule a massage if you wanted.
In short, this condo is highly recommended, the owners were easy to work with, and we will definitely be back!

This was truly a fantastic experience for our family. The resort itself is amazing, the pools, workout center, and grounds are all top notch. The selling point for my family were the pools and the hot tubs, which were practically empty each time we went. They were unbelievably clean, and there was always someone out working on the upkeep. The lagoons were fantastic, secluded, and protected from the waves. Perfect for swimming with kids especially since it was winter. The path that leads around the lagoons was the ideal spot for a morning jog!
The condo itself was fantastic. It has beautiful furniture, great views, upscale appliances etc. We may have found that it felt a little "too nice" at times with the kids, as we worried about keeping it clean and new. But, that said, it made for the perfect getaway. The onsite staff was very accommodating, and always there to help whether it was with a hula lesson, or a music demonstration, or with advice on where to eat and shop. We felt that we were the "only" guests there, and everyone knew us by name. It could not have been any better as far as we were concerned. I have told many people about how great this was, and hope to send them to this property if they ever go to Oahu.
The owners were fantastic to work with, always prompt and helpful.
I would give this property and the owners my highest possible recommendation and we would absolutely come back if the situation ever presents itself.

I grew up on Oahu, only a few minutes from Ko Olina, and this was my first time staying somewhere other than with family. Let me tell you, it was worth every penny!
The condo itself was beautifully appointed - it really lives up to the description the owners supply! It was comfortable and luxurious with plenty of room for 4 adults. The owners supplied everything we could need - the only things we ended up buying were food and toilet paper.
The property is quiet and beautiful. Lagoon #2 has been our spot for many years, so we loved that it was basically out our front door.
We couldn't ask for anything more! Thank you for our wonderful stay! We can't wait to go back again!

We loved this place!!! The condo was amazing, comfortable, beautifully appointed and clean. The property was so nice, with a lovely pool and grounds, great beach that was practically private, although that might change with some upcoming new developments in the works. I could not more highly recommend this place. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating to my airline-imposed schedule. We have two small children and it was wonderful for them, the only worry was that they would spill something on the beautiful furniture. The very friendly concierge helped us with renting a crib and a high chair for a reasonable price. We never had to leave the resort (except to go to the market), and why would be want to! Our children had a blast and so did we. If we had no children and wanted more adventure and sight seeing, it might have been a different story (although I'm not sure you can beat the accommodations and privacy anywhere on the island). Having sworn never return to the tourist traps that is Waikiki, Ko Olina is exactly the place for our family for what we wanted and needed.
My only beefs (not deal-breakers by any means!) were that it was less like a home and more like a hotel. It would have been nice to have the following: a cheese, grater, a broom/dust pan to sweep up the sand that inevitably got tracked in (there is a little vacuum that helped); beach towels (we easily "borrowed" from the pool although it says do not remove towels), a beach blanket, rolling cooler, umbrella (not needed at our beach since there is plenty of shade, but would have been nice to take to other beaches), and sand toys for the kids for beach excursions; a guide to the available TV channels and some written instructions on using the entertainment system as well as the w/d, stove, and dishwasher, which were all very nice but a little complicated. The master bed has some issues. The bedding is soft and beautiful but something is wrong with the supports (I think the slats are seriously warped) that results in a large hump in the middle and sagging on both sides. We had to put pillows on each side between the mattress and box springs to keep from rolling off the bed. Even then it was still sleeping on a slant, but the amazing bedding and jet lag/total exhaustion helped ensure a pleasant night's sleep nevertheless.
Still, worth every penny and more and we will return next year (ASAP in fact) as soon as financially viable. I'm buying here after my lottery win.

What a perfect vacation!! We spent two weeks in this villa and enjoyed all the comforts of home in a glorious setting. It was beautifully furnished and the resort is stunning. The pools are large, beautiful, and rarely crowded while the resort grounds are perfectly landscaped and well maintained. The beaches in the area are gorgeous and great for swimmers of all ages. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Thuha was great to work with and check in and check out was very smooth. The location makes for easy access to all parts of the island but the villa and the resort are so wonderful we rarely wanted to leave. We have been to Hawaii 3 times in 4 years and this is the first place that has earned a repeat visit. We are looking forward to returning soon! Well worth the price!

I would say this is one of the best value you can get for your family vacation on KO Olina beach. Location is great! You can walk to the beach in minutes. Beautiful beach for kids to play. You can drive to the shopping areas of Honolulu in 20-30 minutes. It is a brand new beach condo resort. Not too many people in the pools which are very nice. This unit is well decorated and equipped for family vacationers. Owners are nice and customer oriented. Our family had a great time and WILL BE BACK.

Property Review: Because the property is so new, it was like having a place all to our own (literally!) The pools, lagoons, BBQ, work out room, etc... were so empty we felt like sole owners there. We loved the beautifully modern decorated 2 bedrooms! Owner supplied generous household items from dishes to laundry detertergent! We felt right away at home! Easy access to garage. Only thing we wished was a 2nd FOB key for more flexibility. Elevators required the FOB so it was a little crazy trying to keep a family of 5 together all the time! Other than that, we utilized everything making sure we experienced the whole place! Location is not far from all the places we wanted to visit from Pearl Harbor to Dole Plantation to Shark Cove toward the North Shore.
Owner Review: Obviously cares about his guests comfort and smooth transition to obtaining access to the property. Great communication! Great taste in decor!
Overall Review: I highly recommend to anyone (family or a couple) wanting a relaxing yet beautiful and functional place to stay while on Oahu! We hope to visit again soon!
