My wife my little girl, and myself have stayed in this villa the last two summers, and have already made reservations to return this summer. Although it is a one bedroom villa it has been plenty of room for us being that she is still only a toddler.
To start with the rental is always very clean, and it is exactly as described. The view is unbelievable, and watching the dophins, deer, pelicans, and various other birds is very enjoyable and in abundance every day. If you are an early riser such as myself the sunrises are incredible, and very hard to find a more picturesque place to watch the sun come up over the Atlantic Ocean.
Although the room is literally right on the water, it is not on the beach, however if you are willing to walk 3 minutes there is a small beach right around the corner of the wall during low tide,or you can take the golf cart that is provided with the rental of the room to the middle of the island here there is a much larger beach there. Although, the wall does provide for an excellent place to do a lil fishing. Also, there are several pools on the island, including a kiddie pool that conviniently has a tiki type bar and resteraunt located right next to it, and there are two beautiful golf courses on the island(just watch out for the gators).
I've been to several beaches, but I have yet to find a place that is safer and more enjoyable than Fripp Island, and this villa is definately a key player as to why my wife and I fell in love with Fripp Island.
Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

The condo unit has a great view looking out onto the ocean. All day long you can view the dolphins & porpoises from your deck. A very quiet & peaceful location.

We had a great time exploring Fripp and Hunting Island, and truly enjoyed this clean, comfortable condo right on the water. The owners were a pleasure to work with, and promptly responded to any questions or concerns. Use of the golf cart made it very easy to explore all that Fripp has to offer. The unit has everything needed to cook meals in and even has a great selection of board games. The king size bed was very comfortable, with nice fluffy pillows. We will definately be back in the future! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!
Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

three day stay on fripp island

The vila we rented was supurb. It was exactly as advertised and we were very pleased. The grill area outdoors was sub-par and there seemed no immediate help available in the area. The underground garages were confusing, and a map of some kind might be helpful.
However, we would come back because of the overall quality of the unity and the beauty of the location.
Recommended for: age 55+, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Just wanted to thank you again for the incredible time we had at Fripp Island. Your condo is truly gorgeous and we were absolutely thrilled to stay there. We had dinner every night on the porch over looking the waters. The days were filled with AM adventure and mid afternoon swims. We loved the adult pool. Overall, we had a 10 out of 10 rating on our vacation. We are already talking about coming back next June Thank you for sharing your true home treasure on Fripp Island with us.

It was the perfect place for us. I would highly recommend this villa. The only reason I did not rate it as excellent (5 stars) is because to earn that recommendation, the bedroom would need to be ocean front. But, being able to sit on the deck and watch dolphins swim, pelicans diving for their breakfast, and deer meandering below - it was ideal. We will go back.

Absolutely loved your condo on Fripp Island. Fripp is now my favorite spot
within 6 hours of Orlando, and will ask again if we may rent your lovely
villa; it was just right for the wife and me.

Every window has a superb view!

Just a note to tell you we enjoyed our stay for the month of March. You have a beautiful and comfortable condo with the best view of any unit, every window has a superb view.
The Golf cart was a big plus. We used it to visit all over the Island.As the island is flat, it is perfect for walking or bike riding on the bikes you provided. People are so friendly. Most of the time we drove with one hand as everyone gives you a wave as they pass. This was our first introduction to Southern Hospitality. We loved the friendly atmosphere.
Your condo is very comfortable and equipped with every thing we needed.

We had a very nice time. We love the Beaufort area. It was really peaceful and we were able to relax (which is what we needed!) Our trip was very nice. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your condo.

Just wanted to thank you for letting us share your beach home. We had a wonderful time! The pictures do not do the view justice. We took way to many pictures of the sun rise. We enjoyed the dolphin show each day. One day there must have been 20 right out in front of the condo. We also tried to get pictures of the birds flying by. What a wonderful place you have to relax. I actually read four books in six days. Loved the golf cart and appreciate that you allowed us to use it. We look forward to returning next year. Thanks again!

We had a great time! We just mainly took it easy and hung out at the Cabana Club. My only complaint is that the weekend went by too quick. Thank you for working with us on the last minute rental. We really liked your unit and wish we could afford one like it.
