Great Scottsdale location

We snow-birded in Scottsdale for two months. We loved the location of this first floor condo. It is in a residential area, close to shopping and many restaurants. We are avid bicyclists and it is very close to a major multi-use trail system that then connected us to literally hundreds of miles of bike trails around Scottsdale and adjacent Phoenix. Also there are several urban mountains close by for hiking. We found the condo owner to be very friendly and helpful when the condo had a small maintenance issue. She responded very quickly and has a maintenance man who is also very friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub area, using it almost every day. The condo was comfortable, updated nicely, and the kitchen is equipped well. The bed is very comfortable. We felt the price was reasonable, and would stay here again easily. There is also a nice covered private carport space for parking. The only reason we don't give it five stars is because it is on the outside on the condo complex, facing a busy street and not facing the beautiful interior courtyard. However, there is a nice grass and tree buffer zone between this condo and the busy street.
