I must say, we were very impressed and pleased with the stay. The place was very clean, roomy and cozy with a spectacular view of the marina. The kids loved the place as well. They enjoyed all the amenties in a gated community. They had ton of things to do from playing tennis to jumping in the lake and later enjoying the private pools and beaches. Plus the place had its own golf cart and two bicycles which we used all day. At night we would make barbecues and watch the sunset go down. The photos dont do just, its much more Beautiful in person!! This will be from now on, our summer vacation. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I give it a 5 Star rating all around! Thank you Jose (owner)!!

Wonderful Vacation at Kawama Villa

We had great a stay at this property, which we rented for 10 days for a family get-together. Jose is an extremely accomodating host, and his home is exactly as decribed and pictured on photos, with a few pleasant surprises. There is lots of room on both floors, with vaulted ceiling in the upstairs living room poviding an extra feel of space and lightness.

We enjoyed fishing from shore, swimming in the pool (there are actually two available), and watching the fish of all sizes play in the salt-water lagoon. We even spotted a manatee one day in the marina waters. The view of sunsets from the beach was magnificient.

Overall, truly pleasant experience, definitely recommend for a family vacation.

What you see is what you get, absolute beauty in a comfortable home like setting. The Vila is perfect, spotless, plenty of room, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. We had a few BBQ's and enjoyed plenty of time on the patio's rocking chairs. From the moment I arrived I opened the blinds on both floors and did not close them until I left. That is how mesmerizing the view is. The community was tranquil, friendly and safe, so the kids ran around with no problem. The pools were extremely clean, the lagoon was tons of fun, and we even enjoyed some fishing on the jetties. The golf cart made it so easy to get around. The experience as a whole was flawless, can’t wait to go back. Thank you Jose, for sharing your slice of paradise.

Key Largo Villa

Very pleasant experience. Villa is large enough to acommodate 8 people, close to the water with beautiful porch. 2 (relatively small) very clean and children friendly pools available. Gorgeous tennis courts available, most of the time. Access to the beach is limited, but that is standard feature of the Keys. Recommend highly to those who love Keys

We used Kawama as our host site for our wedding Easter weekend. . This Villa's location on property is perfect. A stones throw away from the ocean. Very well maintained and cared for. Plenty of room for a large family. If you are into BBQ, it's back patio is perfect for a family gathering.
The location is just minutes away from great restaurants and tourist attractions. Ideal for a R&R vacation. It is an amazing place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing location to spend their vacation

Great Place for a Family Get Together

The condo was spacious - one bedroom / bath downstairs which gave way to a little more privacy for one couple. The condo was clean. We felt at home. The view was beautiful and we even got up to watch the sunrise. The kids enjoyed fishing from the beach area nearby. We saw a baby manatee which was a surprise and delight! Lobsters live under the pier and were fun to watch. Lots of activities around Key Largo and we also traveled to Key West for a day. Swimming with the dolphins is right around the corner. Jose was great to work with. There are a couple of spiral staircases to watch if you have small crawling babies. Great area for a fun family vacation.

Our family stayed there and a wonderful vacation!!! The place is very clean and spacious and has all the amenities of home. I brought my boat and the slip faces the villa so the walk is 50 feet away, you couldn't feel more secure anywhere. We fished every night off the jetty and caught lots of snapper. The salt water lagoon is awesome to swim in as well as the pools. The boat ramp and marina is top notch. You are less than two miles from Adams Cut if you want to go on the gulf side and 9.6 mile from the Christ statue in Pennecamp. We took our kayaks by car to Pennecamp which is 3 minutes away by car and had a wonderful exploring the mangroves. Key Largo fisheries is up the street, we ate fresh hog fish every night. And the golf cart provides great transportation on the resort property. I can't say enough good things about our stay. We will be going back for sure. Jose is very accommodating and responsive if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks Jose it was awesome and see you next year!!!!

My family had a wonderful time staying at your villa. We have stayed at another unit at Kawama, but yours was more enjoyable. Having access to your golf cart was an added bonus, enabling us to tour the resort. Your villa was spacious, with all the amenities. I would recommend your unit to anyone. We will stay with you in the future, if your unit is available.

Spacious villa on the water

My mom, three kids(7, 10, 13) and I rented Jose's villa at Kawama over spring break this year. What a pleasure it was to work with Jose. He even left a fishing pole and tackle for my son to fish with while he was there. The villa was perfect. It was clean, very large and had a lot of amenities. I think between the three bedrooms, 11 people could sleep comfortably in the beds that they had. We also used their golf cart. The club is pretty spread out so it was definitly needed. It was nice to be able to load it up with our bags & cooler when we went to the pool because it was pretty hot down there. Not sure what we would have done without it. Regarding the view, we were right on a marina so we were waterfront. My mom & I had our coffee on the balcony each morning and our cocktails on the patio at night. It was truly a wonderfully relaxing vacation-Thanks Jose!

Spacious, Comfortable and Charming!

We had a terrific time at Kawama - and this condo was our home base for a week of exploring the Keys and Everglades. The condo has comfortable beds for 9 people! We enjoyed using the full kitchen, and appreciated having all the comforts of home while basking in the luxury of the Keys!
The owners were easy to reach and communicate with, and provided all sorts of useful information about dining, excursions and the surrounding area.
We highly recommend this condo for a large group - everyone will have plenty of space to be comfortable.
