Would highly recommend this rental !!

I recently graduated from UNECOM and was searching for a rental near the beach for my family and friends, who have never been to Maine, since we're originally from Chicago. Diane responded to my inquiry right away, and she was incredibly helpful and readily available (and very accommodating) via email/phone for any questions I had regarding the rental agreement and rate. Seeing the property online was amazing. When I set foot on the property in person, I knew I had made the best choice for a rental for my family and friends! The location was within walking distance to the beach. I loved the upstairs deck and downstairs patio for variety of seating to enjoy the beautiful weather outside. The property was immaculate. Diane had a beautiful bouquet of flowers and card congratulating me on graduating from medical school on the kitchen counter. I was truly touched by her kind gesture and was proud to show my family the heartfelt hospitality I'd experienced throughout my education in Maine. I didn't need to buy anything other than groceries because everything was provided by Diane. My goals for the graduation week was to provide my family and friends with a true Maine experience with lobster bakes, relaxing/ quiet time, and a comfortable home for the weekend. All of my goals were met with Diane's rental (including a large lobster pot!) and her great hospitality. I'd highly recommend renting this property. Thank you, again, Diane!

Great Home, Great Location

We rented this house for a weekend of friends, fishing, and BBQ. We got this and so much more. The house was very clean and loved the open beam construction. We found the house to have plenty of room including a balcony and back patio for conversation and relaxation. What really appealed to us besides a very fair price was the location. We were looking for a place close to prime fishing spots. We were just minutes from where last year was one of few spots that produced striped bass in the surf. Diane was very accomodating and we would love to rent from her again in the future. Thanks again.

Family UNE Weekend

Vacation house for very accomondating for us, for our family weekend gathering. House was clean, bright and inviting.

The house was very accomodating, visiting our granddaughter for family weekend at UNE. The house was clean and bright, amenities were very good.
