My wife and I decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in a big way by going to Vegas and inviting our friends and family to join us. We searched the internet to find a house that would be just perfect for the occasion and after talking to Rich, decided on this peice of property.

Little did we know what a jewel we had stumbled upon! From the very beginning to the very end Rich was our guy, he was so pleasant and easy to work with from our initial phone contact until we called him just to say good-bye. He understood the importance of this occasion and made sure our every whim was satisfied. I would like to think he did this just for us, but I suspect that this is just the kind of business man he is, and does it for every client.

I normally wouldn't take the time to write a review such as this, but this place just floored me with it's elegance and beauty, especially for the cost. When we pulled up to the home, I was astounded at how huge the house was, as well as the size of the piece of property. I thought I was at the wrong address, but sure enough, this was it. Upon entering the home, my wife was in awe of how clean this place was. She thought we were the first ones to ever enter the doors, and as our guests arrived, each one to a person commented on the cleanliness.

Needless to say, we had the most fantastic time as we bounced from the strip to the home many, many times during our extended stay. The strip was so easy to get to that we found ourselves going back to the house just to freshen up and change clothes several times, however, as much as we love Las Vegas, the shows, and the games, we found ourselves so comfortable and relaxed at the home that several times we just stayed put.

Like I said, I wouldn't normally write a review such as this, and this is actually the first I have written of this nature, but I've just got to hand it to Rich and this fantastic piece of property, way to go Rich, first class all the way!

Excellent home for family and friend's reunions

We will recommend this ranch to any group of people who truly want to enjoy their stay in Las Vegas. We stayed here with our wedding party and everyone had an excellent time. The kids were equally happy because they had so much space to play. The owner (Rich) was always very helpful and extremely nice. This is a very comfortable home for private weddings, family reunions or friendly get-togethers. Thank you Rich & we will be glad to stay here again.

Great place for family vacation

Wow, we loved our stay at the Wedding Ranch!!!! myself and about 25 family members came to vegas for a wedding. let me say that our stay at the ranch was absolutely wonderful. The house is exactly as describe. and the owner Mr. Richard is very welcoming, he made my family and I feel very welcome durning our stay. The ranch is in a quiet gated community with and awsome view of the mountains and only 15 mins from the vegas strip. the properity provided us with lots of space and a great back yard that both kids as well as adults enjoyed. I am definitely recommening this place to my family and friends....thanks again Mr. Richard my family and I had a great stay.

weeding in las vegas

All i can say this house was the dream vacation . Everything went wonderful,Richard,the owner was easy to get hold of him and easy to talk with, he will always answer his phone when i need him with info about the house or whatever i need it to find in las Vegas.
The house is a perfect place for a party,with a several rooms and and big garden to fit a 500 people reception ,we had a lot of amenity's avail. The rooms were very clean and the stuff who cleans the house seams to do a great job on keeping this house looking and smelling fresh
Thank you so much Richard for helping me to have this house for the weeding and we look forward to come again in las vegas....we cant wait to get back
