Amazing house!

We rented this house for my best friend's bachelorette weekend. She wanted a relaxed weekend with her girls. Her must have's were sun and pool day, a "night in" with family style dinner and a slumber party, a night out on the town. So the location was PERFECT and we did all of that and more! It was great to be so close to Gaslamp and walking distance to Old Town, but honestly we had more fun relaxing in the pool and hanging out at the house. The house was so beautiful and a perfect place to host a large group. Every girl in our party said she wanted to come back to this house (two days/three nights just wasn't enough :)! I would recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely come back!

An Amazing Weekend Getaway

A group of us got together for a weekend in San Diego, and this was the place we chose to stay. There was plenty of room for everyone and we were within easy walking distance of great dining in Old Town. The house has amazing views and comfortable amenities, and it was clean and well-kept. We barely wanted to leave!

The owner, Ali, is extremely helpful and accommodating, and easy to get ahold of when necessary. We will definitely keep this place on our short list of future vacation rentals, hopefully when we can stay for a longer period of time. Highly recommended!

Nice house Great location

The size of the house was great and the location was fantastic. The description was accurate however a few minor things need to be looked at - the dishwasher is in very poor condition and the kitchen needs to be better stocked (the dishes, glasses and cutlery were in poor shape likely due to the dishwasher leaving a film on everything) having said that when we arrived we need some glasses and Ali was very prompt to have them delivered that day so he is very responsive when you request anything. Overall the house was great and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ali

The most productive conference ever!

My colleagues and I rented this house to attend a large conference. Hotels were all booked in the area and we saw this as a good backup option. When we got there - we were VERY impressed with the location, the accommodations, and the convenience to the conference itself. We had the most productive meeting ever! The home was large enough to separate for the evening; we had our own bathrooms and showers; enough space to have meetings and brainstorm; had we fully appreciated the accommodations before we got there - we could have enjoyed the property more. It would be perfect to host a small business/cocktail party as there are multiple locations to enjoy the scenic views. Next time we're in San Diego for a meeting or conference, we will avoid the hotels and just stay here - it was perfect. For a family vacation, I can't imagine a better spot. Old Town is right down the road, and we had no issues with parking at all. Each of us had our own rental cars. And Ali was great to work with.

Wonderful Stay

I stayed here with friends and had a wonderful time. The pool and jacuzzi combined with the rooftops decks really made this house. There was plenty of space and everything worked perfectly. Plus it was a very inexpensive cab ride to downtown and the train stations. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean Spacious House, Great Pool, Great Vacinity

We just stayed here recently for my sisters bachelorette weekend. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and all of the balconies. The house is really nice and the kitchen is beautiful and great. The house was stocked with everything that we needed. It is centrally located and easy to get to beach and/or downtown. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated the 12 of us. I would definitely recommend this house to large or small parties. The owner was there to answer any questions we had.

Beautiful home, fantastic vacation

The home is beautiful, the pool/hot tub is fantastic and Old Town is wonderful. Owner was very responsive to needs/issues and we hope to be back soon. Stayed a week with young children and had a blast. Already planning a return trip.

We were a group of eleven. The house is in a good location in relationship to activities in San Diego. It had very easy access to both I5 and I8. This is a luxury accommodation.

Great stay

The property was good for our family of four and our friends family of 3. We had 3 little ones running around, a 10 month old, 1 year old and 3 year old. We loved the close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do in San Diego. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Ali was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The only improvements for me would be that it would have been good to know that the room with the bunk beds doesn't have a door, it's just open and it would have been nice if there was a vacuum on site so that we could clean up after ourselves during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and would definitely stay there again the next time we visit San Diego.

Our stay in the Tuscan Estate home

Great place to stay for families that are able to handle stairs. We were traveling with our family of 8 with three generations and teenagers. It was perfect for us. We loved the location, only 15 minutes to SeaWorld, the airport and downtown as well as the beaches. The home was comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental to others traveling to the San Diego area. Everyone enjoyed the spa/pool area. The owner, Ali, was very responsive to our needs.

Lots of Space

I would recommend this rental to anyone needing at least 4 bedrooms. It is very well kept and the owner is very responsive when you call. It looks like the pictures on the site. There are lots of steps inside too. Bathrooms were all excellent.
There was a book inside detailing facts about the rental. I would add: do not leave the outside pool light on all night. (oops) and list where the circuit breakers are for the kitchen.
This home is very close to Sea World and the Zoo. The book also has maps and suggestions for sights to see.Old Town is very close and many fine restaurants are there.

perfect luxury getaway

This house is beyond amazing! The pictures alone does not give this luxurious house all the credit it deserves. Upon entering through the gates, its like walking through your own private resort surrounded by lush greenery and relaxing fountains. Inside the home is fully stocked with everything you need, from utentils to spices to towels. The rooms are very spacious with giant walkin closets. Keep on going and you will find a relaxing oasis, a gorgeous pool and jacuzzi and plenty of patio furniture. Just when you thought the house couldn't get any better, we found the rooftop deck which we spent so much time hanging out and watching the beautiful San Diego skyline. My friends and l loved this house so much, it was hard to leave. Situated in Old Town, its right off the freeway and 10 mins away from everything so it was supereasy to get around. Ali was a pleasure to work with and we hope to stay here in the near future.

Beautiful getaway

Excellent house for a weekend getaway! The owner definitely spent a lot of time and $$$ on this property in which you can clearly see when you visit! This was a home away from home. We didn't have to worry about anything. The house was very clean upon arrival and even the BBQ grill was ready to use! Wifi and satellite tv in almost every room and even an iPhone/iPod dock for music. Washer and dryer was available along with detergent. Beaches are 15 minutes away. Shopping outlets and Tj are about 25 mins. Airport is really close (8-10mins). Costco and grocery stores are within 10 mins. Gas stations and liquor store is less than 5 mins away. There's a trolley that travels down this road everyday which looks like fun. Excellent getaway for the group or family. The only downside to this place is that garage is not big enough for cars and parking is limited at night. We went out to dinner and lost our parking spaces when we returned on both nights. Other than that, this place is beautiful!!!

Wonderful week in San Diego

This house is gorgeous and comfortable. It made for a perfect home base for our stay in San Diego. We couldn't have imagined a better place to start and end each day! It's so close to everything we wanted to see. Plus, the time we had to relax at the house was enhanced by the wonderful decks and fabulous pool. This place may have spoiled me for future vacation rentals. I would recommend it to anyone!

great stay

The house was great. Wonderful location within walking distance to Old Town. Short drive to the zoo and sea world. The house was in great condition and the only problem with it was a shortage of towels and basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, olive oil, paper towels, etc.... There was a stopped up toilet when we arrived that the owner took care of right away. The owner was quite responsive to our needs. The house was as is pictured with great swimming pool and spa, great outdoor decks....My three generation family really enjoyed our stay there.

gorgeous house

This was one of the nicest homes we have rented on VRBO. It was beautifully renovated. everything was brand new in this house. The view from this house were magnificent. We were there for 7 days and enjoyed every minute of the house. The indoor furniture were high end beds and mattresses, the outside patio furniture was perfect and brand new. This house was close to everything we wanted to see in San Diego. I would love to stay here again next time we visit San Diego.
