Perfect for a group; great service

If you want a beach house in San Diego for a big group, this is the one. It can fit lots of people comfortably and affordably, it is less than half a block from the beach, and it has a jacuzzi. Also, with a full kitchen and a kitchenette that means two fridges for food and libations - one upstairs right near the deck and spa and one in downstairs. Perfect. And, it has a two car garage that is clutch in this area because otherwise parking is not easy to find in the high season.

The property management company was great. They were super accommodating and helpful. And they usually answered emails quickly and were easy to get on the phone. Our deposit was returned very promptly, two weeks after the trip, and we got almost all of it back.

I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or family member. It is especially great for groups with kids, because a family with young children can stay in many of the rooms by themselves. (But its also great for an adult getaway.) For those with older kids, multiple kids can stay in each room because there are lots of futons and plenty of linens are made available. There's also a dishwasher and easy access to the washer and dryer.


Plus, once you get to the beach, you don't even need a car afterwards. The coaster is next door. There are 3 taco shops within a 2 minute walk. There's a little market on the corner, a pizza shop, and a surf shop for renting boards or getting gear. Pacific Beach is a 15-20 minute walk north, where there's a full grocery store, and countless shops, restaurants, and bars.

All in all, this is a great place. Don't keep looking around. If you want to be close to the beach, near bayside, have room for lots of friends and fun, and want a jacuzzi, then this is the one.

Outstanding vacation rental on mission beach - ideal for a group

House has tremendous outside space - deck with grill and two-level rooftop patio with a hot tub. Lots of beds for the size of the house. We had 12 people and we all fit easily. Property managers are great and made the check in simple.

If you have group and want to stay at the beach, this house offers tremendous value.

Beautiful Location and Amenities

This property was located in beautiful Mission Beach, San Diego. It is so close to everything. It is nice for dining, playing at the beach and enjoying the rides and games with the kids.

Location - Triple Header

The residence was ideal with close proximity to the beach, to an amusement park with a wooden roller coaster and many restaurants/bars and shops. Parking was precarious, as there is a double-car garage only. The house easily sleeps 12 to 15 people in beds. The kitchen(s) as there were 2, did perform well, but could use more cooking utensils and pans. The outdoor decks (3) were good for early morning coffee breaks and evening relaxation with the hot tub on the middle-level deck. All in all, we found our experience quite enjoyable and would recommend this property for anyone wanting to be amidst the beach atmosphere.
