Great Trip

We had such a great trip....long enough to feel like we had a real vacation. We treated your cottage as our home and glad to leave it in good shape. We will certainly return in the future. We will certainly keep you in mind and tell others.

The cottage was great, the community was friendly and an ideal location. 30A is such a different world from being in the middle of Panama City or Destin. Much more relaxing.

Also your packet of information on suggested activities, restaurants, etc was very helpful. We enjoyed much of the suggested things.

Great Week!

We had a great week at Let it Shine and the beach.

Fabulous supply of towels. That may sound mundane but it was super. It was so great to have plenty, and not everyplace I have been has enough. With kids you end up washing them several times during the week, since two adults and two kids in one bathroom equals a lot of bathing, but with your supply, we always had some available even with the washer full of them. Fantastic. Same for kitchen towel supply. The last rental house I was in, elsewhere, had approximately one kitchen towel and one washrag. Hmm. That doesn't cut it. I had actually brought a few just in case, but at your cottage didn't need them! Having the wagon to tote things to the beach was wonderful, and your supply of chairs was just super. Sand buckets, etc. also perfect.

Great time on the "Redneck Riviera"

Highly, highly recommend this cottage. Close to the beach, with a community pool and hot tub. The weather was too cool for the pool, but the hot tub was great! Sunrise and sunset walks on the beach were easy with the convenient beach access. Cottage was clean, nicely furnished and included beach chairs, toys and umbrella. We used the new gas grill several times. After the sun went down we made great use of the many board games and TV with surround sound. Easy driving distance to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Coffee/sandwich shop with great playground within walking distance.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
