I had my 40th birthday celebration at this beautiful home.The walkout basement is unbelievable.Just about the whole 2400sq ft of space is dedicated to having fun.It has a great u-shaped bar,sitting areas,and game area. We all had a blast. The main level was just as nice.Four bedrooms,two of which were master suites. One has it's own balcony and huge bathroom.The great room,dining room with attached balcony and kitchen were great places to gather for socializing.
Even though the home has a steep driveway,it wasn't a concern. There's plenty of parking on the street.Plus we were able to fit two cars in the garage and three just outside of it. I would definitely rent this home again.Great location,very private but yet a short drive to so many activities at Boyne and the surrounding area.
Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing

Great place to stay for large family

This beautiful large home on Boyne Moutain worked great for a family gathering of 15. The kids enjoyed the game room in the basement and there is plenty of dining space as there are multiple tables.
Very comfortable and attractive furnishing through out the home. One drawback is that the driveway is steep and there is limited room for parking. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and would consider coming again.
Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Great Vacation House

We rented this lovely home to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, with our children & grandchildren. There we 16 of us. Thet were all taken aback when they arrived. The grandkids totally took over the lower level. They loved the beach,playing volleyball. At the Grand Lodge & the 2 younger ones loved the indoor watermark. It was so nice to be able to fix most of our meals there. The grandkids beg to stay another day, which we were able to do. I hope we all can come back again soon. We all highly recommend it for an awesome vacation.

Great Family Retreat

Three generations of family came and had an excellent weekend in this rental. All rooms were immuculate. Incredible kitchen & dinning area. Kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked with necessaties. Kids loved the game tables in the basement which had all the necessary accessories. Very nice to walk out to the Kitz cabin and jump right on the Boyne ski hills. Even though we didn't have time to use it the bar in the basement was fantastic. Craftsmanship throughout the house is also excellent.
We will definately consider this rental for future use

Perfect rental for a large family

My family spent our Christmas Holiday at this beautiful Log Home. It was wonderful and very clean. My family spent the day on the slopes and could be entertained every evening with pool, ping pong or whatever they felt. It was big enough that you could go off and read a book or work a puzzle. There were 17 of us and we were not crowded at all. There was a bed for everyone, even sitting room at a table for meals for all of us. We only went out for dinner once on my Granddaughter's birthday. We found the warming house at the Reserve to be very pleasant and the people there treated us very well. I could go there and watch my Grandchildren ski which was wonderful. I would highly recommend this rental for a perfect vacation.
