We had a great time at your cabin which is close to Sunrise Ski resort. It was a great place to relax after a day on skiing for my son and I and his two friends. We are very greatful to you for the care and accommodation you made for our trip. The cabin is a cozy home away from home.

Crescent Lake

Oh! What a wonderful, fun filled adventure, we’ve had! Great time in this cute cabin & all around the towns & forests. We caught fish in crescent Lake the first night & cooked em up for dinner. Beautiful scenery all over!
Our 2nd day we went fishing (didn’t catch anything) but went in town & hit the antique shops & found a few treasures to take home!
On our 3rd day we hit the “dusty” trails on our side-x-side for about 5 hours between here & Eagar & come across a live campfire that someone left – so we put out the campfire with the stream water that was close using beer cans that they also left. Got rained on a little on the way back. We grilled out every night & walked around the neighborhood- so nice to get out pf the heat (from) Tucson). Such a great time but we miss our Rideback “Cookie.”, so it’s back home tomorrow- Thanks for a great little place!

Lakes are Gorgeous

Fresh snow on the mountains

Ski Trip with friends

We had a great weekend, only about 6 inches of snow and another half inch fell the first afternoon. Sean met some friends for a day at Sunrise of snowboarding and we spent the afternoon at the HonDah for some time at the slots. The cabin had everything we needed. Warm and toasty in the evening by the fireplace watching movies and eating Red Devil pizza. Thanks so much for the great time at your family cabin. David, Sherri & Sean

Barbie sheets were a hit

Our family absolutely fell in love with your cabin within three minutes of arrival. You have thought of all the small details, so that from the moment we arrived it felt like home. It isn’t anything like a hotel where you “use” the facilities. Here you arrive and become part of a bigger family and feel drawn to take care of things as if it all belongs to a dear friend. Girlfriends Get Away

Thank you for the use of this “cozy” cabin. All the touches of home without the 110+ degree heat! We loved the quiet refreshing outdoors and it rained a little everyday!
We made friends with the little “critters” and enjoyed evening walks. One of the squirrels stole a can of almonds that we had sitting on the table outside. A perfect place for a “girlfriends” get away. We definitely want to come back for a return visit. We will definitely spread the word about this little “Heaven” in the pines.

We enjoyed our two weeks in your charming, well appointed & beautifully decorated cabin. The fact that it was “turn key” ready & had all the conveniences and amenities we needed made our stay enjoyable. From a basket of our favorite magazines, DVD’s & charming décor- all was just right. It was Sarah’s, Tomasito’s & Sofia’s first time to Pinetop & wow what a trip!! The cabin was cozy & the kids loved the yard. The temperature was a great vacation from the heat! We roasted marshmallows & hotdogs over bonfire & went to Woodland Lake, such a beautiful area up there. Will be back again; possibly try to have a White Christmas. Thanks!!

Beautiful Pine Forest

The Adair Springs Cabin was exactly as pictured on the internet. The cabin was well furnished and clean. All appliances were provided and working well. It is a charming and comfortable place to visit. What is not shown on the internet is the beautiful pine forest surrounding the cabin with a shady front and side porch with a wooded back yard. I could only recommend one improvement. Closet space is very small. The closet space available is used to store linens and bedding and doesn't leave much room for hanging clothes. I would like to go back to this cabin again and I will recommend it to my friends.

THE ADAIR SPRINGS CABIN WAS EXACTLY AS PICTURED ON THE INTERNET. THE CABIN WAS WELL FURNISHED AND CLEAN. ALL APPLIANCES WERE PROVIDED AND WORKING WELL. IT IS A CHARMING AND COMFORTABLE PLACE TO VISIT. WHAT IS NOT SHOWN ON THE INTERNET IS THE BEAUTIFUL PINE FOREST SURROUNDING THE CABIN WITH A SHADY FRONT AND SIDE PORCH WITH A WOODED BACK YARD.
I COULD ONLY RECOMMEND ONE IMPROVEMENT. CLOSET SPACE IS VERY SMALL. THE CLOSET SPACE AVAILABLE IS USED TO STORE LINENS AND BEDDING AND DOESN'T LEAVE MUCH ROOM FOR HANGING CLOTHES.
I WOULD LIKE TO GO BACK TO THIS CABIN AGAIN AND I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS.

The cabin was perfect and just what we needed. Very elegant and simple to give us a relaxing retreat in the pines. It was quaint and quiet. Our family enjoyed campfires in the backyard at night and making fun memories in all. We enjoyed a short drive to Hawley Lake where several fish were caught from the shore and belly boats. It was well worth the drive and effort!

Nice little cabin. Like that there was a little area for sitting on log seats and small fire rock/ring area to sit at night and enjoy the out doors. We like camping for that reason, but much better to have a indoor cabin to make lunch dinner, and sleep.
Quiet neighborhood, no noise when sitting on porch enjoying the squirrels running around in the trees right by us. Nice area to go for a walk. Any people we saw while out walking were friendly.
Cabin was clean, mostly laminate flooring, with carpet only in bedrooms. Beds were very clean looking, nice to find with all of the bedbug scares out there today.
Owner very friendly and helpful, and quit about returning deposit!
Would definitely stay again in the future.

I actually stayed at this cabin with my family for a wedding last year and it was perfect. Plenty of room, immaculate, cozy and alot of fun. We cooked out on the porch and had a bonfire in the back and the owners were very pleasant and accomadating. It was a wonderful experience that I hope to repeat again!
Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Thank you very much! We had a great day sledding at Sunrise Ski Resort. The kids love playing with all the snow in the yard as well. The cabin is great to come home to.

Great week to be out of the valley! Perfect summer coolness in the pines. Way better than 110 degrees in Phoenix. Softball Tourney in the pines followed by bike & hike during a relaxing week.

This cabin is so quaint and is in the middle of tall ponderosa pines. Neighbors are close but you would not know it. The cabin could not be set up any nicer or more comfortable unless they put a hide-a-bed in the living room. It did sleep 5 comfortably with 1 of us on the couch but that was even comfortable. For the price and location I highly recommend this for a week or weekend get-a-way.

Great weekend in the pines!

Our family had a wonderful stay in the cabin. We enjoyed being out in the woods with all the comforts of home. The cabin was perfect for a family of four and the boys enjoyed the birds, critters and making fires in the firepit out back. The owner made the rental experience very easy. Woodland park is a real treat and so close. What a fun weekend!
