Dear Dave and June! Thanks for sharing your house in Branson with us. We had a wonderful family reunion (6 Hinkle children plus 4 spouses), which included the celebration of a 50th wedding anniversary. It was just the right size for the ten of us. Our favorite activity: we rented a pontoon boat and went out on Table Rock Lake to enjoy the sunny warm weather. Our goal was to pick out "our" house from the middle of the lake. We debated a long time on whether we found the right sand island (our marker) and then the right roof, but we did (verified by enlarging our digital photos later). Our "restaurant find" was "Dobyns Dining Room" inside the Keeter Center on the College of the Ozarks campus (just on the right, outside the main gate. Excellent food, well served by the students. We enjoyed our two shows (Shoji Tabuchi's, and Yakov Smirnoff's) - the best part of the shows being the Japanese drumming and Russian dancing.But more than anything, we enjoyed being together at the house, sharing our daily life together as we did when we were kids. Good times with golfing buddies

8 of us rented your house for a golf weekend and found it excellent. Clean, well equipped, basement full of fun thing to do. Beds are all kings and comfortable. Plenty of towels, bathrooms all have hairdryers. Loved the view off the deck while grilling on a huge gas grill. Look forward to this trip again.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Wonderful time with family

We would definitely recommend this property for family get togethers, reunions, etc. It was very clean and well maintained. My husband and I met our 3 three sons and their families for a long weekend. There was more than enough room for everyone. We really enjoyed the breathtaking view, the game room and the dining room that was large enough to seat all of us! Thank you for helping us to have a fun and relaxing weekend

The Best Vacation we have had!!!

This vacation house has everything in it for 18 people with spacious gaming room, dining rooms and what not!!.. It really was a great experience for all of us.. We were 18 people in total who came to enjoy the fall view. We had a very good weekend with loads of games inside the house and also beautiful scenary outside. If we get a chance we would certainly go again to this same house.. In summer, it would be much better because of great options for jet skiing and boating at a mile's ride.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing

Another family and ours stayed in the Majestic and truly had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious and lends itself well to a large group. The location was ideal for us and shopping in Branson was a quick drive. We had some great meals in the nearby town and liked all their shopping and dining opportunities. The kids especially had fun in the game room downstairs, so much so that the adults were able to have some quality time upstairs to catch up on all the news. We are picky about how well a vacation home is furnished and we were impressed with the fact that the furnishings here were of excellent quality and the overall house had a good sense of decorative style. We most definitely will want to stay here again.

Three families (6 adults and 5 children ages 1-5) enjoyed your house for 10 days. The house was huge, much bigger than I had expected. When the kids are older we could have 2 more families stay with us and take advantage of all the hide-a-bed couches. The view was wonderful from every room except maybe 2. We even saw a deer in the front yard one day. The house was very clean and well supplied with towells, sheets, pillows, dishes, etc... The other thing I appreciated was all the beds were comfortable beds. It was a bit further from Branson than we had thought but only because we were driving in every day. It was always nice to come home. Thank you!

Majestic View was a beautiful inviting home. The drive to the property was spectacular. The amenities inside the home was accommodating, plenty for the kids to do. Amazingly we didn't have to really visit the shows in Branson to enjoy ourselves sitting out on the deck with the tranquil surroundings were enough.

Thanks Dave for the wonderful weekend. We brought our 8th grade pom squad to Nationals in Branson (12 girls..ages 13-15) They had a blast staying together and not spread out in hotel rooms. And we didn't have to worry about the neighbors if they giggled all night long. The house was big enough and comfortable for the mom's who came too. The mom's want to come back next year for a shopping weekend... plan on staying here again.

My whole family enjoyed their time at the Majestic View home. All 18 of us slept very comfortably, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was an ample supply of sheets and towels. If we ever return to the Branson area, we would certainly rent this home again.

We had 5 families staying in this house and it was way big enough for all of us!! We had a great time. It was a nice surprise to see the extra sleeping cots and blow up air mattress (we didn't need it but it was there. The view was just breath taking out the back. It only took about 15 minutes to get to SDC. We will be booking again!!!

My brother and his family from Houston, and my family from Chicago enjoyed staying at this house, it was perfect. It's located less than 2 miles from our 84 year old Mom so family dinners were a treat we will long remember. We'll be back next year!

We enjoyed this home so much. It had
everything that we needed and was furnished so well with lots of space
for all of us. My husband and I, our childrend and their spoused and our our 9 grandchildrenspent several days
here and enjoyed it so much. We cooked
on the grill a couple of nights,enjoyed
Silver Dollar city and Branson.
The bedrooms and the whole house were
furnished wonderfully.
We would definetly stay here again.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the “Majestic View” home when our three adult children and their families joined us to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We were immensely pleased with the home, which was very comfortable, nicely furnished and large enough to accommodate all 16 of us. The home provided a great atmosphere for relaxed times while we watched boaters and fisherman from the deck and exhilarating times when we played games together. There was even space for the gals to do some scrap-booking while the guys and kids enjoyed the lake. This was a great place to reunite our family who traveled from Ohio, Michigan, Texas and Kansas. Thanks to Dave and June for making this wonderful home available to us. We appreciate your hospitality!

This home was fabulous! So much better than we had anticipated but exactly as described. Our family of sixteen wanted to spend a weekend together before my sister began cancer treatments in Houston and this home was perfect in comfort and lots of room for everyone to enjoy. Being an "outside" family, the deck and view of the lake was incredible. Dave and June went above and beyond to accomodate our needs to make this a very special weekend.

We had a wonderful time in your home. We had 8
adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. We took
adantage of the grill on the deck - very spacious
and great for grilling out for large parties. My kids
loved the whirlpool tub. We got a lot of use out of
the nice poker table downstairs.

The entire house is very nice - everything is brand
new and upgraded. Dave and June were great to
work with and very helpful - quickly answering any
questions we had.

I spent a couple weeks searching for the perfect vacation rental to host a reunion for my former graduate school classmates. After a couple days of searching I stumbled upon this property. I knew immediately that this was the perfect destination so I called to make the reservation. Dave and June were very responsive to all of my questions and concerns and the payment process was very simple. Upon arrival, we were astonished at how beautiful the home was in addition to the fact that it was exactly as described. I am often reluctant to make reservations over the internet without a recommendation or personal tour. We had a wonderful weekend and I could not provide a better recommendation for staying near Table Rock Lake. We will definately stay here again.

This is a beautiful place to come relax and get away from the city! My wife and I had a great time hanging out with friends in this spacious, well furnished home. We loved the space. With four couples we had more than enough room. The view of the lake is beautiful, from our bedroom and the breakfast table. This is the best way to see Branson!

We had such a great time in your wonderful vacation home. It was so comfortable in every way. The bed was wonderful, and I slept like a princess. Everything was so clean and new. There was plenty to do at the house, and the nearby view of the lake was spectacular! We will definitely come again.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Your vacation rental is so incredible. It met our practical needs as well as the need to feel pampered and a litle indulged, while on vacation. The view from the decks was tremendous. The drive to the cabin was also beautiful. I love the fact that your cabin is so "kid-friendly". Our children enjoyed the cabin as much as the adults did. There was so much room for us to enjoy. We watched movies on the Plasma TV and played a little bumer pool while we were at it. On our drive home from Branson my husband and I had our calendars out to schedule another trip up to your vacation home. Your vacation home gave us the perfect combination of serenity and fun! Thank you and can't wait to stay again in May!

What a wonderful time we had in your BEAUTIFUL house! Our party of 10 adults and 7 children had more than enough room to enjoy celebrating our Mother's birthday. The home is very spacious and the amenities are top notch, providing all of the comforts of home. The mattresses were VERY comfortable, the BBQ area was splendid,and the kitchen had more than enough room and amenities to meet the needs of our large party. Not to mention the beautiful view of the lake that can be seen from several windows and outdoor decks! We found this home to be close enough to Branson to enjoy all of the things Branson has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to actually relax and enjoy our time together. We really enjoyed spending time together in the evening playing cards on the poker table, while watching the children run around and play in the incredibly spacious downstairs area. We simply loved this home and all it has to offer and definently plan on returning. The pictures of the home posted on the website simply do not do it justice! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and allowing us to come away with many priceless memories!

We had a wonderful time in your home. We were there to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. We had 12 people and we were very comfortable. The house was very well stocked with linens and towels. And the kichen had service for 16 and very adequate cooking utensils. We were very pleased. We enjoyed the view even though we were there in the middle of February. The water was beautiful. We are planning to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the lake. Thanks again. Our recent stay in your home was absolutely wonderful! The home has both a cozy and luxurious feel to it. Getting ready in the morning in the master bath with the whirlpool tub, double sinks, and vanity felt so indulgent. Fixing our own meals was a breeze with the glass top stove, microwave, and all the utensils provided. What a treat to make dinner and watch the gorgeous lake sunset at the same time! The brand new basement carpet is so thick and soft that I took a nap on it while playing games with the kids. (Not that I had to because your beds are more comfortable than any other place I have slept in 37 years!) It was fun to have the kiddos snuggle up in the plush comforter to watch a DVD together. The most perfect moment however was when the hubby and boys took the short drive over to Silver Dollar City, and I got the whole magnificent house to myself! Seated at the comfy breakfast nook table with my journal and a fresh cup of coffee, I saw the most amazing panoramic sunset over the rippling lake! This majestic view was the perfect inspiration to write about all the things I was thankful for during the course of the year. One of them certainly had to be the treasured Thanksgiving weekend we spent in your fantastic home. Thank you so much! We want and WILL come again!
