We had an amazing time that was mostly due to the accommodations and it's location. The condo was clean homey and perfectly located on the beach. The owner was more than fair on his price and quick to respond to emails and questions. We will be back again later this year again without hesitation.

This condo was just as advertised or even nicer. It has every amenity you could want and had a kitchen with all the dishes, pots, etc. needed for cooking. The layout of the condo is very good- very nice master bedroom with the jet tub, good size twin bedroom, and the loft upstairs with the trundle bed is quite spacious and has a full bath as well. We like that every bedroom had its own bath, very handy. There are 2 large balconies off the master bedroom, and the living area. The view is amazing- just the gulf with nothing interfering. The location is excellent! There is a 24 hour convenience store within walking distance that had everything we could have needed in a pinch from coffee to ready made sandwiches. Peg Leg Pete's is a little beyond the convenience store- the food there was as good as any we had. Pensacola Beach is still a short 5 minute drive. We toured Fort Pickens ( you are really at the entrance) and it was fabulous. We took long walks on the bay and ocean with easy walking distance. WOULD definitely recommend this to any and all! Owner very accommodating!

We could not have had a more pleasant vacation. I was impressed from the start with the responsiveness of the owner, and the reasonable, flat rate with no hidden fees. The contract and reservaction process was very simple and straight forward. The description, pictures, and video were accurate so that we were assured that what we were renting would meet our needs. We were pleasently surprised when we got there to learn that it exceeded our needs. The condo was equiped with everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. There were a variety of books, DVDs, and a few games on hand. The open, spacious floor plan was perfect for multiple families vacationing together. We never felt like we were tripping over each other during our stay, and each room offered a great deal of privacy. The views were wonderful! We enjoyed the quiet, secluded location at the end of the strip, and yet we were close enough to the attractions. The beach was never crowded, and we spend time rotating between the gulf, the bay, and the pool. The kids really benefited from the variety. We will definately return to this property in the future. Thank you!!!!!

Awesome stay and awesome owner! Great location, so much to do! We loved this place so much, we wanted to move in! Only thing I was supriesed about was the stairs in condo. They were no good for a one year old. Everything was perfect! It was our first time to rent a condo and I was so nervous about trusting someone. This owner was the best ever! He stands behind his word! We can not wait to come back!!

Firstly, I just want to say how perfect the location was for our family. We went with our 2 year old who loves to nap/sleep so a quiet, peaceful location was a must! However, upon arrival the condo had yet to be cleaned (we got there at 330). The owner was very apologetic and a cleaning crew arrived in less than 30 mins but we had put our daughter down for a nap already. We asked the cleaning crew to not go in her room but they did and woke her up. Needless to say she was pretty frightened seeing a strange man in her room and we had a hard time convincing her it wouldnt happen again for the rest of our stay.
Despite this, I would definately reccomend this condo to anyone. It had lots of space and was well taken care of. Beautiful views! Quiet complex.
We cant wait to return!

We had a nice time in this 3 bedroom condo. Since we had mom, dad, college son & pre-teen daughter, it was nice for everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. College son took the loft, which had a tv! We loved the master bedroom, with a view of the ocean! Main living area was nice; with plenty of seating for relaxing & for dining. The kitchen has everything you needed to cook (which we did almost every meal).
The pool was close by, but the weather didn't cooperate to enjoy it much. It's located on the bay side, so it wasn't as windy as the gulf side. We were the only ones at the pool both days.
The pictures & the video were very accurate & helped our decision to choose this location. It was at the end of the road near the entrance of Ft Pickens. We enjoyed just walking out to the beach. I saw a man catch a big fish & watched a sunset wedding on the beach!
A few things that kept us from giving 5 stars: It would've been nice to have some rugs beside the beds & in front of the couch, in the bathroom, etc. We just didn't like having tile everywhere. The paint throughout the condo needs refreshed. The living room light must've had a burnt out bulb, because it never worked. We couldn't try to change it, as it was 16 feet up in the air. We didn't really enjoy climbing into the bubble tub to take a shower & the shower curtain didn't protect the area well enough to keep the water from getting onto the floor. Don't rent this type of condo if you can't do stairs.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We would recommend it for the space, location & amenities. Thanks to Francesco!

4 friends and I came to Pensacola from Austin, TX to visit a friend that is stationed there in the Marine Corp. When planning a vacation, I spend A LOT of time comparing rates and looking for the best possible option~ and can say without a doubt, I found it. The condos we saw that were similar in location and upgrades were in the $800-900 range total. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything from the towels, iPod Bose speakers, TV, furniture, and appliances were new & of the highest quality. I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. Not to mention the FABULOUS view, especially from the master bathroom. We had never been to Pensacola Beach, nor knew anything about it, and were SO impressed with the charm of the island. I can't say enough how much I recommend this condo, and we will definitely be staying there again!! Thank you so, so much Francesco!!

The condo is spacious and the view is beautiful. We loved all of the sights and things to do nearby. Right next door is the entrance to Fort Pickens State Park and in just 20 minutes or so driving you can be at a National Seashore. The town of Pensacola is right across the bridge. Even with it's convenient location the condo complex location gives the feeling of privacy since it's not crowded on both sides by developments. Managing all the details with the owner was very easy and he was very accommodating, especially when we hit a little issue (caused by us) that we needed to remedy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very spacious condo on Pensacola Beach. The loft area was perfect for our older kids to enjoy their own space with their own TV and bathroom. The appliances were new and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary supplies. The views are stunning, and we loved having access to both beaches on the Gulf and Bay sides. We would love to go back again next year!

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this peaceful condo. Since it is on the very end of the "strip" it is quiet with no partiers. The only noise comes from the public beach across the street. The condo is well appointed and taken care of. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins play and the birds dive! I would definately recommend this place to anyone who will listen!

My son and his family had never been to Florida so I rented this condo as a Christmas present for them. It is the best present I ever bought. They arrived and were truly wowed by this beautiful place. It is extremely clean and has everthing you could possibly need while on vacation. My grandsons, 12 and 14, could fish across the street in the gulf and we could watch them from the balcony. This is a very quiet part of the beach because this complex is the last before entering the National Park. The view is breathtaking.
The boys each had their own bedroom with attached bath and the beds in every room were high end and comfortable.
The 14 year old caught a 39 lbs black drum fish off the Pensacola Beach bridge. He is still on could nine.
If you want a perfect place to stay in Pensacola Beach this condo is definitely your best choice. Francesco is a perfect owner. He is most helpful and will answer many questions graciously.
We will definitely do this again next year.

My grandson's had never been to the ocean before and they loved staying in this beautiful condo across the road from the Gulf. It was so comfortable and was exactly as the web-site stated and the pictures of the inside of the condo didn't do it justice. It was very clean and maintained nicely. We enjoyed the breath-taking beauty of the Gulf from the balconies. The beach was cleaned every day and was beautiful - so far the oil has not spoiled the beaches here - too bad others have chosen to vacation elsewhere. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity and would recommend to others that I know. My grandsons had a great time in the ocean and loved fishing off the Pensacola Pier. Our favorite restaurant was Hemmingway's Restaurant on the boardwalk. We did parasailing and my grandsons enjoyed gocarts and putt putt golf at night.

First, Francesco is a wonderful and accomodating owner. He was accessible and very helpful!
Second, the condo is astonishingly well-appointed for a vacation home. The place feels more like a 4 star hotel than a lived in condo. The master bedroom is lovely with a superb bathroom (jacuzzi tub) and balcony overlooking the Gulf. The second bedroom is a comfortable room perfect for kids (two single beds) with en-suite bathroom. The main floor is furnished very nicely in modern but comfortable furniture. The decor is terrific, and the sofa is even a pull out for extra guests. There is also an additional upstairs loft with a day bed with trundle. It was all pretty darned terrific.
The location is the very last condo complex on Pensacola Beach, right before the Ft. Pickens State Park. This meant VERY little traffic and a lovely, almost private beach. Wonderful. Also, the condo is flanked by the intercoastal on the other side so the pool is on the water as well. Francesco's unit faces the Gulf, which for us preferable.
Overall a perfect family vacation for us. Our kids are college aged and older, and they had little trouble going out a few of the evenings - the nightlife is a short drive.. We were VERY happy not to have the noise or the crowds... or be in an obnoxious high-rise. We felt like we were on our own island. Couldn't say enough good things!
Our only problem was that I left some personal items in a drawer and unlike a hotel with a manager on site, we were not able to have them returned. I'm still hopeful that they are still there when Francesco returns to the unit, and I'll get them back!

This condo is absolutley beautiful. It is spacious with the most beautiful view from the living room of the Gulf. This was a very clean place. The owner has been very easy to contact. We were able to reach him when we arrived to the condo early, and we were given access to get in early. I loved sitting in the sitting area in the front of the living room each morning drinking coffee and watching dolphins jump in the ocean. Easy access to the ocean. This condo is at the end of the island so there is not as much traffic to deal with when crossing the street. I will go back to this condo next year and refer friends.

Beautiful condo with comfortable beds, furntiure, high quality cabinetry and granite countertops not to mention the gorgeous views of the Gulf. Our family of five (children ages 11 to 15) thoroughly enjoyed this spacious condo with its two Gulf side balconies and three showers. Very, very relaxing with plenty of restaurants within a short drive. Great seafood many places & don't miss Billy Bob's BBQ and the Greek restaurant right behind it.

This property is VERY CLEAN ! in front of the beach, 20 seconds walk to the ocean with desert beaches ! Its a LARGE condo with everything you need.
Each bedrooms have there own private FULL bathrooms.
The owner even called us when we first arrived to know if everythings was OK and met our expectations. He was polite and only wanted us to have a nice relaxation time. We really appreciate this attention.
When you have a question being on vacation at his place, you e-mail him and within half a day, you get an answer.

We had an enjoyable week. Loved the location….. right next to Gulf Islands National Seashore. Gorgeous, peaceful place to experience the gulf or the bay, and the snow white sand. Easy access to the beach.
The listing description and photos are accurate. Townhouse is attractively updated – very comfortable and nice. Beautiful views of the gulf from the living room area and the master bedroom/bathroom.
The complex and grounds were well maintained. There is an elevator, which was convenient.
The owner was a pleasure to deal with…..extremely accommodating and polite. I received prompt and thorough replies to all of my inquiries. Outstanding customer service, from start to finish – highly recommend!
Picked up groceries at Publix in Gulf Breeze. Ate out at a small, family run (Hawaiian) restaurant - Papa Nalu Aloha Grill on Gulf Breeze Parkway, in a shopping center with a Wal-Mart. Nothing fancy, but a fun & unique place with good fresh food, reasonable prices, and friendly service.
Would recommend walking the Pensacola Beach Pier ($1.25), and also a trip to Fort Pickens. Interesting historical tour available at Ft Pickens – check website for times.
Can’t wait to come back to Pensacola Beach!
Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy the area. We were needing a place to enjoy grandchildren while daughters were involved in a wedding. The ability to walk to the beach and a great pool plus being less than thirty minutes(depending on traffic) to a wedding site in the historic area was priceless.
There was great communication with the owner and the property was excellent. We plan to rent again and check out more of the sites in the future.
