The condo was just perfect for a girls weekend away. Deb provided so much insight on ways to make the trip just amazing.. and it was thanks to the lovely condo. The building has plenty of ammenities like the poolside tiki bar. The location is ideal for hitting the grocery store, or grabbing a bite. The condo is beautiful with amazing views and floor to cieling windows that are just so great to wake up to. I would come back here in a heartbeat. Deb - thank you for such an amazing stay! You are a one-of-a-kind owner and just a pleasure to have met!

Very nice, well equipped condo. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. The location could not be better with grocery store and several places to eat well within walking distance. Beach was wonderful and pool area is kept very clean and was never a problem to find a place to be amount the pool. Nice extra was having the Tiki Bar - right by the pool. Everything you need is right there. Condo had beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards. Owner met us at 8:30pm right in the parking area and made sure we knew where to park and walked us up to the condo and showed us where we be enjoying our vacation. She made herself available to us if there was anything we needed (which there was not). I was happy to arrive and much to my surprise there was coffee there ready to be made for morning. I would recommend staying at this owners condo. They were in the middle of remodeling the inside hallways but our hallway was pretty much complete with new carpet and paint. No issues what so every. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect for the family vacation. Condo was clean with plenty of room for all to enjoy. Great Beach area, pool and Tiki surroundings were very nice. This place is for families that know how to behave and still have a good time as there are plenty of beach side activities. The owners are very professional and friendly. Lovely experience

Each year an old friend and I leave the snowy weather(me from VT and her from MI), and play at being "Golden Girls" in sunny Florida for a week! This time we stayed in Deb's lovely condo, and found it to be clean, comfortable, organized and very nicely decorated, and also stocked with many useful amenities. It felt like home - but a home with an amazing view of the ocean! We sunned in the pool area and ate lunch every day at the Tiki Bar. This year we opted to be adventurous and not rent a car - happily, we found that we could easily walk to many shops,including the very close Winn Dixie. We would recommend to anyone who wants a stress free and comfortable vacation in the Ft. Lauderdale area to contact Deb!

Clean, beautiful condo

Just wanted to say thank you to Deb for making our stay so wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The Views are amazing...every morning waking up looking at the ocean was breathtaking! We traveled with our 2 year old and mother in law so the 2 bedrooms were perfect for us.
Having both the pool and ocean was great. The Tiki bar was our usual lunch place, very convenient.
We would definitely return for our next trip to ft lauderdale!

Beautiful oceanfront location with all amenities of a full service resort. This includes 24hr store in lobby, restaurant, lounge and bar. Outdoor Tiki bar offering excellent food and service, chair/umbrella beach rentals. We found staff to be friendly and responsive.
The condo was spacious, clean with extra's such as beach toys, towels, etc. Owner is onsight and available to ensure your stay is comfortable and as expected. Condo is centrally located and is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would return.

Gorgeous & /Peaceful Oceanfront in Ft Lauderdale

Hi Deb,
Our family just "LOVED" staying in your condo last fall. Having an oceanfront view was very important to us since we had never been in or have seen the ocean before and it was just "GORGEOUS" and we all truly enjoyed it.
The condo was perfect! It was very clean and spacious. Having a king size bed and our own bathroom and our sons each having a full size bed and bathroom worked out wonderful for us. Loved that there was plenty of closet space with hangers and drawer space for our clothing. There was alot of room for us just to sit and relax in the condo, play a game at the dining table or out on the enclosed balcony area. We liked that we were able to make breakfast some mornings or go down by the oceanfront and order breakfast. It was nice having Wynn Dixie within walking distance to pick up whatever we needed. I particulary "LOVED" getting up early and sitting down by the ocean watching the sunrise and going for walks in the sand as the waves would come in. So peaceful and breathtaking.
Going on the Water Taxi was a very convenient way to get around and also to see alot of sights and it was very beautiful at night. Homes were just starting to decorate for christmas and I had been told that it is a sight to see when they are all done.
It was nice having both a pool and the ocean right there on site. The hospitality was wonderful and we enjoyed talking with you when we were sitting out by the ocean. Thanks for taking videos and pictures of our family as we played Frisbee in the ocean.
Our hope is to return to Ft. Lauderdale yet this year and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. I'm so glad that I found your condo last year and would recommend it to anyone. It truly was a relaxing time for our family. Thank you for everything.

Restful Oceanfront Retreat in Ft. Lauderdale

My husband and I and sometimes our adult children and families have been returning to this spot for many years, with good reason. The Condo is convieniently within walking and driving distance to everything, it's clean, well maintained and you couldn't ask for more spectacular views of the Atlantic. The owners take pride in their property making our stay always very comfortable. When you arrive at the Condo one of the owners will be there to greet you and cater to your needs. Always a pleasure and we look forward to a return.

This property was just as nice as the photos promised; roomy, clean and with spectacular views. The beach and pool are convenient and well-maintained. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating. We had a great time and have no hesitation recommending the apartment to friends!
