Millie is just an adorable and a reliable person. We went with our three kids, ages 6 and 2 year old twins, my husband's brother's family of 4 and grandparents. The house is really bigger than shown in the photos! Its location was perfect for our family. The beach is literally a few steps away! The aquarium is just 5 minutes from the house and Millie also got the tickets ready for us in no time. Thank you for renting such a beautiful house to our family!

Beautiful Place to Stay

Our week in this house was amazing! I went down with a group of 12 young adults, and we all had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and very well-kept. It's a short walk to the beach, so it's easy to run back to grab a bite to eat. Millie was a great help and so sweet. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, and the deck was a fun place to play cards and relax after being on the beach. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, but it wasn't difficult to get a cab ride downtown. It's also close to the aquarium, which was a fun day outing and would be fun for kids. We would all definitely stay there again if possible, and I'd certainly recommend it.

Best Family Reunion!

We had a family reuinon early this month and rented two homes fro 28 people, Millie's home was the best by far. She takes very good care of it, was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Everyone loved the hot tub and the upper deck was perfect for evenings sitting around having a few drinks. The proximity to the beach was the best, kids and adults went back and forth all day giving us a great chance to enjoy our time together. We would stay there next time if available.
Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Great Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful family reunion/Mom's 80th Birthday celebration at this great Croatan home! There was plenty of room for all of the family members to sleep and bathe comfortably and a wonderful view of the water. Though swimming in the ocean was not an option in February, we did utilize the convenient beach access for walks on the beach and enjoyed the view of the water and sunrise. We stayed warm in the hot tub and cooked tasty meals on the grill and in the kitchen. There was ample room for playing family board games and hooking up our Wii for bowling tournaments. The high speed internet was another amenity enjoyed by many.
We would definitely return to this property in the summer months to take full advantage of the beach right across the street and would also return for a quieter winter sojourn, as well.
Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
