Elizabeth, my weeklong vacation in your condo was like a little piece of heaven. Now that I'm back home, I feel like I am still relaxing. The condo was clean and very well-equipped, including wireless Internet access. It had all of the supplies I needed for cooking. When things came up, Elizabeth was right there to help out. It's a fairly new building, it's for people with simple tastes, but I had everything I needed for a wonderful vacation. Would defintely come back. Elizabeth thank you being such a great host. The outdoor barbecue was a big hit.

Our week at the Villa

Our Myrtle Beach holiday was made all the more pleasant with our stay at the Villa. The amenities were ample and the short walk to the beach made it easy to get to the surf and sand.

The interior of our 1st floor villa was clean and very cozy with comfortable couch and chairs, small dining area and seating and table for four in the enclosed porch.

We very much appreciated the kindness of Ms. Bender in assisting our change of plans in renting the villa.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, pet-friendly

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation at your unit. It was comfortable, clean, well furnished with everything we needed, and it was only steps to the beach. Shopping and places to eat were close by. I would recommend this unit to my friends.

Nice and Affordable

What a wonderful time my husband, my dog, and I had at your unit!! It was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean and able to do so much cooking in the fully furnished kitchen. We liked being close to shopping at the outlets and Barefoot Landing. There are so many restaurants nearby. All this at such a great price!!! We will be contacting you again and will recommend this unit to anyone.

Not Beachy and Modern

Althought the unit was clean, I was a little disappointed that it was described as beachy and modern. I did see anything beachy and is was not modern. The furniture was old and there was too much of it in the small unit. The beds were also hard. The toaster did not work properly and it set off the smoke detector.

While growing up, I spent many vacations in units at the beach like this so I dealt with it. I would recommend that it be described correctly so renters do not have higher expectations. Also please buy a new toaster.

perfect weekend at the beach

everything you need to have a fantastic vacation on a budget,... we chose to buy groceries and cook in this fully equipped kitchen, and eat comfortably on the sunny patio. a very short walk to a clean beach with lots of shells. Our small dog enjoyed a romp with many new friends and was happy to return to the villa for a nap, while we shopped and dined at the nearby Barefoot Landing. Everything was perfectly clean, with attractions and shopping very close by (walking distance) ...I highly recommend staying here and I will be happy to return next time :))

Perfect place for your n.m.b vacation

Just wanted to let you know what a great time we had staying in your villa. It was very tastefully decorated. Felt very homey. It was not a long walk to the beach at all. Very great location. We will definetely stay again next summer.

Nice Place

Loved this condo! Great location! Very clean and plenty of room for a family. Loved that there is no long walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded. Our stay was fabulous. Owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Hope to be back in the future.

Great Place

My family and I (2 adults and 2 children) stayed here in July 2010. It was very clean and private. The kitchen was a perfect size and everything is new and gorgeous! Short walk to beach. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back next year!

Super Beach place - clean and lots to do!!

Really enjoyed our stay, loved being on the ground floor with beach access really close by. The kids really had fun and were kept quite busy with all the attractions close by and things to do. We found the condo to be very clean,the decor quite lovely and overall very comfortable place to stay.The owners were easy to deal with and were always available for us. Would most definitely recommend this unit to my friends and family. We will rent again on our next visit to NMB.
