We have been spending Spring Break on Siesta Key for more than 10 years and this is one of the only places we are going back to. The location is perfect, 2 blocks to the public beach access, right behind the village and all restaurants, 3 blocks for groceries. The property is well-appointed with a nicely stocked kitchen. The dining area is large enought to pull in the table in from the porch and have guests for dinner. There is a gas grill outside near the pool. The pool was still heated in March which was really appreciated! Many places claim to provide beach towels, but often they are only batch towels and thin at that. Sundance had plenty and they are large and soft. Wi Fi and Wii gaming system were heavily used by the kids every day. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is invaluable for drying wet stuff and doing the quick load of laundry. The unit was spotless and most furnishings and bathrooms pretty new.
We were very happy with our stay and plan to return next year.

It has taken us awhile to get to you but we want to say thank you for a great stay at Siesta Key. The accommodations were exactly as you said, clean, contemporary, close and all that we wanted. Your virtual tour is very accurate. We found Siesta Village delightful, especially Big Olaf's, the sunsets breathtaking, the beaches splendid, and the public transportation convenient. Thanks again for your help in making reservations. Please keep us posted as to openings for spring break next year.

We just got back last week from staying in your Sundance Rental, unit B. We loved it! Everything that you provided was such a plus, the wagon, beach chairs, and of course the kids loved the X box. It was very clean and spacious. We would like to return next spring break and are hoping the same unit is available. Our friends would also like to return the same time, the ones in unit A for sure and possible the ones that stayed in unit C.

We rented this location just a few weeks prior to our trip deciding to try something different rather than just a hotel. We enjoyed it very much. They had thought of several of the little extras that made staying convenient and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer were definitely an added bonus. The only downside was the other renters in this unit (4 rentals in this house) all had several children with them and they had sidewalks blocked with miscellanious children items, shoes, toys etc and dominated the pool and outdoor shower areas. However there probably isn't anything as landlords that could have been done about that. In all we enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

My family rented this Sundance property for a week over the summer and our only regret was that we weren't there longer. The property is great, with nice big, airy rooms. The private pool is terrific as we would typically spend the morning at the beach, come back for lunch and a siesta, and spend the afternoon at the pool. Close to the shops and cafes in Siesta Key, everything in walking distance. A great place!

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Sundance Unit on multiple occasions. In my opinion the property is perfectly located because everything is in walking distance. The beach is only 2 blocks away; the grocery store is 3 blocks away. In the morning we would walk a couple of blocks to the Broken Egg for the best brunch this side of Brennans in New Orleans. For lunch and supper there were Italian and seafood restaurants that were just a short walk away. There were local lounges with live entertainment 2 blocks away. On several evenings I picked up steaks at the local grocery and grilled them next to the pool at Sundance. Sundance supplied a beach umbrella, beach chairs, ice chest, a beach wagon to load all our stuff in and take it to the beach. My stays at this property reflect what I enjoy in a vacation. I don’t have to drive anywhere; everything I want or need is within walking distance. I can rent a bike or kayak in the middle of the key when I want to do something different. I would recommend Sundance to anyone looking for a simple, uncomplicated get away. I have been to beaches from Corpus Christie TX to Grand Cayman. I think the sugar sand of Siesta Key is by far the best. Sundance is clean and well kept. You won’t find a better place for the money. Even my grown children are vacationing there now. Thanks for the good times Sundance.
