I stayed twenty days at Jeannette's studio and found everything just like described. The charming decoration, the friendly reception and the good location near the Promenade, restaurants and shops in Brooklyn Heights made my stay a very pleasant one. Jeannette and her husband were kind and helpful. It's a perfect place for a couple.

I stayed in the apartment for one month, it was really clean and cozy. The bed is very comfortable and it is very quite at night, great for a good night rest.
Jeannette and her husband are the owners and they really take good care of the apartment and its guests. Everything needed for daily life is in the apartment. A lot of fresh towels and fresh linen, also shampoo and body wash are in the bathroom.
In the wardrobe you can find an umbrella and a raincoat.
The surrounding is very nice for a walk through the streets with brownstones. Nearby you can find a supermarket and lots of nice restaurants and bars. The subway is 15 minutes in walking distance, but it is just one stop to wall street.
In summer it might get a little hot in the apartment, but there is air condition.
The apartment is not huge, but comfortable for a stay for two persons.
Overall, a very typical New York City apartment in a Brownstone. It gives you the feeling how the apartments in NYC are really like. The whole brownstone is rented to New Yorkers, so no touristic accommodation.
Again, thanks to Jeanette and her husband who were really helpful when I needed anything.

My friend and I stayed in this lovely and clean Brooklyn apartment for two weeks. The location is great, a quiet street with nice restaurants and good shopping just around the corner, and it's easy to get to Manhattan by subway or cab.
The owners were very helpful. Thanks for the wine!

I stayed in this vacation studio for 11 days by myself and loved it! It was enough room for me and has a kitchen that is equip with the basics to cook with. It's a great, safe neighborhood in walking distant to the subway, which takes 5 stops or less to Manhattan. The neigborhood has great places to shop for food...Trader Joe's close by..Court st\Alantic Ave and other stores within walking distant to the studio. The studio was clean and comfortable. It was quiet too. I would definately stay here again and can't wait to come back to Brooklyn. I would consider living here. The owner Jeanette was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that I had. I would recommend this vacation studio to one person or three.

This was our second homeaway stay in the nyc area and we would definitely stay here again. It's on the small side but very clean, on a quiet street, very close to groceries, cafes, restuarants, and subway stations. It's also just south of the Brooklyn Heights area which is a great place to take a leisurely stroll down the Brooklyn Promenade (on the East River with a beautiful view of Manhattan) which leads to the Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Brooklyn Bridge. There's so much to do in NYC and I know we'll visit again. The owners were very easy to get in touch with upon arrival.

The studio apartment in the Brooklyn brownstone was fantastic. Although small in size, very stylish decor with higher end touches. The area of BoCoCa (the moniker given to the area comprised of 3 neighbourhoods) had such charm and ambience to it and many interesting amenities. The restaurants that were within walking distance on Court Street were spectacular, namely Ghang (Thai) and Layla Jones (Italian). Of course, having the subway close by, was a great convenience. Jeanette. the landlord, was very sweet and accommodating. We had trouble with our internet connection, all it took was phone call and Jeanette arrived with her brother the techie and the issue was resolved. Our visit to NYC was fabulous, and only made better by this vacation rental. We will certainly stay here again in the future!

I had a great time in Brooklyn thanks to the apartment. I was in town to watch my brother run the NYC marathon. It was the perfect location. It is a very cozy apt, with a nice comfortable bed and another bed in the loft. There is a nice little kitchen in case you want to take lunch/dinner inside. The neighborhood is great. Everything you need is at your fingertips, great restaurants, cafes, the promenade in Brooklyn Heights. I highly recommend the apartment to others who want to experience a real Brooklyn neighborhood.
