Great accomodations! Our group included six adults. We ran the Santa to the Sea 5k in Oxnard. Very convenient, clean and right on the beach. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook. We opted to eat out, as restaurants were in walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Time

We stayed here as a 16th birthday present for my daughter. We had an amazing time. The house is right on the sand, and convenient to everything. I cannot recommend this house strongly enough. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic views

The property has fantastic views and the manager met us with a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Family loved being right on the beach. The property was clean and well laid out. Ventura is a cute town where everything you need is close by. The only issue that we had was that there was no place to hose off the sand before going into the property.

Amazing Vacation!!

Great house right on the beach! Only complaint was an ant problem, quick response for the manager though. The best vacation we ever took!

Under construction, dangerous and dirty

The property exterior is currently under construction with scaffolding, roofing waste / discards, dry rot, wood splinters and construction debris scattered about the grounds.

The advertised fire pit is surrounded by construction debris and is essentially unusable and no place I would let my children roam due to the danger of nails.

The interior of the house was dirty and not well maintained. Broken chairs, bent screens on the windows and tattered curtains seem to be the norm.

The location is as advertised - on the beach with nice views.
