Our family of 6 had a great time in your beautiful house. We played in the water, built castles in the sand, visited the aquarium and saw the fireworks. Thanks so much. Weather was perfect--sunny & warm.

A lovely house with a perfect view of the ocean & the pier. The deck was a great spot to tan when the sand by the beach was getting too hot for the bare feet. We would like to come back for our next beach vacation. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home, Jennifer!

Thank you for letting us stay here! We had lots of fun and loved being so close to the pier. We had great weather and enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night! Such a cozy house that made us feel at home. Thanks again.

First time in this part of the country. Beautiful. All had a good time & enjoyed your home on the beach. Thank you. View and access to the beach was fabulous. Had a wonderful, relaxing time. Recommend the Deck House to eat at.

Wow! Beyond expectations!! Jennifer was super helpful on describing the house but it is better than expected! Fantastic vacation and Wilmington was also a pleasant surprise. We will be back!

Friends & Family on the Beach, it doesn't get much better than this! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! The home is not only comfortable & convenient, it is charming! Perfect place to just unwind and enjoy the beauty of Kure Beach! The kids loved this vacation & the adults were able to become kids again for this time, that now seems all too short! For those of you reading this...we recommend the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher! And remind you to relax, take this all in... enjoy every day you have on this wonderful beach! Swing on the back deck, listen to the ocean...let this place allow you to appreciate simple pleasures of life on the beach...

Jennifer provided us an absolutely fantastic home, and it is even better than depicted on the web page. Clean, airy, and with a super view of the beach. The deck is big enough for a large family - with a picnic table on one side and a swing and deck chairs on the other.
We made constant use of the countertop for preparing food, eating it, and playing lots of board/card games. There isn't a dining room but it wasn't missed in the least. The washer and dryer were very high tech - an unexpected surprise. Not that important to our vacation, but shows the quality of the house.
I would recommend renting sheets, beach chairs, and umbrellas from Seaside Rental. The order process was easy and all were there when we arrived.
Highly recommend this home - just not when we want to stay there which will be soon!!!
Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Great fishing and sunning

I went for the fishing, and I wasn't disappointed. This home was my castle in the sand, and in just a few steps you can have some boss surf fishing. Other than that, I spent time grilling and eating at the table outside on the deck...and soaking up the AC watching the flat screen from the couch. It's real nice, not smoky or musty like some places I've stayed. I like Kure Beach because it isn't overcrowded with people on the sand and you're never too far from where you want to go.
Recommended for: families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, sight seeing

What a beautiful place on the beach! We could see the ocean from the bedroom and the living room and kitchen--and of course that endless outside deck. The furniture and appliances appeared to be new, and we were quite cozy in our stay at this cottage. Everything went smoothly with our rental, and the owner provided some very helpful information to acquaint us with the area. Highly recommended!

We enjoy staying at this house each year for our beach vacation. It's very clean and a comfortable size for our family of six. And we've seen improvements added about every year we've come. We appreciate the calm and uncongested location and convenience to area attractions.

We had a great week at this house in April with our 3 small children. The location is perfect and we found the house well suited for a family of 5. It's small but laid out well. We did have one issue with the sink and owners had it fixed right away. FYI you will need to bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, salt/pepper or maybe we were just the first renters of the season. The porch swing is an amazing way to take in the views. We enjoyed our week very much.

As with all guests, we provided you a courtesy set of housekeeping supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bar soap, laundry detergent, dish detergent, coffee filters, sponges and cleaning supplies, to assist you with settling into our home. (But you may need to provide consumables above and beyond this set as you use them.) Thank you for describing how we promptly address (same day in your case) any maintenance issues that may arise. We make every effort to ensure our home is enjoyable and welcoming to our guests, whom we greatly appreciate.

We fell in love with the beach all over again! The wooden swing was indeed a bonus. Very comfortable, relaxing and accommodating home. Loved downtown Wilmington and dining on the river. Enjoyed renting bikes and cruising down to the aquarium. We've all agreed we'd love to return to your wonderful place next year. Thanks so very much!

A lovely, clean, well-maintained house. We especially enjoyed the comfortable furniture, the super deck & swing, & the eye-popping view! Lots of wonderful meals were cooked, lots of beach walks were taken, Scrabble games played & a 550 piece puzzle was completed. Thanks for a nice house--and clean windows to enjoy the spectacular view of our beautiful planet!

Thank you for a fabulous vacation! We had the best time and made many happy memories. The house was perfect for our needs and very clean and comfortable. We felt instantly at home! We enjoyed the beach and ocean throughout the week, but also took in the Aquarium, Fort Fisher and Battery Buchanan, Pier, and Carnival. Loved the fireworks Thurs night! We will definitely be back to your home next summer. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us!
