Stayed Feb./ March 2013..The house is very bright and roomy. The sun room across the back is great for morning coffee and other meals (weather permitting). The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillow selection.There is pretty well eveything you need to have a worry free stay and Janice will certainly look after you. The area is close to lots of attractions in Vero and Fort Pierce is a short drive away. The beaches are some of the best in Fla and also a short 15 minute drive. Enjoyed our 2 month stay very much..

Very comfortable stay

We stayed here for a week over Christmas and had a very enjoyable stay. Janice was there to meet us and was very welcoming. The house has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay including a fast wired internet connection which was very useful. We enjoyed sitting in the covered porch area at the back of the house during the warm weather and the BBQ was handy for Christmas lunch. Janice even provided a new grill and lighting fuel!

It is situated in a quiet residential area a short drive to the lovely beaches and Indian River. We also visited the Manatee Center in Fort Pierce a short drive away. It is well placed for a day trip to numerous places including the Kennedy Space Center which we enjoyed enormously. The restaurants in the Vero Beach area are varied and reasonably priced and there are plenty of shops nearby.

Janice was very accommodating with regard to the deposit return and was keen to ensure that the currency exchange was not problematic for us.

We loved this part of Florida and aim to return this winter for a longer period of time. We would love to stay here again and would recommend it.

Home away from home

We have rented homes on the beach before, but enjoyed this home the most. Most house rentals include only basic amenities. This home is so well organized you find everything you need. The furniture, beds, and pillows are so comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. The description just does not do this house justice. I loved the no smoking and no pet rule; that made it seem even more comfortable considering my family's allergies. The house was well located for various events. I can best sum up my opinion of this house as "homey" if that is a word. We felt right at home for a very comfortable stay. Thanks, Janice. We certainly plan to return to this house.

What a wonderful home away from home!

We stayed here for the month of March and couldn't have been more pleased. Jan was here to greet us when we came in and made us feel right at home.

The accomodations were just as nice as stated. Everything was clean and in good working order. The house and furniture were comfortable and everything was well stocked and maintained. Jan even left emergency supplies of food if anyone needed it, due to late arrival.

It is just a short drive to the beach (South Beach was our favorite) and there were grocery stores and restaurants within a short drive. There are a lot of activities to choose from and Jan provided a list that most anyone would find helpful, along with a street map, which is really handy. It's these little attentions to detail that make the visit more enjoyable.

We would certainly recommend this house to anyone, and we certainly would like to return.

Christmas in Vero Beach

This home is very well kept and exceptionally clean. When you first arrive, Janice is there to greet you and offer any help you might need.She thought of everything when it came to stocking the shelves ! We had a wonderful visit- our only regret is we didn't stay long enough!
