"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The property is very clean and well maintained. It is located about 10 minutes from the beach, not on the main drag, which is a plus for us, as it allows for total relaxation. There is ample shopping, restaurants and water activities nearby - all within a short driving distance from the condo. The owner is very attentive and calls with updates and information to make your stay stress-free. It's comparable to staying at the home of a very nice relative. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy sun and fun on and near the beautiful beaches of Destin."

excellent deal for 2 weeks stay

Excellent condo, quiet neighborhood, I WILL COME BACK SOON, Shopping mall, pharmacy, Mc donalds and much more close to the condo, beach is about 4 minutes walking from the condo, excellent trip.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Such a wonderful trip. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Great accomadations and close to everything. Will definitely plan to stay again. Very friendly and pleasant.

Fun in the sun!

This was by far the best place I have stayed at. The location to shopping, entertainment, dining and beach was great. Willy was wonderful to work with. I have never meet a more kinder person when dealing with a rental transaction. He made sure we had any information that we would need for our travel to Destin and while staying there. The neighbor was nice, quiet and clean. The pool was well maintained. The condo well kept and very clean. It is just a short drive or a 10 minute walk to the beach. In the end I have not only made a contact for a place to stay when going to Florida but a new friend. Thank you for all of your kindness!

Nice condo, great owner!

We came to Destin for a long weekend and Willy was so accomidating to our needs! He worked with us on how long we wanted to stay and let us rent for 3 nights instead of 1 week. The condo was clean and comfortable. I wish it was a little closer to the beach but the walk wasn't a huge deal- about 5 minutes. A good value and location overall in Destin.
