Our new Park City Headquarters

Ken (San Antonio, Texas)
Review submitted: March 5, 2013   Date of arrival: February 27, 2013

We are a group of current and former senior corporate execs, all male, all wanting his own bed, meeting in Park City for the 8th year in a row.. This property met our needs beautifully. We had people skiing Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, and Canyons. All were very convenient.
We only meet once a year, and we found that preparing our own dinners in the amazing kitchen, and then eating at the large table, was much more conducive to conversation than any restaurant we could hope for. We made good use of the hot tug, the outdoor grill, and the shuffleboard and pool table. There are not many properties that could accommodate all of those needs, but this one is nice we were back for a second trip.

Perfect spot

TX Traveler (TX)
Review submitted: May 17, 2012   Date of arrival: February 23, 2012

We went to Park City for a bachelorette party and looked at dozens of properties before deciding on this one. It was perfect...roomy, but still cozy. We actually ended up spending a lot more time in the condo than outside exploring the city...we got to catch up and party at the same time! Can't recommend it enough.

Owners response: Happy to hear the house worked for your bachelorette party.

Excellent home!

Review submitted: February 11, 2012   Date of arrival: January 1, 2012

We recently stayed in this home for 3 weeks over the Christmas break...we had friends from Australia with us and they were impressed with the house.
This house is perfect location for skier. The Park City resort is just behind the house. Less than 5 mins drive to resort. Kids friendly home.
Kitchen and dinning area was perfect for big crown gathering. The caretaker was great to work with and we used his transportation service alot for back and forth airport.
Owner was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Deposit return was timely refunded.
Definitely would come back again and recommend to anyone seeking for a large home with big crowd.

Annual Ski Trip

Rob (CHAGRIN FALLS, OH)
Review submitted: January 12, 2012   Date of arrival: December 7, 2011

8 of us have been making the annual trek from Ohio to Park City for the past 10 years. I can say that we have stayed in all types of accommodations and none have compared to this place. It was absolutely amazing with all the amenities you could ask for and more! A well thought out house that is basically brand new and kept spotless. Enough beds and space to comfortably handle more than 10-12 people. The pool table and shuffle board kept us busy while dinner for 8 was being prepared in the spacious kitchen each night.

The bus stop right in front made it easy to go uptown and back without hassle with about a two minute ride. The owner was very accommodating and having a nearby supervisor was comforting. I would recommend this place to any interested parties.

Great "Wedding Central" house!

Mom of the Bride (Everett, WA)
Review submitted: September 16, 2011   Date of arrival: July 11, 2010

We rented this property to be "home base" for family and friends during a summer family wedding. It was great: luxurious, convenient, comfortable, full of all the latest electronic toys. We used the BBQ and the kitchen area for entertaining. The house is very well equipped and the master BR suite is quite special.

Review submitted: September 8, 2011   Date of arrival: August 6, 2011

This house is amazing and we highly recommend it. We stayed in this house with another family and had so much room to spread out. The location can't be beat, centrally located to everything. You can easily walk to main street, shops, a supermarket and drugstore, and there was an unbelievable playground right across the street. The house was very clean and well kept, and it had everything we needed. We cooked and grilled in the beautiful kitchen. We can't wait to go back again next year!

Headquarter House

Nonna, grandma (Pasadena, CA)
Review submitted: July 14, 2011   Date of arrival: June 30, 2011

We just enjoyed a fabulous family and friends reunion in Park City the week of the 4th of July. All told, there were 54 of us, ages 14 months to 80 years. Although I did not stay in this house (I and my family of 10 stayed in a close-by house) this house was our central headquarters and the house where we ate most of our dinners. Hard to believe that one house could serve 50-54 dinners each night, with all of us seated at tables, on couches, on stairs, in back yard, etc. Wonderful! The kitchen island is huge, the counter space extensive, and the appliances are to die for: a large Viking stove, a huge copper kitchen sink, huge Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, flat-screen TVs in every bedroom. The house is almost across the street from the City Park of Park City, a wonderful spot for all ages, especially the playground section for young children.
If you are lucky enough to stay in this gorgeous house, please take good care of it. It is a Park City treasure!

Beautiful Home! I had an amazing trip :)))

Savvy (Kirkland, Washington)
Review submitted: July 13, 2011   Date of arrival: July 1, 2011

Walking into the house is like stepping into a sanctuary. The house is stunning, well-kept and immaculate. We stayed here for a family reunion. The great room offers a great place for everyone to gather. I had a great experience playing the game Taboo, with lots of family members. The kitchen is open and makes cooking social and fun. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for the group of teenagers and kids. The game room was a main attraction. Shuffleboard and pool were perfect along with the huge TV. The hot tub was used every night! The house was perfect. It was a short walk to downtown Park City, but there was a bus stop for the free bus right outside that ran very often making it so accessible to downtown. Steps to Park City Mountain Resort! The trip was awesome. This house was beautiful and exceeded all expectations!!

Great House

Review submitted: July 13, 2011   Date of arrival: July 1, 2011

While I did not stay in this house during my visit (I was at another), I did spend significant time in it. It's huge. You could bring the football team. And the cheerleaders. A big chunk of the crowd, too. But don't get the wrong idea: the house is posh. It's also close to everything, including the bus, which stops right in front of the house.

This home was amazing! We felt like we were staying at a friend's home instead of a rental property. It was a short walk to Park City lifts and the bus stop is in front of the next door neighbor's home. This was extremely convenient for going to the other resorts. We can't wait to rent again next year!

The good and the bad (and the good)

Patrick (Austin, TX)
Review submitted: December 24, 2010   Date of arrival: December 15, 2010

We stayed 12/15 - 12/19, right before the "official" ski season.

The first thing we noticed was the amazing living room and kitchen. When they said "massive great room" and "stunning kitchen", they weren't kidding! With 14 of us, we quickly needed to decide who gets which bedrooms. This is where we get into the first bad.

The Bad (Master Bedroom):
The master bedroom almost started a mutiny! This room was so luxurious that nobody wanted to abide by the rules and we all wanted the room. Even us single guys wanted the room for ourselves, and wanted to leave the couples to their own devices in the bunk bed room. Seriously, this room was bad news for testing the friendships on this trip. At the end, we let all the single girls enjoy the jacuzzi bath (though not without grumbling).

Moving up the stairs, the game room was definitely where everyone wanted to be.

The Bad (Game room):
The game room was smaller than the Great Room, but it was where everyone wanted to be. With a pool table and shuffle board, it was difficult for the rest of us to watch a movie. Not to mention the other half of the party stuck downstairs in the kitchen cooking without camaraderie. Usually, everyone is all around one common area, sharing jokes, and elbows, and (lets face it... farts), but there was so much space to spread out that we hardly had the opportunity to accidentally step on people's luggage.

There's a bus stop right in front of the house for the free city bus to the Park City lifts. Unfortunately, the bus TO the lift is on the other side of the street.

The Bad (Bus stop):
The bus stop to the lift was on the other side of the street. We had to walk more than 20 yards to cross the street to the other bus stop. This was a burden because the first morning, we weren't sure, which bus to take! So we had to walk back and forth between these two bus stops. Finally, I got tired of the shuffle, so I walked straight to the lifts! Screw the bus! The rest of the party got there before me, sure, but I still got my ticket before the big group finished getting their tickets. Looks like walking won the race! Nanny-nanny boo-boo! Oh, but the bus back drops you off right at your door, at the end of the day when you're tired and don't want to lug your gear around... I guess that's a good thing.

I have 177 characters left, so I guess I don't have the opportunity to write more bad things about this place.

Cheers! :)

What an amazing home! We had a large group stay
the first week of January and it was fantastic. The
house is gorgeous, easily accommodates 10-12
adults & has all of the best amenities. The location
was only 2 blocks from the slopes, walking distance
to the market & town and a wonderful Spa is right
across the street. We can't wait to visit again!

The shuttle stops directly in front of the house, and everything was well-stocked. We had an amazing time.

This is a fantastic luxury home in the mountains that has everything you need, including the cushy "great room" that sucks you into the big leather couches in front of the fireplace. The bedrooms are all lovely, as is the massive gourmet kitchen and terrific game room with pool and shufflepuck (across from the Bunk room!). They thought of everything from a hot tub and bikes to a matching house "next door" that can be rented to double the capacity to 20. I STRONGLY recommend this house to anyone planning a mountain vacation, Summer or Winter!

This house is truly beautiful. Cozy, comfortable, and stylish! What a perfect spot to get away from it all. Loved being able to walk to town (and imagine walking to ski lift in the winter). Enjoyed the great sound system throughout the house. Everything is top of the line. Thanks for a great visit!

We recently stayed here with 13 girls for a long weekend. The house was fantastic - perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is a dream to cook in, and it opens up in to both the dining and living areas, so everyone was able to hang out, drink wine, sit by the huge fire, and cook at the same time. The photos are the best way to see how impeccable the decor is and no detail has been left out. We loved the shuffleboard and pool table area, and the master bath with a 3-head shower and deep tub is a dream. The location could not be better - walking distance to town and slopes with a spa across the street. Getting to stay here is an absolute treat.

Wow. I've stayed in Park City numerous times & this is by far the best home! Not only is it well furnished and comfortable (check out the gourmet kitchen & huge fireplace!), but its proximity to town makes it ideal. Oh, and did I mention the flat screen TVs throughout & spa just across the street? Highly recommend.

I spent a long weekend with a large group of people in this house, and could not think of a better gathering spot. The house is completely decked out with the finest of everything from the kitchen appliances to upscale bed linens and towels. We never felt cramped since there are multiple rooms to hide away in should you desire alone time. There is a large plasma screen TV in almost every room, and a game room providing loads of competitive entertainment! The location is also excellent - walking distance to the main part of town, as well as to the lifts. I never knew Park City could be so fun outside of ski season - there were so many activities. We plan to go back with our kids after seeing how many great activities there are.

As an avid traveler we have stayed in many rentals around the US and this was by far the nicest, cleanest, warmest homes we have stayed in. It didn't feel like a rental, it felt like our own home. From the kitchen to the bath and bedrooms everything was perfect. The house was walking distance to a fantastic spa (one of the best massages I have ever had), a Starbucks, Park City Mountain and the town. We can not rave enough about this house and the up keep. It's a real jem! You can tell the owners have a sense of style and taste, they have put some serious thought into what people would like when renting a home. This is not your average rental. We can not wait to book this house again!

Fantastic that you had such great mountain bikes at the house to ride the trails, after which, the hot tub was most welcoming. This, followed by some great play in a game room complete with a pool table, shuffle board table (!), large TV and, of course, a wet bar for our Boddingtons. We've already booked it for our next visit to the states.

Such a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation -
locale, vibe of house, park city overall - i am
returning in october. What a find - spacious and
cozy at the same time. LOVE the fact that this spot
is a short, scenic walk into town for dining &
shopping, backs up to ski resort - so close to all
but feels private. Fantastic kitchen - and how it
opens up to the living and dining area. Plenty of
privacy for multiple guests. Pool table upstairs -
Deck out back. Big thumbs up.

What a beautiful home in a perfect mountain retreat. Many, many things to do for all ages. The home is equipped with all possible needs/wants and is luxuriously decorated. Biking and hiking
or a short walk to Old Town with its many shops and restaurants will keep you busy. Or a relaxing splash in the hot tub followed by snuggling up with a good book was my favorite way to relax.
We will definitely rent this house again.

Count us as regulars. Luxurious house was a mix of yogi meets rodeo decor - so comfortable I wanted to stay inside all day, but too much to do around and about just outside the front door! Walk to mountain. Spa across the street. Starbucks a stone's throw away. Downtown - a lovely stroll up a whimsical path. What more could you ask for? Thank you for a lovely stay!
