Beautiful and Fully Equipped Condo

We had never done a vacation rental before and were a little nervous about the whole process. Boy were we wrong to wait so long. This condo was beautifully maintained and decorated, spacious and well stocked with all the necessities and more.
The two bedrooms and two full baths were perfectly suited our needs. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of clean sheetes, blankets, towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer, fully loaded kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Beach towels were provided, other odds and ends for outdoor activities such as swimming and tennis. About the only thing we needed to bring was our clothes. After a quick trip to the grocery which is literally blocks away, we were good to start enjoying our vacation. Though we are not golfers, the condo is in a golf community so the entire community is well maintained. We do like to exercise everyday and found the exercise room to be top notch as well.

Can't say enough about the condo. The owners were also great about communicating through email and keeping us updated throughout the rental process. Theresa is great. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a stay in Bradenton.

We love this house!

My wife and I have rented this beautiful house for 3 months in the summer of 2011. We love this house that is very comfortable and welcoming. The furniture is beautiful and the owners are delightful and helpful. The pool of the community is close the entrance of the house and the gym is one minute away by car. A lot of maps and guidebooks of the area are available with suggestions on beautiful places to visit. Nearby the house there are supermarkets and shops. This house is excellent! :-)

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway

Beautiful house at Tara Golf

Very nice condo! It was more beautiful than it was in description! There was everything we needed for our stay, and everything was clean and tidy.
There was a pool very close, and many other facilities.

The owners are very nice, infact they suggested us the Thanksgiving dinner in the clubhouse and it was very good! And when we left their beautiful house, they remembered us our deposit (we forgot it).

If we will come back in Florida, we hope we will come back in this house! We recommend it to everybody!

Great Spot!

We have been renting at Tara for at least ten years and this is the nicest unit we have rented to date.

We hardly used the air conditioning because there is usually a beautiful breeze through the condo if you open the front and back lanai doors. The unit is very clean, recently updated, new appliances and uncluttered which makes it easy to keep clean. The owners are more than happy to make any changes or upgrades when suggested by the renters; they actually ask for your input which we have never experienced in all our years of renting.

Everytihing you need or want is within walking distance which makes it even more appealing. Our freinds enjoyed our unit and the area so much they are now looking to purchase their own property in this area.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Can't Wait for 2012

We have been renting at Tara for the past 10 years and to date, this has been our nicest rental.

The unit has been recently updated and the owners are very keen on making more improvements when suggested by the renter. It is very clean, well decorated and easy to maintain because it doesn't have a lot of the usual Florida clutter.

We love the fact that everything you need is within walking distance. The private pool outside the front door, the Clubhouse around the block, Publix down the street a block or two and the list goes on, too many to mention.

Freinds who visited loved our rental unit, Tara Golf & Country Club and the area so much they are investigating buying.

From the moment we stepped into this condo, it felt very comfortable, homey and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was excellent as well, it was close to everything you'd ever want i.e grocery stores, shopping, airports and of course a haven for golfers. We would return to stay in this condo again, hopefully next April. Thanks Dave & Theresa for sharing your home with us!
