Great location and unbeatable accomodations!

I would go back tomorrow. The hospitality and location of this place are second to none. If your looking for a Steamboat vacation spot, "Look no further".

A Great 70th Birthday Week
Review submitted: February 9, 2011 Date of arrival: December 1, 2010
I was looking for a home that would take care of our family for a week. With different ages, the floorplan looked like it would be very good for our family. As it turned out, it was perfect. We used the loft for games, puzzles, and the young grandchildren having the ability to watch their children's movies. The downstairs was excellent for the skiers coming in with their boots and coats. They stored the skies on the slopes. The shuttle bus was always on time and the people working for Steamboat were very cordial and friendly. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked just fine. I chose not to have the maid service in the middle of our stay as it seemed like it would just interfere with our family time. Of course, we were very lucky with the snow. The ski conditions were just perfect--but from past years I know this is just luck. The only problem was the sun coming in the big windows from about 11:00 until 4:00. The house faces the north and the sun is low on the horizon in the winter and when it is shining it really blinds you. Perhaps they could consider putting some of the shades on the upper windows like they have on the lower windows. The local realty company was very helpful and friendly. Hope these comments help.

We just hosted our family reunion at Cimarron Chalet and it was so much fun. The home has a little spot for everyone and all the kids loved sharing the rooms with the bunk bedrooms. My favorite part was the big open living room and kitchen. My sisters and I made family dinners every night for our big crew and everyone was able to gather around to enjoy. The best part was how much time we all got to spend together. We didn’t have to worry about hotel rooms or being split up. I treasure the time we all get to spend together and I thank you for giving us this opportunity.
