This place was a great find. It's only a 1/2 block from the beach, has everything you need in the kitchen, as well as a few unexpected extras. The back yard has a clothes-line which came in handy as well as a laundry room that does not require quarters.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car

Wonderful Beach House

After searching for a few weeks for a house to rent for the week of school vacation, I found this property and the property manager Jerry Lewis. After email conversations and phone conversations with Jerry, I decided to rent this unit. Jerry was always available to answer my questions about the property and the rental process. It is a wonderful house!! Exactly as the pictures represent -furnished nicely, and extremly clean and roomy! It is a two minute walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very serene and not crowded at all. I very much recommend this property to anyone wanting a trip to Anna Maria Island!! This is a gem of an island and everyone is so friendly and there is a free trolley all over the island. I will definately take my family back here!!

Wonderful Stay!!!!

After searching for weeks for a house to rent for the week of our Honeymoon, I narrowed my list down to 4 prospect rentals. After email conversations and phone conversations with all 4, my husband and I decided to go with this one. Jerry was amazing and was available everytime I had a question about the property prior to our arrival. When we arrived, we had a slight internet issue, and the actual owner of the house came over with a new router the next day!! It was an ADORABLE house!! Furnished nicely, and clean! My husband and I loved the quietness of the neighborhood, and with only a minute and a half walk to the beach, sunsets were the attraction for us every night!! We HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone wanting a trip to Anna Maria Island!! We will be returning for years to come!! Great place, great service, and wonderful people!!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful and looked just like the picture. Clean and well-maintained. The access to the beach was very close and beautiful. I reccommend the house to everyone looking for a good price, nice house, that is close to the beach.

Comfy, Clean, Charming House & A Gorgeous Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this charming, updated home. It was well-stocked w/all of the basics, plus a few extras. The on-site laundry was clean & easy to use. The beach is 1 1/2 blocks away, but it is a pleasant, quick (2 or 3 minutes, I suppose) walk that truly did not detract from our experience at all. The beach is beautiful, wide, and the sand is a gorgeous white. The Property Mgr. was very nice & always easy to reach. This was a very pleasant & relaxing experience. We will definitely be back!

Great little place in a great location

Though not right on the beach, this very well priced, neat and cute place was close enough...about a block and a half. The unit had been recently remodeled so was quite modern and comfortable...but still charming. The unit is well stocked with just about everything you need. There are even several types of beach chairs available to use. Besides the location and great price, the unit manager offered a personal service touch that maded our rental experience very satisfying. Of all the places we considered on the island, he was the only one to actually call me. When we arrived the unit's heating unit did not work. A call to the manager early on a Sunday afternoon resulted in someone out to fix it before the day was over.

Just what we were looking for

We really enjoyed our stay here. The open floor plan makes everything feel very spacious. I liked the feel of the place, such as the wood ceilings. It is fully furnished with dishes, etc. The neighborhood is quiet. It is very close, just a walk across the street, to an amazing beach. The master has a king bed. There are 2 flat screen TVs with plenty of channels to watch. The location on the island is optimal. It is a great value for the price.

Great place for the price

Great place for the money. The home was very comfortable, well stocked and clean. The home had been recently renovated but didn't loose the charm of it's original style. Not directly on the beach but easy access to the beach.

Good beach access makes up for average property!

At first glance the living area seemed nice, newly renovated. But the bathrooms, especially the one adjacent to the master bedroom were below standard: tiny, old and absolutely outdated.
The house was not very clean, especially after taking a look under the beds, at the windows or at the dishes. The room for the washer/ dryer was a mess. The backyard was poorly maintained, not very welcoming to sit out back at the end of a nice day at the beach.
But what made up for most of it was the price compared to others and the proximity to the beach.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, pet-friendly, tourists without a car
