Perfect time of the year to visit Folly! This oceanfront home made our trip so special. The porch overlooking the ocean was great for our morning coffee break. We walked into DT Folly for dinner everynight. We will be back!

This was perfect for my family. Looking forward to a return visit! On the ocean with activities close by. Couldn't ask for more!

Taylor House Vacation

We stayed at the Taylor House from May 5th to May 12th. The house was everything as advertised. The rooms were a nice size and the open middle of the house made for a comfortable open gathering place. The view of the ocean from the main bedroom and the living room are amazing. The deck is huge. The house came equipped with everything we could imagine.... all kitchen supplies you needed and then some.
We were lucky enough to see several dolphins swimming from the deck on two of the days we were there.
The house is in a nice location....a nice relaxing beach stroll to get to center of Folly (~15 minutes).
We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

Great location, Needs some care

This was our third stay on Folly and first with this rental company. While I can say that the rental company responded to our concerns promptly and professionally, the property was not all we had hoped. There was a great deal of deferred maintenance (phone not working, ceiling peeling, exterior lights needed replaced) and cleaning (sheets needed rewashed, fans were very dusty).

On the upside, the location of the house is perfect! Right on the beach, halfway between Folly pier and and west (south) end of the island. This makes for a pretty quiet stretch on the beach (even during 4th of July when we were there).

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers

Cozy Family House

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the Taylor house. We felt like Folly Beach locals after a couple of days. We like the low key, laid back atmosphere. We had a relaxed blast!

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway
