We were a party of 4 adults. We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful. It is everything that it's advertised and so much more. Linda was helpful and very informative. I am looking forward to renting this condo again very soon with the rest of my family. I highly recommend this condo, you will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The both condos were beautiful and conveniently located to the beach and the beds were very comfy. We had everything we needed. I think everyone in our party agrees that we will rent from you again. Thanks so much.

Great Visit!

We finished up our stay on Saturday and I wanted to say that we had a GREAT time! Thank you for sharing your condo with our family! Our kids had the best time on the beach and catching sand crabs at night. We look forward to staying here again if it works out. This time for longer.

This was a great place. Has everything you need, very comfortable, and fantastic views of beach and two of the three pools.

I want to first say that the place was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and plan on making a return trip next summer, although a bit earlier in the summer. The view from the balcony is fantastic, and the condo very livable. I need to get online to see about making the reservation for next summer.
I hope that everything was left in order and according to your expectations. We tried to make sure that things were reasonably clean, and that there was no damage. I will try to upload a picture or two of the family to send you.
Thank you for letting me know about the deposit. And thank-you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo.

Great Property, Great Location

This was our second visit to the Saida Complex and this unit was perfect for our family get-together. Bedroom arrangement fit nicely. Size of balcony was a nice feature. Close walk to the beach and nice view. Each bedroom had nice windows. The keypad on the front door was a convenient feature. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful time for Memorial weekend! The condo was spacious, beds comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the newly remodeled master bathroom looked great! The balcony was perfect, too... really big enough for everyone to sit around and relax!! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful condo!! Spectacular view of the ocean from a great balcony. This condo was obviously well-maintained, spacious and we loved the well-stocked kitchen -- plenty of plates, silverware, etc. We also liked having such a short walk to the beach, where we set up our umbrella in the morning and could eaily go back and forth to the Condo. We'll be back!!
