Wonderful condo!

Paul's description of the condo was spot on. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked (much more so than our past rentals), perfect layout for a family of 4. Everything was clean except the shower curtain liners (both had pink mildew). Paul responded to every inquiry and always answered his phone. Our kids loved the ducks visiting off the back porch. It was very quiet and the pools were fabulous. We all voted that we would definitely return to this vacation rental. 99.9% satisfied.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

A fabulous time

We had a fabulous time at your condo. It was so clean and it had everything we needed. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was and the morning visits from the ducks was an extra little bonus.

Just a quick note to say thank you for allowing us to rent the condo for our myrtle vacation. We really enjoyed our stay there and the place was beautiful. My son enjoyed the very friendly ducks that came to visit the back patio each morning.

A Nice Getaway With Plenty To Do

We just returned from a one week stay at this condo and have nothing but good things to say. We felt immediately at home when we entered. The place was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is excellent with the beach and outlet shopping a short distance away and several attractions nearby. Paul was especially informative in helping us plan our stay, providing us with everything we needed. Thanks for a fun and relaxing vacation!

Beautiful, well maintained, best value in NMB

Everything about our experience was wonderful. In all my communication with Paul, he was friendly and eager to help our vacation be as great as it could be.
The condo has great decor- none of that tacky 80's beach house stuff that we have seen a dozen times before. Appliances are modern and the unit itself is very well-maintained.
The location is great too. Initially we were concerned because it is not on the beach- but the shuttle stop is close, and it is a quick drive across the highway to the ocean.
Barefoot Landing is a lovely resort, and this condo in particular will meet your every need. It has a comfortable, homey feeling and everything you need to enjoy your stay.
We can't wait to stay here again next year!

We had a wonderful time, and your condo helped make it that way. What a beautiful place, and a great location. Just far enough from the "madness", but close enough to enjoy all the things to do in Myrtle.
It was outstanding, and I would certainly rent from you again.

Just Like Home

My wife and I spent a month at this home and it was super. The condo is very clean, well appointed and maintained. In fact, the paint and decorations reminded us of our own home. The screened in patio provides you with a view of the pond and the Greg Norman fairway. Since most of the units at Barefoot are three stories high, it was a real advantage to having a first level unit, otherwise you will be climbing a lot of stairs. We also had two ducks who would visit us every morning for breakfast. We also loved the area which included plenty of golf courses, attractions and restaurants. We highly recommend Alligator Adventure and Brook Green Gardens. The fine restaurants and golf courses are too numerous to list. We plan to return in the future to experience a lot of the attractions we missed, including the theater shows. Lastly, our hosts, Paul and Susan were great people to deal with along with the entire VRBO experience (our first).

Paul and Susan's condo was EXCELLENT! Great location, beautiful furnishings, and very clean. Quick response to our questions and wonderful personal attention. We are renting again and can't wait to go.

Really enjoyed our Stay.

Really enjoyed our stay, loved being on the ground floor with access to all amenities close by. The kids really had fun and were kept quite busy with all the attractions close by and things to do. We found the condo to be very clean,the decor quite lovely and overall very comfortable place to stay.The owners were easy to deal with and were always available for us. Would most definitely recommend this unit to my friends and family. We will rent again on our next visit to MB.

Pleasantly surprised.

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to this condo. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the openness of this unit, it made it just fell so big and homey. Our stay was a month long and we just felt so at home. The owners were so helpful with information and wonderful to work with. We had a great time and will probably come back again.
