My husband and I just spent an amazing month here. Sadly, we now have
to return to reality! The house and property gave
us a wonderful sense of calmness and relaxation - truly the definition
of the word "vacation".

I will miss my coffee each morning watching the sun rise, as well as
seeing the sun set and getting the grill going! The flowers and
gardens are truly amazing - no wonder they are the owners'pride and joy!

Thank you for making this a wonderful summer of 2012 - we certainly
hope to return in the future."

We had the best summer ever! It was a fantastic time sharing this beautiful place with our friends and family from all over the US. The pond was perfect - exactly what I had hoped for. The beautiful, never ending display of flowers was so amazing. David and Lisa were the most responsive and helpful landlords I've ever dealt with.

I've run out of superlatives, but truly, this is a magical wonderful place. Thank you! I'll definitely be back.

Breathtaking

Thank you so much for letting us use and share in your amazing property. This weekend was peak fall foliage. The views were breathtaking. Wee really loved our evenings in front of the fire.

Fall Getaway

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful gem of a house with us.

We spent a fabulous active fall weekend, 3 generations, swimming in the lake, fishing, biking, apple-picking, and most importantly relaxing enveloped in a breathtaking view, birdsong, and sunshine.

We're on our way now, hoping to be back soon.

September Wedding at Chaits Getaway

We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place to be! This is definitely a slice of heaven. My niece loved walking down to the pond and around the estate, and my sister and mom relaxed on the porch in the sun. My fiance/husband and I enjoyed the romantic ambiance.

Great Time for All!

The property and the house is outstanding! It is even more picturesque than on photos and the video. We have seen bear, wild turkeys, crane, rabbits, and deer without ever stepping off the property.

Our family of 6 (two young couples and parents) had enjoyed the serenity of the setting, spacious and very comfortable house, outdoor deck, hammock, and grill provided us with abundant rest and comfort one can expect at the top resorts. And all of it in the area full of opportunities for adventures like hiking, biking, and galleries and we did used all of it.

The owner, David S., was readealy available on the phone and more than helpful with our questions during the stay.

We are definitely coming back next year!
