Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo the week of March 17, 2013, during our Spring Break. Your condo is nicely decorated and very clean. We had plenty of space for our three children and each had their own space to relax after a long day at the parks! We loved having such close access to the pool and club house. We had a great time! We had no problems checking in at the gatehouse. The vicinity of the condo was great as well. Having lots of shopping, restaurants, and mini-golfing in the area was very convenient. We were very close to Disney World and Sea World was less than 10 miles away. If we ever make it back to Orlando, we will definitely stay in your condo again!

Windsor Hills Condo

For a family wishing to stay in the Kissimmee area this condo is ideal. We found that the condo exactly matched the description and photos we found in the listing.
The condo was spotlessly clean, very well equiped and the southern exposure overlooking the pool ideal.
The Windsor Hills complex is beautifully maintained and is ideally located for visitors to access all the attractions of the area. The local brochures provided for visitors and those in the condo simplify any additional vacation planning the family may need.
A safe and secure environment for a family to enjoy their vacation; as an additional bonus their is store by the pool serving hot snacks and cool drinks.
Highly recommended!

Wonderful trip to Disney

We stayed at the Windsor Hills Pool view condo the week of 01/26/2013......it was Wonderful! The condo was in a perfect spot. It was close to Disney and nearby resurtants and the pool was just out side. There were six of us that stayed here, four adults and two children. There was plenty of room for all. The layout of the rooms was perfect.

The only thing that I would complain about was that I thought it needed a good deep cleaning. It was not bad but the corners and trim had a lot of dust. I believe that cleaning crew bascially does surface cleaning.

Overall though, this was a great place to stay. We would defiantely stay here again.

Orlando Trip 2012

We loved every minute of our week in Orlando. The parks that we visted were wonderful but we also enjoyed our time in your condo. It was so nice to relax by the pool or sit on the balcony overlooking the pool. This was our second time staying in your condo and enjoyed it as much as the first time. The process of renting the condo and the arrival is very easy and you are a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to renting from you again and will recommend your condo to others. Great location in development and in area

We had a great time staying here in Orlando. Very close to the parks which was fantastic. We spent very little time in transit. The unit is perfectly located in the development as the picture implies. We could watch the kids at the pool from the deck. Our concerns about noise from the pool were laid to rest by the firm policy about noise late in the evening and found it to be no problem at all. It is very close to many eating and shopping opportunities and in the delivery radius of Flippers Pizza which was great for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding Holiday Destination for all things Disney

We stayed at the Pool View Condo for 2 weeks. we stayed with our 3 kids (12, 10 and 6) and all of their needs were catered for within the complex - games room, basketball court, pool etc.

The apartment is well appointed and stocked for those who want to self cater and sufficietly near to supermarkets for this purpose. Restaurants are a very short drive away if you want to eat out. The comlex is a matter of minutes from the Disney Parks but the apartment costs a fraction of the amount you would pay if staying within Disney.

The rooms are large and well equpped. The beds are very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills and would definately return again in years to come.

Pictures Don't Do It Justice

We stayed in this condo last month and were pleased to find that the unit was even nicer than the photos. This owner was very thoughtful to the point where he had coolers, stroller, Disney stuffed animals for the kids to play with and even swimming diapers for the pool. I was going to book it for my birthday this month but it was already reserved. It is less than one mile from the highway that takes you right into the Magic Kingdom and anything you want is a stone's throw away. The owner is a pleasure to work with and makes it quite obvious that he truly wishes to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be staying there again.

Excellent accomodations. We couldn't have asked for better. The owner was more than helpful and answered every question quickly and in detail. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We did 6 parks in 5 days and we all enjoyed each one - Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Legoland and Hollywood Studios - in that order. We had breakfast at the condo and ate lunch and dinner at the parks.
The listing and photos were accurate and the condo was clean & well-maintained. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely look into booking the same place again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We felt very much at home. The property is very nicely decorated. The photos on the web site accurately reflect the appearance of the condo and the amenties. The property was very clean and well maintained. The pool and the clubhouse are only a few foot steps from the condo. Richie, the owner, was very helpful with making the arrangements to stay there. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby along with many attractions. We plan to use this condo as our home away from home the next time we visit the Orlando area.

Great condo near Disney

This was a lovely comfortable & clean condo to stay in when visiting Disney World. The owner was wonderful to deal with - so helpful. The condo was a very nice size, with comfortable, newer furniture, as well as large closets & bathrooms. The kitchen was also well stocked. The pool area was beautiful and a delight to sit near, after a hot day at Disney. We also really liked to sit on the lanai at the end of the day, enjoying the view & cool breezes. WindsorHills (gated community) is close to a main artery with lots of restaurants & stores. Within 10 minutes we could be at one of the Disney Parks. Perfect location and lovely condo. Could not ask for more.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mr. Dagostino's "Pool View" condo at Windsor Hills. It was exactly as he described in the web site with no negative surprises. The location was perfect with very convenient access to all the Disney attractions. The condo was clean and well maintained. Mr. Dagostino was very honest, straightforward and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely rent from him again should our travels take us to the Orlando area in the future. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

The accommodations were superb.

Our family of 5 spent 4 great nights here in September 2005. The accommodations were superb. Everything was clean, plenty of clean towels, all the amenities you could ask for. We spent our days at Universal Studios and afternoons and evenings at the condo. It was a quick and easy drive to and from Orlando. Our children, 12, 10, 7 loved the pool, especially the amazing slide. The lifeguards were great and allowed us to stay later than the posted times. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. There was never a crowd and we had a fabulous view from the condo. We enjoyed having TVs in every room as our children all have different bedtime; it made things easy for us. The kids liked shopping at the small general store for treats with their allowance. We enjoyed everything so much, we recommended this unit to my brother-in-law and his family who came a month later and also had a fantastic time. We would not hesitate to come back again. We had our best family vacation ever. Thanks for your hospitality.

This condo was definitely the highlight

Beautiful condo! We were extremely pleased with our stay at this condo. Very clean, brand new, lots of room and space. Our kids loved the pool and the movie theater. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of bed and bath space and a very nice kitchen. Very nice furnishings. Owner was easy to work with and talked with us over the phone many times before booking. We had never booked over the Internet before and were apprehensive, but this turned out to be a lovely place and a great experience. This place was definitely the highlight of our Disney vacation and by far the nicest place we have ever had the privilege of staying in Orlando. We will be back! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Awesome views of the gorgeous pool

This is a great three bedroom condo with an awesome view of the gorgeous pool at this complex. There is a washer and dryer and full kitchen, and 2 full baths. I suspect it took us about 8-10 min to get to the parking lot at Disney world. The cost of the condo was very reasonable. The condo was clean and orderly and the furnishings in 11/2005 were almost new. We wish there would have been some dishwasher soap supplied as well as liquid dish soap. Hopefully that has changed. But if you are planning on eating at all in the condo just remember to pick up a small amount of both of those items at the store. The location of the office to pick up the key was about 3 or so miles down the "main drag" and their office could be better marked. But Richie is pretty good about giving the exact distance. Just ask him. When returning the key I was able to leave it on the table of the condo. I understand that the management office typically does not allow that, so be prepared to make the drive back to the office (opposite direction of Orlando Airport) prior to your departure. To be totally honest with who read this--I cannot see any reason to spend the money to stay in the Disney park with the close proximity of this complex and its comfort.

We rented the condo over the Christmas/New Year holiday 2005/6 for 4 adults.

The condo was exactly as advertised, new, clean, well furnished and equipped, and ideally suited for visits to Disney and other attractions.

Booking was easy and the rate for the period was great value for the amenities provided. We were disappointed that we could not stay longer. We would certainly have no hesitation in renting again.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo in January 2006.. It is in such a close location to Disney the drive was very short and easy to take. There are really some nice restaurants close by when we decided to dine out. Your condo was very clean and having the washer and dryer right there was nice to get the laundry done before returning home. Being able to view the pool from the enclosed deck was relaxing and beautiful with all the trees and flowers. Checking in and out was a breeze. Dear Richie,

I would like to thank you for the use of you condo in Windsor Hills. My family enjoyed our vacation and the condo was fabulous. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location next to the pool was great for the kids. The pool was very warm and the slide was fun. We spent an afternoon at the playground and the kids loved that as well. Having the condo so close to Disney made it easy and quick for us to come and go and to return to our condo to eat meals which saved us a lot of money. We did not get the opportunity to use the game room but the convenience store on location was very helpful for the few things we needed and did not want to drive to a grocery store. Everyone there was friendly and professional and we would not hesitate to use your condo again in the future. One suggestion I have is to buy a rolling cart of some kind for our use. When coming in with luggage and a full car of groceries it would be helpful to be able to load up a cart instead of carrying everything by hand. Thanks again for everything, I hope others will enjoy it as much as we did.

Your condo was truly fabulous! We had a great time and it was more than expected. We did not encounter any problems. The only thing I could suggest since I have small children is maybe to have some plastic cups and bowls in the condo. I was afraid that they were going to break your lovely cups and bowls. Other than that we will definitely use your condo again! We have already referred our friends that have also made a booking at this awesome location. The kids loved the pool and waterslide and some days did not want to leave the pool. We will definitely be back!

The condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen table was big enough for a large family and the kitchen well stocked. The dryer came in handy to dry towels. The location was the very best in the neighborhood, wonderful view of the pool and grounds below. It made life a lot simpler then having to pack up a bunch of stuff to hike to the pool, very convenient. The resort itself was wonderful as well, the pool was heated and my boys really enjoyed the ping pong tables. I would definitely stay the pool view condo again!

We were very pleased with our six night stay in Spring 2006. The condo is comfortable, spacious, and well-furnished and equipped. It was clean and nicely set up for our arrival. The central pool and games area of the development is attractive and our boys really enjoyed the (supervised) waterslide. The location was very convenient for visiting Disneyworld, and there were supermarkets and a variety of restaurants close by. It was particularly helpful to us that the owner's property manager stays open 24 hours/day as we had to check in at 4:00am after a delayed flight. Overall, I found the website represented the property and the specific amenities very accurately, and Mr. Dagostino was extremely responsive and helpful in all our arrangements.

Our family stayed in Richie's condo March 18-25, 2006. It was wonderful. The resort is very well maintained and very clean. The condo is beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The best part is the location of this particular condo. You can sit on your balcony and watch the pool (nice if you have older children that would like to go to the pool alone) and it is the closest condo to all the resort's facilities. The resort itself is also in such a great location. It is right off the main road (so you are away from all the traffic) and yet only a few miles from Disney's entrance. You can be at the parks in 10 minutes. I also appreciated the owner's personal contact to make sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We live in Tallahassee and will stay at Richie's condo whenever we go to Disney and have recommended it to all our friends. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Our stay exceeded all our expectations

Let me begin this review by saying that our stay in this condo exceeded all my expectations. I have never felt so at home while being on vacation! The condo is beautiful, spacious, clean, and convenient to all area attractions. My children (aged 14 & 16) were thrilled with the Playstation and internet access. After a tiring day at the parks, they headed for these amenities while Mom and Dad headed straight for the gorgeous, heated pool right downstairs. The condo is equipped with necessities like pots and pans, dishes, etc. All we had to do was get some groceries from nearby supermarkets and we were all set. Having a washer and dryer helped with packing issues as we didn't need to bring as much clothes as we normally would have for a week's stay.

The booking process was easy and efficient. The owner, Richie, is well-organized and eager to answer any and all questions. The next time we plan a vacation in Orlando, we will definitely rent this condo again. My only regret is having to leave!

It was perfectly located, clean, large, well furnished, and we really enjoyed the pool. It was so close to Disney that we were able to visit the parks in the morning, drive back to the condo, eat lunch, take a nap, and return to the parks in the evening refreshed and ready to go. The gorgeous condo was very spacious

If you are looking for a fun vacation with the kids but would also enjoy some relaxation...then this is the place for you! The gorgeous condo was very spacious, a true "home away from home"! The large washer/dryer was such a nice feature, no need to over-pack. The pool area was a huge hit with our family. The kids loved the waterslide! The grounds of the pool and condo area are beautifully maintained. The staff at Windsor Hills along with the rental agency were very helpful. In addition, we purchased park tickets through the agency. They actually brought the tickets to our unit, along with a welcome bag containing park maps, brochures of area attractions, and trial size products. Richie was very helpful & always answered questions in a timely fashion. I will definitely rent from him in the future & highly recommend it to everyone.

The view of the tropical pool area is wonderful

We recently spent several days in this lovely condo. It was great. The view of the tropical pool area is wonderful. Our children loved “their” rooms. My daughter felt like a princess in the second master bedroom. The furniture was very comfortable and the décor was very nice. The location of this condo in the building is great. It is near the elevators and the stairs. We were not able to hear any outside noise. The pool was great. It is large enough so that a large number of people can be in it at the same time and not feel crowded. The zero entry area is great for smaller children. The building this condo is in is the very first building inside the gate and just past the pool. The overall location of the resort is very convenient to all of the Disney parks as well as a large number of restaurants and shops. The security staff was very friendly. We could not get into the pool at first but then realized it required renting an access card from the Sales office which once returned our deposit was returned. The condo owner is great to work with. He really made the process easier. We will definitely be back.

Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo last week. We were very happy with the clean and wonderful accommodations. The kids (all 4 of them) loved the pool area and their bedrooms. We were pleasantly surprised on the closeness to the Disney parks. The close proximity allowed us to "take a break" in the high heat of the afternoon and come back for a few hours to swim and eat. Your condo was absolutely beautiful! Very upscale and clean. Looks like you really chose fine furnishings not just anything to call the place "furnished". My compliments to whoever decorated the home. We had just about everything we needed. The condo is really stocked nicely, from the water noodles in the laundry area to the bath rug outside the shower. The pool area was incredible!!! My kids always wanted to stay at the pool as opposed to going to Disney! Overall, we would recommend your condo to everyone. It was so nice and we have some wonderful memories. Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful home to us. Dealing with you, Richie, was so nice. You made me feel confident in my choice for condo rental. You cover all bases and are very pleasant. If you rent out any other condos in other destinations... let me know, I would rent from you again in a heart beat!

Everything was beautiful!

Just wanted to drop you a short email regarding our stay at your condo. Everything was beautiful. The boys had an awesome time going back and forth between swimming in the pool (loved the fact that we could watch them from the balcony), playing pool in the game room, and reserving movies to watch in the theater. The location was convenient and close to everything. I have already referred you to one of the attorneys that I work for and told him that he needs to stay at your condo on his next trip to Disney. I will be keeping your contact information handy as well. Will contact you when we are ready to plan our summer vacation.

Thank you so much for the great condo to stay in during our Christmas vacation! The place was wonderful and hopefully we left it as good as we found it! Our weather was great and the space was great. It is definitely a place we will recommend in the future to others and possibly for ourselves (if you are still owning the condo in about 5 or 10 years - it may take us that long to get back down in the area!).
In case you were wondering, we are a military family and have lots of friends and family who DO visit the Orlando area each year. If you would be alright with it, we would like to be able to recommend your condo to our friends when we find out they are going down there. You saved us a bunch of money and provided us the conveniences of home. Even though we rented the unit from you, we feel we should thank you for opening your home away from home up for us.

Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. Our vacation was great. We went to Disney and we were surprised to see the proximity of your condo to Disney World. I just don’t know why some people choose to rent a small room in a value hotel for the same price of a condo. I had a wonderful time. I enjoyed my breakfast on the balcony every morning. I like the view from the balcony. We can watch the kids at the pool. I will recommend your place to my friends .

We loved your condo! Our trip was very relaxing and enjoyable. We had been to Disney 4 times before, always staying on property. We needed more space this year now that the boys are getting bigger, but we were nervous about staying off property. We could not have been more pleased. We actually got to and from the parks quicker than when we used Disney transportation. You condo is so very very close to the parks. We had a great time at the condo. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. My mom and dad enjoyed the screened in deck. The boys loved the playground and the pool. My mom has been telling all her friends how much she loved staying at your condo, and how easy is was to get to and from the parks. Thank you so much for all of your help, the whole process of renting from you was a breeze. Your quick responses to all of my questions, made planning our vacation easy. One thing that I wasn't expecting to be in your condo that was a huge help was the laundry baskets. It made doing laundry for 6 people much easier. We rent a house at the beach each year and have never rented one where the owners thought to leave a laundry basket, I know this is a small detail, but one my mom and I appreciated. My boys also loved the straw cups you had and the stuffed animals on their beds. Again thank you so very much and when we get the chance to visit Disney again we would love to rent from you again!

The views views of the pool are awesome!

We are back from out trip to Florida and let me start by saying we had a lovely time at your condo. It was just great. It is so nicely decorated and the proximity to the pool and the views from the unit are awesome. I couldn't imagine staying in one of the other buildings overlooking the parking lot. As you were already aware, my parents joined us on this vacation (for the first time) and they could not stop gushing about the place. Its beautiful... gated community... location... the pool is gorgeous... the gardens, wow!! Great place... thank-you!

Great experience - Would stay again!

Hi Richie,

My family and I had a wonderful time at your condo, from checking in late night at 2am – checking out a week later we had a great experience all around. The condo was very clean and conveniently located close to the pool and the exit of the complex. The surrounding area was great and we had an excellent selection of restaurants and Pubs, not to mention a great golf course pretty much in complexes backyard. Also, Disney is short 5 minute ride away and Sea World is only 15 minutes away. There were plenty of towels for the pool and the pool itself was awesome. All in all I don’t have anything that was negative and had a great experience and would definitely rent from you again when staying in the Orlando Disney area. Thanks so much we all had a great time!!

We definitely want to stay at your condo again

Hi Richie -

I wanted to drop you a note to let you know we LOVED your place! This was the first time I have taken my children to Disney and I wanted everything to be perfect. Plus, we were traveling with another family who always stays inside Disney. So, I was a little apprehensive about everyone's reaction to the condo. I wish I had a camera when we walked in the door - their reactions were priceless. We had one 'down-day' and everyone agreed that we didn't want to leave the complex - we swam and lounged by the pool. The little store was great for the kids to get ice-creams and the gym was wonderful for me to burn off the ice-creams.

We're already talking about returning next March and would definitely like to stay at your place again. We've talked about the condo so much, we have more friends that want to come with us next time.

Please let me know when you have your March 2008 calendar available.

We just returned home from a wonderful stay at your place. My plan was to sit pool-side and read which is exactly what we did! I read 4 books! The weather was awesome. Your place was perfect! It was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the pool and were very pleased to be so close to the pool. To say I worried needlessly before we arrived would be an understatement. Being in my sixties and not an internet savvy "gramma" I took a chance on your integrity ...and it paid off...Thank You. Your condo was everything I had hoped for, super clean, nicely furnished, room for everyone, every appliance and then some, a great location near a beautiful pool and clubhouse, friendly staff and grounds keepers and close to Disney.....I could not have chosen better.....I forgot to mention the hot air balloons rising every morning in the distance and the grandchildren counting them to see how many there would be each day.....We were very comfortable there...........

Your condo is beautiful - couldn't be better

Well we've arrived home in England today - we hated to leave Florida! We are so pleased that we made the decision to book our stay at your beautiful condo - it could not have been better. The condo had everything we needed or desired to make our stay comfortable, happy and luxurious. The setting was great and we all enjoyed using the lovely pool. We really cannot think of a single thing you could add to the condo to improve the experience of your guests, as it truly had everything anyone could need - you thought of everything! We even loved the huge washer and dryer - a little sad we know, but if you experience the half sized machines we have in the UK then you'd know what we mean!!

The entire experience from the very first contact with yourself to make our booking, through your helpful and informative emails to us, to the stay itself was a complete pleasure and we would definitely book with you again the next time we are fortunate enough to spend our vacation in Florida.

Your condo stands so far above the rest

Our family so enjoyed our time at your condo. Our primary purpose for coming was to take our five-year-old to Disney for the first time. We also had our nine-month old along and therefore needed accommodations that would be suitable for a baby as well. I spent several hours online searching the many offerings in the Orlando area and decided on your condo for several reasons, including:

1. Location - The complex itself is conveniently located near the things we wanted to see. Also, your particular unit is so close to the pool, clubhouse and front of the complex that it made for easy swimming trips (which we managed to squeeze in at some point every day) and entry/exit to our destinations.

2. Furnishings - Locating a condo that could accommodate a baby for a week was important. The high chair was brand new and fully functional, as was the pack-and-play already furnished in the condo. Had I selected another unit that didn't offer these items, I would have been forced to rent them for $80-$100 for the week. Also, we really appreciated the upgraded furniture, including a queen and a king sized bed. Our family has stayed in dozens of rental condos over the years and found yours to be the most well furnished and equipped. We also found the free internet access and long distance to be extremely helpful.

3. Communication with You - Getting on the internet and choosing a place to stay can be risky and impersonal. Your willingness to answer questions and be involved throughout our stay was priceless. It alleviated all my concerns and made our family feel comfortable and welcome in your condo.

Again, thank you so much for investing your time and resources into making your condo stand so far above the rest. Our family had a wonderful visit and made many lasting memories.

When we walked in we all said "WOW"!

We simply loved the condo! I actually couldn't wait to send you a note commending on how lovely it was. When we walked in we all said "WOW"! Having stayed in other places, this was an excellent choice for us. It was very, very clean, which is so important (at least to me, the mom). Everything was as stated on your web site, and we felt very much at home there. I was in awe of the dining room table as well.. too pretty to eat at, but we did. Having the washer & dryer in the room was truly a help. The kids so enjoyed the pool, and slide. We would highly recommend this condo to any of our friends, family, and anyone else on the Disboards, which we belong to. Windsor Hills is also in a very accommodating location, everything is very close, especially Disney.

I'm sorry it has taken so long BUT thank you thank you thank you...we had a truly great holiday at your villa. It was perfect for our family. My boys loved the pool and the games room. My daughter loved being able to swim anytime and my husband was just happy because we were all happy.

I cannot recommend you highly enough. I have one huge disappointment that I must just talk about. I wanted to book with you again this year in August but I see you already have a booking!! Never mind.. I will survive!!

The condo was absolutely fabulous! I'm always a little apprehensive when renting
a condo online, wondering about things like: were the pictures on the website actually taken at the condo I'll be renting? Is it clean? Are there plastic cups that we can take to the pool? Blow dryer? Will I be able to figure out the internet access? Are the beds lumpy and outdated? Is the condo in a secure area? etc. etc. I wasted my time worrying about ANY of those things. Everything was perfect! I've never seen such a well-stocked kitchen and the beds were heavenly, especially after a long day at one of the parks. My favorite time of each day, though, came in the evenings when we could sit out on the balcony with a couple of frosty drinks and enjoy the pool view.

Thanks for a great stay and I'll definitely be in touch the next time we're headed to Orlando.

This was the best Florida holiday we ever had

Your condo is beautiful and I believe that we left it the way we found it. It was perfect when we arrived and we have absolutely no negative comments at all. Both our daughter and her friend thoroughly enjoyed the pool and we thought it great that we could keep an eye on them whilst they were there. Well we are back from our wonderful trip to Florida...and already wishing that we were back there! We came home to 30 and 40 degree temperatures… ouch!!! Your condo just made our trip so perfect! It is beautiful and Windsor Hills is so beautiful! We loved the pool and the kids enjoyed playing ping pong, pool, and walking to the basketball courts for a quick game. I loved that it was all with in 5 minutes of Disney. We could go and do all of the Disney stuff and then come back and truly relax and feel on vacation in your condo and that beautiful pool! I can understand why you love it so! My husband is a Civil Engineer and is always so busy and this was just a perfect way for him to unwind! Thank you so much! Also, I loved the keypad entry; it was nice not to have to worry about keeping track of keys!

The view from your condo is what sold me

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. There was enough space for our whole family who could retreat to their own bedrooms. The pool, slide and hot tub were gorgeous and we used them every day. The view from your condo is what sold me on choosing your place to stay in. I couldn’t wait until morning to open up the blinds. Happy New Year Richie and Family,

I just wanted to send a quick thank you for all you've done to help our family plan our dream holiday in Orlando. Your condo was awesome and exactly what a family our size (4 adults and 2 children) needed. The kids loved the pool and movie theater as well as all the Disney characters that greeted in their room. We loved sitting out on the lanai in the morning sipping our coffee and tea and being able to relax in the Jacuzzi after a long day on our feet.

This condo is laid out perfectly. It's spacious and very comfortable not to mention was fully stocked with EVERYTHING we needed (even a crock pot). It was nice to be able to put in some chicken and ribs before leaving in the morning and having a fully cooked meal ready for us when we returned.

A suite half this size was going for over $700 a night at the Disney Resorts and with Disney being literally a five minute drive away we really couldn't have asked for more.

Most of all it was wonderful getting to know you throughout this process. You took us through every step needed and answered each and every question we had. You really helped make our vacation planning easy and I will gladly recommend your condo to everyone I know. Furthermore, we will definitely be back.

This place is turn key ready and the owner is the nicest guy you could ever meet!

Hi Richie,

I just wanted to write and thank you for letting us share your wonderful home! We loved everything about your place and Windsor Hills. The pool was great and it was so nice to be in the building right next to it. Your condo had every amenity. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was a nice touch. My son enjoyed the Playstation 2 and both kids loved the Disney stuffed characters in their room. The plastic dishes for the kids and the play toys for the pool were great also. We loved having the washer and dryer and the plush pool towels so we didn't need to pack as much. You were also wonderful to deal with answering every question I had. Your kitchen is beautiful. It has everything

Let me tell you that we had a great time in your condo. It is neat, very nice and your kitchen is beautiful. It has every thing that one needs to cook, which I enjoyed very much. I love the location on the complex and in Kissimmee. It is perfect for people that have plans for the parks. My kids really love the pool and the club house. I have no words for the furniture, it is really comfortable especially the master bedroom. Very nice. I also wanted to tell you that at Windsor Hills the people are very nice. They help a lot in everything that we needed. My little girl loved the kid’s bedroom with all the Disney furs, Mickey, Mini, Goofy etc. NICE.
I want to thank you for your hospitality and I hope to come back there in the future.

When looking for Accommodations at any holiday destination it can be cumbersome, overwhelming and frustrating. My concerns were location, size and amenities, let alone the fact that I was booking in high season, Christmas holidays, at the last minute.

Well I lucked out Big Time. Not only did we have the location that was easy access and a short drive to Disney World the condo was very roomy and spacious for our family of 4. Both my kids had their own rooms and our master suite had a private ensuite. It was great for us if we just wanted to hang out and cook our own meals or stay in and not go to any of the attractions.

The amenities were excellent. The kids enjoyed the pool, water slides, the movie theater room on site and the game room. The complex is well designed and my husband and I enjoyed morning runs and then a work out in the gym.

We had a great holiday and would like to thank Richie for accommodating our dates on such short notice. I will recommend you to my friends for future stays.

I did want to let you know that we really, really enjoyed our stay at your condo. I hope that we will be able to come visit again this year. My kids had a blast and they loved the pool! They still talk about our vacation. We came to your condo for my oldest daughter’s birthday and now my 4 year old wants to go back for his birthday. It was so much nicer being in a condo rather than a hotel. The condo was extremely comfortable, affordable and convenient. Thank you so much for allowing us to visit!! We'll be in touch!

The accommodations were fantastic, the view great

Richie,

I brought two employees and a friend down ... We had a conference to attend. We loved the accommodations. I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay more pleasurable.
The accommodations were fantastic, the view great and the grounds beautiful. I think I convinced one of them that staying in a $175 night hotel is a waste when you can stay for less in such a wonderful place. It was extremely convenient when accessing the parks. We went several days and did not have to leave so early b/c of the proximity. Thanks for working with me and providing such a great place to stay. I have to return to Orlando in mid-may for a conference with my software vendor and am thinking of bringing the kids down. I would love to return to this condo for accommodations.

I just wanted to send a quick email and let you know that we absolutely loved your condo and had a fantastic time! Thanks so much for opening up your home to families like ours. It was just perfect! We loved how accommodating it was.
We purchased a little stroller while we were there and used it at all the parks and added it to the collection of baby items that you already have when we left. Just wanted to let you know. My boys loved playing with all the pool toys that were in the condo!

We absolutely picked the perfect unit to rent

Hi Richie,

I just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo. We absolutely picked the perfect unit to rent. It was everything one could want in a vacation property. I've been back to work for 2 days and keep wishing I was back in Orlando -- even if the heat index hit 110 one of the days we were there! My sister joined us. It was nice for her to have her own space. I never would have invited her if we were in a traditional hotel room.

The whole process, from reservation to check-in, was far easier than I thought it would be.

I have been meaning to send you an email since we've got back. My family and I had a spectacular time in Florida, and a large part of that was due to the condo! It was absolutely beautiful!! The location of it could not have been better as well. We would all really like to thank you for such a wonderful place to stay at while we where in Florida!!! We will definitely be choosing your condo again on our next visit (hopefully sooner than later.) Also just wanted to say the beds were amazingly comfortable! Your accommodations were absolutely perfect

Hi Richie,

I realized today that I never emailed an 'official' thank you for our fabulous stay at your condo! When did I realize it?? When all of my family was sitting around today talking about how we are all so ready to go back and stay there again!!

Your accommodations were absolutely perfect. You know that I was a little hesitant at first renting from someone we did not know, but you made me feel completely at ease about it from the start.

The condo was clean, had plenty of room and had everything we needed to enjoy our week stay. We travelled with a small child and I was a little anxious about the pack-n-play and high chair, but it all was just perfect (and he loved all the Disney characters who greeted him when he walked in!)

My parents slept in the master and wished they could have taken the bed and shower back to Texas with them!

Most importantly, you were so helpful along the way, going above and beyond to provide me answers to all my questions. I know for sure we will be heading back to your condo in the near future.

We stayed at other condos but yours was the best

Richie, Richie, RICHIE!

Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you that we absolutely LOVED staying at your family's condo 12/17-22. It was a wonderful home-away-from-home and enhanced our vacation. We respected your property and truly cared for it as if it was our own! We will definitely rent this condo from you again on future trips, if available.

We've stayed at other condos in the area, but yours was the BEST, by far. We appreciated that you had plenty of dishes, flatware, bake ware & the spice rack was a nice bonus :)

Check-in was seamless. Your written welcome packet was very clear and thorough. That was MUCH appreciated! We didn't have a chance to use the pool as the weather wasn't as cooperative as we would've hoped but that didn't deter us from enjoying your property!

Wonderful week at your beautifully furnished condo

Just a quick note to thank you for a wonderful week at your beautifully furnished and very well equipped lovely Windsor Hills condo. You really have thought of everything to make your renters comfortable, and your homes proximity to the Disney parks was such a bonus. The condo looks great with its freshly painted walls, and the colors are very warm and soothing. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi every night despite the chilly air. On our final morning when I went to wake my kids, they were both sleeping in the king bed with your entire collection of Disney stuffed animals surrounding them...quite a picture!

I hope we have the pleasure of renting your home again.

Thank you VERY much for the use of your condo.
Everything was great and we had a WONDERFUL time.
Loved the condo. It had plenty of room for our family to relax and visit when we were there.
The kids loved the pool and the hours to swim were perfect.
The distance from the condo to the Disney parking lots was about 15 mintues which was really nice.

We are already looking forward to our next trip and hope to return in the future!

Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay at your condo at Windsor Hills. This was the first time we have gone to Disney without staying on property and I have to tell you, it was so much better than we expected!! The amount of flexibility you have by staying outside of Disney, but so close was great. We were able to do everything we wanted at Disney, but also enjoy many of the other activities in Orlando. We went to Universal, shopped, played mini-golf, and ate at so many different restaurants.........it was wonderful!

The condo was everything you put on the website and more. The layout is spacious with a real "home" feel to it. You have gone out of your way to make sure the unit has all of the amenities you could hope for. Other than some food shopping, we didn't need anything else. From the kitchen to the pool toys, you have it covered. Guests coming in can feel comfortable that "everything" is included!!

I have to tell you, I was so impressed, I wished we would have thought of buying a unit years ago!! Thank you once again and we'll be looking forward to our next stay with you.

Your condo is very big with a spectacular view!

We were very happy we could stay at your lovely condo at Windsor Hills Resort (7th of May - 21st of May). We felt very safe and happy at the resort.

And your condo is very big with a spectacular view! Our son loved the plates and still talks about it at home :-)

And we also loved the big pool. Your condo is close to all the theme parks and close to all the stores. Our son doesn't like driving around in the car.

So we were very happy that all theme parks were around your condo.
My mother was very happy that the building had an elevator!!!

And thank you so much for answering all my e-mails (and you got many mails from me).

Thank you for letting us use your condo this week. We all loved it. My wife's first response was that she would stay there again, and that after only being there 5 minutes. My kids felt at home and often would say they wanted to go "home" after a long day at Disney. We loved being so close to Disney and the pool. We liked the care that was taken by staff with the pool.

If your looking for an exceptional place to stay

My family stayed in the Pool View Condo in September, 2010 and absolutely loved it! It provided all the conveniences of home. The amenities and pool was exceptional. The condo location to all the parks was unbelievably close and convenient. It was very obvious that the owner, Richie, wanted his guests to feel at home during their stay. This was evident by the quality of the mattresses/beds that were provided at the condo. My family slept better at the condo than we do at home! We did 5 parks in 5 days and fully expected to be worn out at the end of the 5 days, but due to the wonderful nights sleep received every nite felt great. My mom, who suffers with lower back and hip pain while sleeping at night, did not experience any pain. She was so impressed with how well the mattresses slept I had to call and find out what type of mattresses Richie had. She plans on purchasing the same type mattress. If you are looking for an inexpensive but exceptional place to stay I would highly recommend this Pool View Condo.

I have to tell you how much we loved the upgrades in the condo. The granite, the king sized bed, the flat screen....we loved it all. Your place is truly heaven and will always be our home away from home.

We had friends join us at Windsor Hills while we were there. They rented other units in the complex and I have to say your place is truly superior to anything I saw.

All is well here except it’s getting cold and the leaves are almost all fallen off the trees.

My mom sends her love from Arizona and wanted me to thank you once again on her behalf for having such a beautiful place for all of us to visit. Like I said, we think of it as our home away from home and we look forward to returning sooner than later.

We loved the magnificent pool views

We just arrived home. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. We had a great time. We loved the space your condo provided as well as the magnificent pool views.

It's all about location location location and your condo was in the best location. Close to the theme parks and the outlet shopping malls. We really enjoyed our time there.

I have no hesitation recommending your condo to any of my friends that ask. We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We had the best vacation

Thank you for allowing my family to rent your beautiful condo. The condo was so spacious and had all of the comforts of home. We arrived to find everything clean and ready for our vacation to begin It was wonderful starting out the day with hot air balloons gliding by and looking at that dazzling Florida sunshine from the balcony.

Our boys (two in college and one in high school) enjoyed the swimming pool, ping pong, Playstation and having enough TV's for everyone!

We had the best vacation and we're already planning on when we can do it all again. I've told our friends and family that if they plan on going to Orlando to definitely inquire about staying at your lovely condo! Thank you so much!

I cannot thank you enough for letting us rent your condo in Florida! We had a wonderful vacation - your condo was extremely clean, supplied the things we needed, and was very comfortable to live in for the week. I cannot tell you how nervous I was booking through someone that I didn't know. You were very prompt, courteous and professional in dealing with the arrangements that were necessary to plan this trip. You were very helpful and responded so quickly to any question I had about the process to complete the rental. The website about your condo had so much wonderful information about the condo/resort and the area around the resort - I appreciated all of the work you put into preparing this for your renters.

The view from the condo was a treat - the pool and grounds of the resort were very nice to view when waking each morning. The condo has very tasteful decorations that are arranged beautifully by the management that cleans between visitors. They even make the towels animals in the bathrooms like we have seen on a cruise. We felt very spoiled. The beds were so comfortable to sleep on. It was wonderful having TVs and DVDs in every room. We had to contact Paula once during the week and she helped with the issue promptly. I had started the dishwasher and it responds a little differently than mine at home (I didn't want to operate it incorrectly). They helped out with that and they also called to make sure we arrived and had settled in the day after we got there. It was very nice - they were very pleasant and professional to deal with also.

Your directions for checking out were very clear and everything went very well. The check out part of the process went well.

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that is traveling in the area. It was awesome to have a "home" away from home. It was priced well and was better than our expectations in every areas. All we had to do was "move in", purchase some groceries we needed and enjoy the week. What more could I have asked for! It was great - thanks so much Richie for making this week wonderful!

I hope to use this condo again in the future - I will recommend it to anyone that is willing to listen to our vacation story :)

Beautiful Condo...Would Definitely Stay Again!

On our most recent trip to Orlando, we stayed at this beautiful condo in Windsor Hills. As the pictures on the website show, the condo is well maintained, beautifully decorated and has a great view of the pool. Also, you couldn't be closer to the entrance of the pool which was very convenient.

All the furnishings were updated and very comfortable. We also loved the touches of Mickey throughout the condo. Although it says so on the website, we were amazed by all the flat screen tvs in the living room and bedrooms.

Windsor Hills has great amenities and offers lots of activities. One of the days we were there, they had a person from Gatorland come in to do a one hour demonstration on snakes, gators and other creatures. Lots of fun!

We were there primarily to visit Disney World, which is only about a 10 minute drive. There are tons of restaurants and a few grocery stores and other shopping in the area.

The owner was a joy to work with in getting our vacation plans set up. He provided receipts promptly as we paid our deposits and balance and was always in communication with us. My family really enjoyed staying here and we would definitely stay again if we go to Orlando.

Excellent Place to Stay

My family and I were looking for a great place to stay on our trip to Disney World. We wanted the amenities of home while still having an affordable place to stay and one that was convenient to the parks. Fortunately, we discovered Richie's condominium at Windsor Hills and must say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is spacious, clean, and has super easy access to the clubhouse and pool (phenomenal pool by the way!!!). In addition, this condominium is very convenient to the entrance of Windsor Hills. Best of all, the Disney Parks are within a five to fifteen minute drive depending upon which park you attend. Richie is a super person to deal with. He treats his guests with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, and truly wants you to feel "At Home" during your stay. Thank you so much Richie for a wonderful place to stay, that helped make our Disney vacation one of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences our family has ever had.

Pool view condo - highly recommended

We are from the United Kingdom and stayed for 3 weeks at Pool View Condo in March 2012.

From our very first communication with Richie we have had excellent service. The condo has everything we could want. This was our 2nd stay at Windsor Hills Condos and we are planning to go back again. It is very convenient for Walt Disney World. We also visited Clearwater and Legoland Florida.

The condo was immaculately clean and we could not fault any aspect of our stay.

Our family loved the condo. It was spacious and clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had more gadgets than I have at home. The internet sevice was great.The beds were very comfortable. The pack & play and high chair were great to have for my grandaughter, she loved the bag of toys she found in the closet. The location is great, centrally located close to all the attractions. The security was great at the resort. The grounds were beautiful, great pool and the outside hot tub was great after a long day at the amusement parks. Can't believe how nice it was!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had plenty of room for our family to spread out and be comfortable. The condo had all of the comforts of home, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The furnishings were so nice. The beds were comfortable...no problem sleeping. The pool and waterslide were fantastic. We were within minutes of Disney which was great because we like to stay at the parks until they close. The rental process was easy hassle free. We had such a great vacation, my kids asked if we could stay here every spring break. You can't ask for more than that.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers
