What an amazing house, very roomy, love the kitchen, pool table, just awesome. I highly recommend renting this house for your vacation. If you go during the Winter, I would recommend renting snowmobiles from Rockin-n-Ranch (Rob & Jamie) right across the street!!!

Our group had 3 older couples, so with the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, it worked well for us. The master bed & bath are awesome and so very comfortable. We had everything we needed, and with all the windows and the wonderful deck, the views were spectacular. A friendly dog visited us each day we were on the deck. Its location south of Alpine made it easy for us to get to our south and west golf courses, as well as Lava Hot Springs. We would recommend it to anyone!

What a wonderful home to spend a Christmas holiday. We were so happy Dave offered to bring in a Christmas tree and decorations to make it more festive. The view was spectacular, and we couldn't even close the blinds we loved it so much. The beautiful upstairs floor were HEATED....a very pleasant surprise in the cold temperatures. We had originally asked family to join us, but they couldn't make it so 4 of the 5 bedrooms went untouched. I would definitely recommend this property for families and reunions. I especially liked the kitchen. The appliances were top notch and the gas range was spectacular. All the finishes were top of the line, and we never felt anything lacked in furnishings, linens and kitchen items. It really was the holiday vacation of my dreams. I didn't want to leave!!!

What a fantastic stay! This property is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to kick back and get into the breathtaking scenery. From close proximity to boating, dirt biking and hiking to just staying in for a BBQ, relaxing on the porch and taking in the views of the mountains, we did it all. Mine was a smaller getaway, but I can see how larger groups would really have room to spread out and have their own space. The living room/dining room area is perfect for a group of friends to get together or families to enjoy and I'd definitely consider bringing a bigger group next time. The attention to detail was also noticeable. I did not bring children with me, but I thought that it was a nice gesture to have kiddie toys and games ready just in case. Also, I asked for a few things to stock the fridge ahead of time and save me a first trip when I got there...so convenient that I could just start prepping dinner. Nice touch.
I'd recommend this home to those looking for a romantic destination or a multi-family vacation. I certainly felt right at home.
